About this episode
The Eastern Border is made possible by:
Welcome back to the Chornaya Zona. The Kremlin’s summer offensive has collapsed into a mathematical nightmare, the demographic death spiral is accelerating, and the imperial command structure is completely conceptually blind.
In this episode, we dissect the terminal phase of Russian institutional Vranyo. We look at the absurdity of Putin’s fake ceasefire for Trump's envoys, the reality of the Donbas laundromat where synthetic drugs have replaced the "Russian World," and the 42,000 casualties spent in a single month for a net-negative territorial gain. Meanwhile, inside Russia, the gasoline famine bites deep, police academies classify returning SVO veterans as domestic threats, and ultranationalists are reduced to begging for rent money on Telegram.
The front line isn't just in the mud of Donetsk anymore—it’s bleeding into the suburbs of Moscow, the fuel depots of Sochi, and the psychiatric wards of St. Petersburg. The machine is eating itself.

To the west, rolling down our narrow patashas fault past the local grocery store there, currently heavy diesel engines, armored engines, clear lines, heavy steel, NATO caminets tied down tight, operation NAMAS 2026s, spooling up across the Baltics.
12,000 pairs of boots, airframes staging on regional straps, artillery park, zeroing grids, a lot of drown stuff as well. But you know what greeted me, taped to the glass door off the build shop this afternoon. Thanks for the chewing gum and the cheap ice cream freezer. Well, a polite laminated type GFA for paper from the National Armed Forces joined headquarters. Didn't threaten anyone. Didn't demand sacrifice just offered an apology in advance that on the 4th, 15th, 16th of September there will be loud gunfire at the ranges, and their military aircraft will conduct low altitude maneuvers. And they just asked to remain calm, don't panic, follow verified municipal channels. And here's a 24 hour phone line if you know, windows rattle too hard or if we spot suspicious movement near the borderline. Thankfully didn't have to call them. And that's what the functioning civilization looks like when it tries to prepare for war. It leaves a phone number, respect your air drums, and treats citizens like, you know, adults who actually pay the bills. But now, now it will pivot 22 kilometers east. Just, you know, looking past the ditch, past the barbed wire, past the dying,
merge the drones into the vast, festening hollow of the Russian Federation in September of 2026. Over there, nobody leaves memo. Over there the state does not apologize for the noise, it just accidentally, you know, drops 500 kilogram glide bombs onto the civilian backyards in Belgrade. A rest to the homeowner if he takes a photograph of the crater, and then finds a collective par manager in Voronezh, because a burning drone fell out of the sky and instead of waiting for a wheat without official municipal clearance. Welcome back to the Chardonnay of Zona. Remember all the casting from the very age of the map, and tonight where this acting, again, yet more, terminal stages of unimpedial nervous breakdown. Let's look at what this five-year nightmare has become. It is no longer an ideological conflict, it isn't even a coherent military operation anymore. What we're witnessing across the frontiers is, well, as usual, an outtested, geriatric machine running on Piorvranjo. To remind you, it's that uniquely Russian art of institutional lying, where the suburbia is no, the subordinates are lying, the subordinates know the suburbia is no, they are lying, but everyone continues to sign the paperwork because the truth carries nature,
sentence, and appeal colony near the Arctic Circle. In Moscow, an aging isolated autocrat sits in the Stereo-Bubble, squinting a doctor day for briefing with folders, genuinely believing his army is sweeping the Donbas while his onylatres, trading 340 maimed or slaughtered human beings, for every single square kilometer of scorched earth. In such a way, air defense batteries are part of that, actually, on public bathing breaches between children inflatable flamingos, and soft-serve ice cream stands. While Ukrainian naval drones casually sail into the bay, develop fuel tanks in this scrap metal. In St. Petersburg, traumatized veterans returning from the Meadcrinder are taking emergency room physicians hostage with thrown pistols, taking the police to put a bullet between their eyes because the civilian world has not home for them. And in the sovereign capitals of Western Europe, beige bittercrats sit in air-conditioned comity rooms, studying its burning logistics warehouses and explosive drones landing on airport roundways, trembling behind the comforted semantic diaper of the word hybrid. And they, uh, think they just call it hybrid aggression, they would have to look at the Russian street in the eye.
They don't understand the panacea of the brutal underworld code of the, so it prison yard that dictates heavy twitch of Putin's foreign policy. On the street of a thug punches you in the jaw and you respond by filing an administrative complaint to revoke the lease on his cultural center, he does not respect your legal restraint. He realizes you're terrified of him and then he reaches for a nine-and-five. Tonight, you see, we'll strip off the paint of this casket, but look at the fake ceasefires cooked up for American real estate moguls, the four-year-intender-intended servitude of Russia's forgotten conscripts, the cannibalization of civilian airliners, to store corpses in permaforced cellars, and the absolute mathematical bankruptcy of an empire that is bleeding itself white for a pile of polarized brick. Poor drink! Check the looks. And the circus is in town, and the elephants happen to have rabies. When an empire enters the terminal phase of Neuro-Syphilis, the first thing to rot away is the short-term memory. The second is the ability to perceive claws and effect. Right now, Donald Trump's personal emissities, Steve Whitkopf and Jadid Kushner, are currently airborne.
They flew into Moscow on September 5th to slurb down high and dint dinners with the criminal elite, and they are scheduled to touch down the Kiev on Sunday. That is, today, as I'm releasing this episode, but you know, what they did in Kiev and all this is going to happen to be in the next episode. They were cutting with them, in Moscow, the latest hollow peace plan cooked up by real estate developers who think a continental bloodbath can be settled like zoning dispute in New Jersey. So then he saw them coming. He knew exactly what this was, so he sort of set a trap. He had, later, really declared the three daregime of silence across the front, publicly pausing the Ukrainian deep-stried drone campaign against the Russian airspace to guarantee safe transit for the American negotiators. Was a masterstroke of diplomatic judo, forced the Zod in to a corner. The foreign agreed he looked weak, dancing to Kiev's tune yet again, and letting Zodensky retire the temporal war. If he refused, he looked like a rabid maniac willing to shoot down the US, present southern law. So the Kremlin panicked and produced the ultimate piece of diplomatic foreign job. Mintri Peshkov, thought to doubt to the state media agency TAS, and formally announced that Vladimir Putin had magnanimously ordered Russian military
to completely halt all strikes on Kiev for three days. And what happened next? Well, while the incoherent TAS this patch was still dying, the Russian military ignored the ceasefire completely and launched a massive wave of kamikaze drones on missiles directly into the Ukrainian capital. Then they just hit the random infrastructure that specifically guided the strike straight into the headquarters of the Ukrainian security service directly targeting the office of Olyek Sandar-Pokhlad, the head of counterintelligence. Think about the absolute sketch of frenic audacity of this maneuver. The Kremlin officially tells Washington we will not bomb Kiev so your envoys can land safely, and simultaneously attempts at precision decapitation strike, well, finally, as Maxim Kalashnikov stated, and he actually had doubts about the fact that it was the Russian side he was into the fact that it's some sort of Ukrainian internal propaganda attempt or something. And well, they immediately attempted the strike, Zyansky immediately ordered the middle response, meaning the Ukrainian ceasefire is dead, and Russian decision-making centers are back on the menu. Mintri Kofin Kushner are currently flying against straight into a violent escalating shadow war.
This is what Igor Gyrkin, you know, haven't had him on the show for a while, calls the terminal the delusion of Nusp, Nasha Unikai-Neya, strategic Yuskaya Priyumusha-Stan, our unique strategic advantage. Strelkov is writing famously from a penal colony, spelling words like Bislia, powerlessness with a Z instead of an S, because he genuinely used terrified the proper grammar of some literal demons. This is the intellectual Vanguard of the Russian nationalist movement. A fanatic rotting in a cell terrified of spelling, yet still capable of accurately diagnosing that Washington's envoys are just here to yang Zar by the nose. But do you want to see the pure uncut hallucination of the Russian commander in chief? Let's look what Putin was saying on the stage at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok just two days ago. The Zar stood in front of a crowd of Chinese and Indonesian investors and started complaining about Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian oil refineries. He didn't complain strategically. He whined like a toddler, who just had his toy stolen. He explicitly stated that the Russian government assumed the refineries were purely civilian targets that could not be attacked during an armed conflict
and admitted, but this in this regard we were wrong. To hell, let that one sink really in. The man who ordered the total obliteration of Mariupol and Bahmut, and the man whose army spent two consecutive winters trying to freeze Ukrainian civilians to death by launching cruise missiles at thermal power plants, is deeply genuinely offended that Ukraine is blowing up the fuel depots that supply his tanks. He seems entirely unaware of the strategic bombing doctrine established by the Allies, in 1943. Welcome to the Kessa Blhanka Bline Spot. You start the war of annihilation and then you cry foul when the victims touch your gas station on fire. And speaking of setting gas stations on fire, we have Maxim Klasnikov and a bastard that has been on this show multiple times, and then too much still horribly hate, Ludiyevich, on Drautava, pulling their hair out of over Putin's contradictory logic. At the recent summit on Bishkek, Putin declared that Zelinsky is threat to parallelize the Moscow Aviation Hub with drone swarms was an act of, quote, state terrorism. But, in the exact same breath, Putin reiterated his strict order
not to strike Ukrainian decision-making centers because Moscow, quote, needs someone to negotiate with. The Zed sphere is melting down over this. On one hand, it's terrorism, Klasnikov's crimes, but we can't touch them because we have to negotiate with them. What's going on? It's the paradox of the headless frog. The state's new role pathways have been severed. The Kremlin's bombing grossly warehouses because, while begging to negotiate with people it's called terrorists, all while promising Americans a safe zone that it immediately bombs. And then there's the ultimate vranger, the denial of the demographic death spiral. Putin stood on that stage in Ludiyevostok, waving his hands dismissively, claiming that the catastrophic population collapsed is fine because, while all post-industrial nations die out. It's a comfortable life in an aging water crash. But the leaked several civil registry records from 2025 tell the brutal objective truth. Last year the Russian Federation recorded a pathetic one point, what one point zero, 56 million births against one point eight million deaths. Russian people are vanishing into the dirt of the rate of nearly a million a year,
and that doesn't even account for the hundreds of thousands of men being shed into an organic fertilizer in the Donbass meat assaults. And yet, yet ahead of their upcoming state-to-melections, Putin is vehemently denying that a new wave of mobilization is coming. If you understand how the same fight operates, you know that a Kremlin denial is the only iron club guarantee that something is definitely about to happen. They're lying about the ceasefires, lying about the economy, and they're lying about mobilization. The machine is obviously eating itself, and it's about to demand another million bodies. As I've always been saying here, if you want to understand the true anatomy of the Russian Federation in 2026, you really have to stop looking at it like a nation's state. It's not a government. It's a geographically massive protection racket run by men who operate entirely in Pognacia, and well, they feed their religious symbolism and this ideological Russia's religious experience to everyone else. And right now, right now mind you. The entire Donbass theater has been engineered by them into the largest most blood-soaked Lantern Mart in the history of the human conflict.
Let us dissect the subjane in Swindol. Down in the mountains of Paris and Dojetsk, France, you have the remnants of the 1,430th regimen. These are the miserable bastards who survived the meat assaults, lost their limbs, lost their minds, and managed to drag themselves back to the rear, expecting the grand payout. Moscow mayor Sergei Subyanyin, grinning under the florescent lights of state television, loudly promised a 1.9 million rubble bonus, about 19,000 dollars or 17,500 euros, to those who signed up or fought in these units. So they draft machinis from a rust belt that's generational wealth. Well, for the rust belt of Russia that is, hits the price of his sell though. But this is the empire built on the tender of vehicle principle, constructed entirely out of shitty stakes, held together by Vrindio as its glue. When the survivors of the 1,430th actually go to collect the blood money that were promised, the bank tellers shrug. The bureaucrats tap their pens. It turns out Subyanyin's administration quietly instituted an unpopulicized classified whitelist. If your name wasn't preemptively stamped on this phantom ledger by some mid-level musical clerk,
before you left to get your legs blown off, you'll get nothing zero. While these shattered men are being begging on telegram for the money to buy prosthetic lamps, Subyanyin's city hall is casually funneling billions of rubles into their annual psychotic obsession with tearing up and replacing perfectly grudged granite curbs across Moscow. This is the ultimate imperial flex. The state will throw you into a trench to die for the motherland, and then steal your life insurance to life flesh decorative plavings to paving stones outside a boutique on Tierska Street. But the financial long-daring is just the entry fee. The occupied territory have become a spiritual and chemical landfill. This brings us to the views protocol. The downbaths is no longer just a war zone. It's a purgatory where the courageeem sends its garbage to be washed clean. There's grace, politicians, pedophiles, crop mayors and cannibalistic city-al-killers are routinely funneled through the front lines. Spend six months in the storm's edge during a dodging Ukrainian FPV rounds, and your sins are absolved. Do you know a metal apartment? They have somewhat to take it back to the civil society. They're pumping the absolute worst psychopaths the penal system has to offer through this meat grinder,
rebranding them as the heroes of the special military operation, and turning them loose on their own population. The regime doesn't see a tragedy there. They see an efficient waste management system that occasionally captures their own village. Now what happens to the land they actually capture? What happens to the grand mythological Russian world they bought to do Yensk? Look now further, the furious dispatchers from the Zeg channel Comrade Darchum. He recently posted a terrifying reality check about the chemical disintegration of the occupied Donetsk. The city's drowning in synthetic drugs, off PVP, so-called bath salts. He posted a video evidence of locals and Russian soldiers completely hollowed out, writhing on the pavement, turned into rubbish, shrieking animals by cheap synthetic narcotics. The author poins out of devastating irony. Back in 2014 and 2015, when the breakaway republics were run by rogue warlords and chaotic peoples' commanders like Alexei Musgovoy in Elchewsk, the drug problem was solved with terrifying speed. Musgovoy didn't hold hearings. He rounded up the dealers and put a bullet in the back of their heads and the streets were clean in the matter of days. But now, the official Russian Federation, the official one, has taken control.
And under their new tricolor flag, the drug trade is booming. Why? Well, because this comrade Darchum bitterly notes, quote, salt and all this garbage is big money. A serious business. Another capitalism profits the highest value. Well, wouldn't be nice to blame capitalism here, more like Russian dysfunction, but the result is the same. The Russian military and security apparatus, the FSB, the MVD and the military commandants office, well, they aren't stopping this synthetic drug epidemic. They are the heart-tell. They are running the distribution networks, cashing in on the misery of their own occupying troops and the captive local population. The author warns his reader not to complain to the relevant agencies, because filing a complaint about the drug trade in the dojets will just let you, will just get you disappeared by the very men wearing uniforms, who profit from it. The empire doesn't rebuild. It extracts, infects, and it trots everything it touches. And it's riding at the very edges. While Putin stands in Vladivostok talking about the glorious multi-poor future and the economic boom of the global south, the actual Russian economy is changing quite desperately.
At that exact same Eastern economic forum, Alexander Klinion, the head of the business association, Opor Arashii, accidentally said the quiet part out loud into the hot microphone. Russian companies in the far Eastern Federal District are quietly defecting, they're abandoning the Russian Federation completely. Crashed by a suffocating tax burden and the suicidal interest rates set by the central bank to keep the war machine weising, these businesses are re-registering across the Amur River. Chinese partners are waving them over, offering them spotted industrial and tech parks, with heavily subsidized 3% loans, capital expenditure grants, and a slash 3% value. That is for small businesses. Beijing is executing a masterpiece of asymmetrical annexation. They don't need to fire a single hypersonic missile to conquer the Russian power east. They don't need to send tanks across the Amur. They are just offering Russian factories a mortgage that won't bankrupt them, and the supposedly loyal patriotic Russian commercial classes packing its bags, dismantling its machinery and moving to the people's republic. The Kremlin is basically sacrificing a generation of men to conquer a few square kilometres of toxic pulverized rubble in the Donbas,
while the actual wealth, industry and economic future of the Russian Far East, is being quietly bought out by China for pennies on the dollar. The Zad is bleeding his empire to death in the West, while his limitless allies are re-pointing his territory from the East. It is a shake down of historical proportions, and the people executing a guitar too blinded by their own vrindio to realize the floorboards he already caved in. Let us strip away the patriotic marches, the television fanfares, and the hystericals, preaching of Moscow prime time propagandaists. Let us look at the raw unforgiving mathematics of the slaughterhouse. In the month of August 2026, the Institute for the Study of Four, as much as I don't like him, I still have to use their data because they do a data collection very well, just interpretation, that they have problems with. They calculated that the armed forces of the Russian Federation captured them and trained themselves across roughly 90.35 square kilometers of Ukrainian soil. Even if you stretch the tape measure, count the dynamic grey zones, and factor in temperate infiltrations, while a pair of Russian infantrymen ran into a basement to plant the rag or a stick before being liquidated by an FPV drone,
you get a grand total of approximately 120 square kilometers. That is in advance of less than 4 kilometers a day, across a thousand kilometer theater of war. Compare that to August of 2025, when Russian forces seized over 505 square kilometers. The Russian military machine is moving 4 times slower than it was years ago. It is degenerated from an operational bludgeon into the calcified arthritic crawl. Now let's look at the debit legend. According to your Ukrainian general staff, the Russian Federation suffered 42,020 casualties in August of 2026 alone. Over 42,000 men killed, mangled, missing or paralyzed in 31 days. It is the second consecutive month where Russian casualties surpassed the 40,000 mark. And to the arithmetic, divide the blood by dirt, and well, in August 2026, if we believe the higher numbers even, which the Russian Federation states, at the very highest reaches, and actually it would be much more because they captured less. But still, if we take the highest numbers possible of the land capture that is,
then the Russian high command paid an average of 340 casualties for every single square kilometer of Ukrainian territory they seized or contested. If we take a lesser number, which is more accurate, then it's like 465 casualties for every single square kilometer. Think about what that means in metric means in physical terms. 340, and you know, we're using the most more charitable one for them, 340 young working-age men raised from existence to get a patch of scorched, cratered, topsoil, smaller than average municipal bark. At this rate of advance, military analysts calculated it will take more than five continuous years of uninterrupted industrial scale bloodletting, just to capture the remaining few 5,000 square kilometers of the Donetsk Commissions of the Boundary. That is assuming Russia has an infant supply of human beings, an infant supply of armored hulls, an economy that does not detonate within, which it will. And the crowning joke of the entire campaign, since a net negative investment. While the Russian general stopped through 42,000 men into the meat grinder to claim that pathetic scrap of dirt, Ukrainian counteroffensive thrusts in the Lima
and Odick-Standriev's casecaters, quietly liberated nearly 130 square kilometers of territory during the exact same operational window. The entire Russian summer offensive of 2026, head-alued by Kremlin spokesman as an unstoppable steamroller, mathematically produced a negative net territorial yield. Tens of thousands of Russian families received zinc-land caskets and sack-loaf notifications so that Lima Putin could end the summer with less crown than he held in June. And why is this happening? Well, because the entire military organism is operating as a headless frog. I the capital did frog, you see, while still kick its legs in a pan of saltwater. It's final nurse, twitch, the muscles contract, limbs dread violently, but there is no brain coordinating the motion, no sensory apparatus processing reality, and no survival instinct, guiding the body. Look at what Yuri Yevich is Maxim Kalashnikov on cover, Don Droidev, when they analyzed the simultaneous military exercises taking place along the newly expanded NATO border. On the western side of the line, the Finnish defense forces were drilling high-intensity, modernized lethal maneuver warfare designed to pulverize conventional formations.
On the eastern side, the troops of the Russian-Dinian-Gridmilitary District were staging a elaborate rehearse spectacle. And what were the elite units of Krasgorodia and sub-practicing to supposedly repel a supposed NATO invasion in 2026? They were storming a civilian, both of a city, vast of free hostages from a steam of stage terrorists. Yevich sat in the studio, clutching his head, genuinely horrified. As a veteran of the Donbas Front, he pointed out the blistering obvious absurdity. Not once in five years of total war, as a Ukrainian sub-adagio-neukondasins group, hijacked a civilian passenger bus in the Mediterranean. Hostage taken on public transit is a relic of the mid-1990s in the first Chechen war. It is what happens when 70-year-old senals, so it generals, design training programs based on the all the operational scenarios that they vaguely remember from their youth 30 years ago. They are completely conceptually blind to drone corridors, electronic warfare envelopes, and precision artillery reconnaissance. They're reparing to fight the ghost of Shamil Besayev while Ukrainian artificial intelligence
drones warms, turn their supply columns into smoking, prescribed metal. And intellectual paralysis filters directly down to the zero-line. The prominent Milblager channel Archangel of Spetsanas recently posted a dispeding admission that sends shockwaves to the Russian rear. Ukrainian drone operations have established a total dead zone that extends 25 kilometers deep into the Russian held territory. The author admitted that public interest and financial support in the Russian civilian rear has collapsed by over 70%. While frontline infantry are trapped in bunkers and trenches, quote, picking their noses and waiting to die. Because any movement above ground triggers an immediate precision kamikaze drone strike. And who is sending in those bunkers? Why the perpetual serfs of autumn 2022? As Kalashiko himself points out with bitter fury, the men mobilized during Putin's first chaotic draft in September 2022 are now entering their fourth consecutive year of uninterrupted trench duty. They have no rotation dates. They have no legal mechanisms for this charge. They cannot resign. They cannot go home until they're carried out in the black past the plastic bag or missing multiple limbs.
The Russian state treats them like straight property. Feudal serfs conscripted for 25 years of imperial service waiting for an FPV drone to wrap a modified grenade into their dugout. When this level of systemic psychopathy becomes the baseline of existence, human empathy evaporates entirely. It produces the growth as spectacle of Romanov Light. There was a photograph, this guy, Romanov Light, posted to his hundreds of thousands of telegram followers. A cheerful smog smiling selfie taken directly in front of a shattered burnt out Mercedes ambulance van. On the one side of the vehicle, clear as day, was the emergency stripes and the word ambulance in Ukrainian. And the amount of smiles in the case of a smartphone camera flashed the grand and captions and image for his audience, good morning and an immediate rotation transport. This is the banality of the Russian world and the 50th of the war. On the other hand, the Geneva Convention is deliberately targeting marked medical evacuation vehicles and non-competent medics is a recognized and varnished war crime. In the Zed sphere, that's just random content. You will all, you will all, ambulance, you take a smiling picture in front of the wreckage, you slap a lying libel on it,
on it to launder the murder of the Earth's subscribers and you wait for the thumbs up emojis to roll in. The depravity has reached such a pitch that even Igor Gyrkin, yes, that Gyrkin himself, riding from his prison cell, is openly spitting on the regime's premier mouthpieces. When Vladimir Soloviev took to the state television to demand that the remaining Ukrainian fortresses of Slovenian Kramatorsk be wiped off the face of the Earth rather than assaulted, Gyrkin called him a vile, despicable creature, whose own family longers and luxuries across London, Israel. Gyrkin pointed out the grim truth in 2014, the imperial ravens just claimed they were coming to liberate the flourishing Russian-speaking towns of the Donbass. Today, having proven entirely incapable of outmaneuvering or defeating the Ukrainian army, their only remaining strategic doctrine is the total physical extermination of the very cities that they claim to love. When a state's only operational tool to the Sledgehammer and the Sledgehammer has shattered in his hands, all that remains is pure psychopath. They cannot bail, they cannot advance, they cannot govern, they can only bleed, lie and drag everything within arms reach down into the mud with them.
Before we peel back the next layer of the necrotic tissue, we need to talk logistics. Real logistics and you know, a bit of a support for my show too. First of all, out here in the border, out here in the border, Autumn doesn't whisper. It rolls with heavy, gray skies, and on the straight and the kind of lag bottomless mud that swallows axle-shoffs whole. Let's boost it to surviving across the eastern front, and in that mud, the difference between evacuation and team reaching a wounded combat medic in time, or leaving another body behind, comes down to a four-wheel drive, leading for suspension and still armor plating. This brings us to our partners at Carp for Ukraine, and their new Autumn Harvest campaign, because we have paired together with Operator Starski this time to get a new car for the guys at the front. See, on the Russian military, he's busy confiscating civilian ladders and sending mobilized infantry towards zero lines on broken Chinese golf carts. Carp for Ukraine is doing the exact opposite. They take rocket reliable civilian pick-up trucks, Nissan devaris, through the high lexas for the Rangers and the search, and transport them into front-line worksort war courses.
Srived them down, re-veiled the sub-frames, mounted heavy steel plating across the cabin, and the engine blocks, paying them in seasonal tactical camouflage and fit them with off-road tires capable of chewing through autumn play. These aren't parade vehicles. Their mobile evacuation platforms, drone-handing support rigs, and rapid response transports for front-line medics who have to cross open their corridors under constant FPV observation. Every single vehicle delivered through the Autumn Harvest campaign is handed over directly into the hands of operational combat units. The units holding the line in Kharkiv donetskansapurijin. You go to car for Ukraine, links are in the low, and put your money where the metal beats the dirt, because while politicians argue over not existing cease-fires, steel and forbid will drive our 7-EQ in lives every single day, and helps out units that are trying to support here. And of course, we'd be very happy if you would support our show on patreon.com, slash, use, and border, because we wouldn't be here without you, this cold cons operation rounds on your support. Also, you can go to the fourth wall, that's our merch store, links are in the description, and you can also become a YouTube member,
all that good stuff. Plenty of ways of supporting this show and helping us, you know, helping us survive here on the eastern border. And Patreon keeps telling me that I'm going to have to switch these whole terms over up to 1st of November, so I'll manage to do this through October. I guess I'm going to have to do a bunch of paperwork, it's going to be a bit of a messy situation, but you know, just in case, I hope that everything goes well, but I'll keep you in touch, because they just keep pesteting me, also much about all this mess. Hopefully it's going to be fine for everyone. But well, let's get back onto the show, just 1st in September, and go and support Carpurecrain, keep the cars moving, and let's get back now. The late wages and aggressive war of Conquest abroad and fails to achieve a quick victory, the violence does not remain confined to the trenches. It's like an invented ghastly, conceded tournament basement. Eventually the pressure builds the spark fly and the building begins to detonate, from the inside out. Look at, again, what Yuri Yevich, one of the most ardent Donbesvetrans in a total piece of shit,
and the messages days ago on Rotéva, that was an interesting show that they had together with Kalashnikov. He looked into the camera and told the Russian public something that should chill every silver and from Belgorod to Volodya Vostok. Russia is turning into Holivka, as he put it. Holivka, a palvized industrial city in the occupied Donbas, has existed as a row in front line purgatory for over a decade. In Khorilka there is no silver normality. Public obosses stop running at 1 o'clock in the afternoon because after 1 pm, you create an FPV drones hunt along the avenue, targeting any moving chases. Children don't walk to school, they sit in damn corridors, hoping an artillery shell doesn't bind through the ceiling. And now, as Yevich bitterly pointed out, the Holivka reality is formally breached the pre-war Russian border. On September 1, 2026, the sacred Soviet inherited Bay of Knowledge, traditional schools assembly lineups were quietly cancelled across dozens of Russian regions. Children were forbidden from gathering in courtyards with flowers for their teachers because the regional administrations knew they could not protect them from the drone incursions. Earlier this year, let me just remind you that the regime permanently shot at the sacred demortal regiment parades on May 19th,
and the parade was graciously allowed by Sadevinsky to happen in the first place. Yevich laid out this diagnosis without flinching. This is not an administrative inconvenience. This is the complete systemic loss of states of radity. When a nuclear arm-power cannot guarantee that children can assemble safely outside an elementary school and its own recognized teddy-terry, well you know, think whether the dust is a self-ocontrary. Physical borders of the conflict have evaporated, the front line is now everywhere. And behind that, this integrated front line, the imperial apparatus is turning its fangs inward. Nellay knows what's coming. They know that hundreds of thousands of traumatized heavily armed men with broken brains and acuted post-traumatic stress are trickling back into the civilian society. And, well, let's talk about how the Russian state is preparing to welcome its kidals of a special military operation here. No medals in social programs incoming and zero psychological rehabilitation centers. All this mess is much worse. They have classified leaks recently published by the NEO Nazi reconnaissance group, the Shargaro-Sage. They obtained internal instruction materials and curriculum directives from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, or MVD.
The documents are explicit. The Russian police apparatus has officially designated returning SVO veterans as a primary organized domestic criminal threat. Which is perfectly true because, you know, like I've been saying, Bratva Bratva 2.0 is coming to town boys. Quick question. When was the last time a display ad changed your mind? Now think about the last time a friend told you about something they loved. Different feeling, right? That's how podcast advertising works. A host who's built real trust with their audience talks about your brand and their own words and their own voice. It doesn't interrupt the experience. It's part of it. With A-CAST, you can access the world's largest podcast marketplace. Choose the right shows, the right audiences, the right format. Then watch the data tell you it worked. You're not buying impressions. You're buying influence. Learn more by visiting A-CAST.com-advertise. And again, it's not just me. MVD is trading its officers in how to monitor infiltrating build operation of files or veterans associations, explicitly categorizing demobilized soldiers as prospective members of organized crime syndicates.
That's how I'd beloved Bratva. Worse, the Academy documents reveal a high-level legislative proposal to amend the Russian criminal code to make participation in the special mode of operation an aggravating circumstance in criminal prosecutions. In public intelligence, Putin calls these men the new elite of Russia. In the classified operational manuals of the interior ministry, these men are treated like rabies in fact, dogs that need to be corralled, tracked, and put down the moment they step off the train. The state sent them to commit murder in Ukraine, and now the state's domestic security forces are preparing for a street war against the very survivors who will somehow make it home. And you can already see this park's catching fire. In St. Petersburg inside Policlinic Number 78, a deterrent S.V.L. veteran, barricaded himself inside an examination room, pulling a trauma pistol that's less lethal pistol, supposedly, on medical staff. He didn't demand cash. He didn't demand drugs. He screamed at the terrified nurses in the arriving sober tactical police to put a bullet in his head, shouting that he couldn't live inside his own skull anymore, and that the civilian world was alive.
This is the psychological reality the state cannot paper over with patriotic billboards. Instead of addressing the state, the state chooses administrative terror against its own citizens. Look at the purge of civil society. In Volograd, the regime dragged constitutional law scholar, Roman Medichenko into court, stripping Kim of his academic posts and slapping Kim with criminal charges for anti-war commentary. In 13 separate administrative regions, schools have now instituted mandatory political indecordation curricula for elementary school students, forcing seven year olds to assemble plastic-marital drones and memorize state approved ideological oaths while their fathers wrote an unmarked mask graves near Pokrovsk. And the bottom feeders of the Zed's fear are circling the dying carcass of independent Russian charity. On the far right channel, Sons of Manarky, the other nationalist Roman Antonovsky openly celebrated the criminal prosecution of Liliya Monavi, the founder of the House of the Lighthouse, Children's Hospice, who was being tired for military-tried-for-military fakes. Antonovsky didn't even bother to hide the motive. He openly demanded the dull charitable foundations, hospice networks, and humanitarian funds, be forcibly confiscated from liberals and handed over to normal people.
Many Zed patriots and war-profitiers so they can take control of the state's top cities and private donations. They're categorizing a children's hospice network just to carve up the financial flows. This brings us to the naive confession of Alexander Khodakovsky, the former candidate, former commander of the Wostok battalion. Khodakovsky recently published a long, tortured essay warning the Kremlin that the pre-war social contract is completely irrevocably dead. He noted the only thing keeping the Russian population passive right now is the war itself. The lingering primitive instinct that you don't rock the boat while the country is fighting. But Khodakovsky warns that the moment the kinetic conflict stops, that artificial consolidation will instantly disobey. The population pushed the bring by inflation and fuel shortages mutilated relatives and economic isolation will demand a violent accounting. He pleads with a ruling elite to build a new, genuine social contract before the damn breaks. Khodakovsky is obviously an idiot. He genuinely believes the Kremlin wants to negotiate with the Serbs. Russian ruling class has never negotiated a social contract in its 500 year history.
That is, once the social exhaustion isn't reform, it's the internal passport, the nowt, the filtration camp, and the pre-emptive baton strike. They are not prepared to contract for Khodakovsky's veterans. The fortifying police got his mask out buying water cannons, armed Grosguargy with heavy armor, and banning the three men who fought for them as an invading army on their own streets for the upcoming civil war. And the Russia rear isn't holding. It's quietly steadily eating its own children at the survivor house on another physical quarter. We have established the ideological and numerical bankruptcy of the Kremlin's war. And now let's look at the engine lock once again as I like to do in my economic parts of this episode. Because right now the Russian Federation is running out of gas, literally. Vladimir Putin likes to project the image of an untouchable resource-rich superpower that can absorb any economic shock. But the reality is that the Ukrainian deep strike drone campaign has finally breached the structural integrity of the Russian energy sector. Where are the men of Luffy, massive, nationwide gasoline pomegranate?
In early September 26, the data confirms the catastrophic scale of the damage. Since the beginning of the year, Ukrainian drones have struck Russian oil refineries at least 70 times. In August alone, Ukraine hit Russian refineries at least 21 times, which Bloomberg notes as the highest number in any single month since the full-scale invasion began. This isn't a temporary disruption, it's a permanent amputation. State-owned, Russian-it-resonated finery lost to of its primary distillation units. The massive Kstov-a refinery owned by Lukovl and the second largest gasoline producer in Russia was forced to shut down for the fifth time in less than five months. By the first week of September, the Kineff refinery and the Leninian oblast, another one, very huge one, completely seized operations. Operations have also completely started to vulgarize, novel kubishivsk, Saratov and permanent refineries. And I was recording this episode, well, it hasn't got hit yet again. Amazing to lose it more, even more distillation units. The math is brutal. By the end of August, Russian oil refining had plummeted to just over 3.8 million barrels per day, lowest a little in two decades.
The domestic production of gasoline is now only covering roughly 70% of the country's daily demand. That is a daily shortfall of about 30,000 tons of gasoline that simply does not exist. And because of Western sanctions, the Russian energy sector can't legally import the specialized spare parts and need to fix the distillation dollars. They are forced to cannibalize functioning units just to patch damaged ones. The result on the ground is, of course, pure chaos. As of September, at least 17 Russian regions have introduced strict fuel rationing. If you want to buy gas at gas from Neft station and Moscow oblast, you're legally kept at 40 liters. That Neftis' customers at 50 liters of gasoline and 60 liters of diesel. Regions are implementing QR-cold rationing and desperate, odd even license plate systems, just to determine who's allowed to buy fuel on which days of the week. In Chumeng, the absolute heartland of the Russian oil industry, which accounts for more than half of the country's oil production, locals are forced to line up at gas stations at 5 a.m. in the morning. In Piedem, the queue is for fuel or stretching for 6 kilometers. In Moscow, people are driving around in the middle of the night, burning the lost fumes of their tanks just trying to find the station that has not run dry.
A wholesale price of AI and 85 gas saline on the Russian exchange has shattered records, hitting 82,380 rubles per metric ton. That's about $950, just in case. And in several regions, retail price of the pump has surged well past 100 rubles liter, which is quite a lot for Russia, although that's not as much as you would expect. It's like about a dollar per liter. It hits way more sometimes, but trust me, for Russia, that's a fucking huge knowing how much they make. And the psychological breaking point has finally arrived for frontland heroes. Michael Naki recently broadcast a video of returning SVO veteran having a complete ideological meltdown at the gas station. Veteran looked into his phone camera absolutely furious at the skyrocketing pump prices. He didn't blame NATO or the CIA. I was surprised about that one, to be honest. He asked, what did we fight for in this war? Are we fighting for justice or for the businessmen who get rich of us? Did we fight so these scumbags who raise the price of gas and make our lives unbearable?
How are we supposed to live now? End quote. This is the ultimate punchline of the Special Military Paration, as they call it. The veterans survived the FPV drones in the French Rath only to come home to a collapsing economy and realize that they threw their lives away just so that Russian oil overgargs would prize gouges them to cover the losses from the Ukrainian drones tracks. And their Ukrainians aren't stopping, they're just moving further down the coast. Look at what happened in such just days ago. Such isn't just a resort town that used to, you know, host the Winter Olympics, which is very chaotic because that's a top-top climate. It's the, you know, winter playground for the elite. That's the site of Vladimir Putin's official summer residence. Over night on September 3rd and 4th, Ukrainian drones and uncrewed surface vessels hit such Ukrainian Navy released footage of a naval drone detonating into the Russian vessel Nyefrit, an offshore supply ship supporting maritime energy infrastructure. Then the aerial drones arrived. They struck two separate fuel infrastructure facilities. One was a local oil depot. The other located right next to the Such International Airport belonged to the basic aviation fuel operator.
The even importantly stuck a Russian air defense base housing S800 or S400 missile systems near the city of District. The Russian state's response to the accumulation was pure brand-new of course, it was what else we expect. Did they admit their air defense failed? Oh no. Instead they'll thought it'd each track down a young woman who filmed the burning oil depot and forced her to issue a non-commod apology for documenting the disaster. The state is more concerned with punishing citizens who will fill the fire and stopping the drones that caused it. Then this brings us to the final Macabre metaphor for the disintegrating hinterland, perfectly encapsulated by Pavel Kanigan on the продолжing his sled to the other side. Another fuel supply collapses. The Russian civil aviation fleet is quietly doing what it always does. Consuming itself for parts I don't even know how to not to use the word autofagia or cannibalism at this point because that is the most accurate term. Cut off from Boeing and Airbus parts. Airlines are... ...canibalizing that on planes to keep a fraction of the fleet in the air. When those planes finally stop flying the massive disconnected regions of Siberia, Far East and the Far North will simply cease to be a part of a connected empire.
They will instantly revert to isolated on-planes. Kanigan, you know, ends his old story about airplane parts and these autofineries tracks which he had been using throughout the study from the remote time at Peninsula, deep into the Arctic Circle. Until recently, remote settlements there did not have more. When someone died, the corpse was placed in a sander just a civilian droid cell or dug into the Permanfrost, resting right next to the meat and the butter, waiting for an air ambulance to retrieve the body. Sometimes bodies would pile up next to the groceries because it was too expensive to send a plane for just one corpse. Eventually the state intervened and sent mobile electrified morgue units to the Peninsula. The problem? Well, that is no reliable electricity on time after the plugged them into. This is the Russian Federation of September 2026. A massive freezing empire that is completely incapable of bidding its own dead, starting corpses next to the grocery store, waiting for airplanes that no longer fly, fueled by gasoline they can no longer refine. And well, while the Russian state is busy doing this stuff that around children's hospices and resting its own constitutional law scholars,
Ukrainians you see are fighting an entirely different war. They have moved past the trenches there, now hunting the architects. Consider the strike in Serato. From the Donbass smad deep inside the Russian interior, the endgills to airbase, the absolute crown jewel of Russia's strategic aviation fleet and the only operational base for the 260 bombers. A motorcycle pulled up to a private cottage. A man in a helmet drew a weapon and fired twice, putting bullets into the torso and face of the Russian major general Nikolai Varpakhovich. The commander of the 22nd guards heavy bombar aviation division. Varpakhovich isn't just a random officer. He's the man key accuses of personally ordering the July 2024 cruise missiles strike that obliterated the Ochmatin children's hospital in the Ukrainian capital. Look at the operational contrast. Kremlin uses multi-million dollar caliber cruise missiles to blow up patriotic oncology words in broad daylight. In response, Ukrainian intelligence bypasses the entire Russian security apparatus, drives motorcycle up to a general's front door and the Seratov region shoots him in the face and drives away. They don't need a three day fake ceasefire. They don't need to post shit on economic forums. That is executing precision kinetic decabitation.
And they're doing a 12-western unit by suffocating under the weight of its own semantic car. Just look at the recent way of Russian state sabotage across NATO territory. At the Leipzig, Hall, Airport, and Germany, a critical logistical note for a created military cargo, a drone loaded with explosives. Presumably semtex was discovered near transport planes via the HL cargo flight collided with the second drone during takeoff. In Poland and Arsene explosive attack, people they factored he supplied drone components to Kiev. Over Black Sea and the Baltic Russians drones are dealing with breaching Romanian and Romanian Baltic airspace. Yeah, you know this, right? 12 drone lives per month has happened here. Forcing NATO just to scramble, one even, you know, just last month. And how do western capital's response explosive drones detonating on their international runways? Why they called A.K. but it accident! They called committee meetings. German foreign ministry ballad responded to this attempt of bombing at NATO just as hubby canceling the lease of a Russian cultural center in Berlin and geeking out 20 attaches from the embassy.
The European Union proudly announced it will hold joint talks to adopt new initiatives on supply chain resilience. Now this is what I consider a failure to understand Paniati. In the logic of the Russian security services, measured proportionality doesn't exist. If you try to blow up a German airport and the German chancellor responds by evicting your cultural, cultural tasset, the criminal doesn't feel deterred, it feels winning, it feels victorious. It treats European legalistic restraint as pure terror. The West is terrified that acknowledging these facts is over at warfare will spook in the industrial institutional investors and trigger capital flight, so they hide behind the word hybrid while the Russian GRIU says their infrastructure on fire. The only language that Russian command structure respects is this proportionate kinetic damage. Until Western capital stop canceling consulate leases and thought destroying the networks launching the drones, shadow world only escalate. Punch back your bastards, just strike at something, explode something with something inside Russia and say, oh we didn't do it, plausible deniability. Come on, you can be bastards too. Europe, please be bit more assholes. I need you to do that.
That would be awesome and that would actually teach Russia something. Being these polite people in suits solves nothing at this point and only invites more and more damage to come here and as my own personal life depends on it. Yeah, I really, really want you to be a bit more assholes, please. Because behind the terror, Russian Empire is intellectually and structurally senile. Look at the fluff that passes for Imperial Vanguard these days. Take the Russian officers assembly. Another nationalist clique of retired colonels, this crownthorl, the imperialists who orbit figures like Gyrkin and Kalashiko. Recently they posted a photograph of themselves including Kvachikov, mind you, sitting externally behind the desk covered in mismatched camouflage and swift metals. Sitting under a massive banner declaring a holy cause to certain motherland, that looks ready to declare martial law and conquer the whole of Europe. But the text takes the compliment of the photo. It was the desperate plea of 40,000 rubles, about $400 to pay back the rent on their clubhouse. The terrifying one-guards of the Russian Empire, the men who demand nuclear strikes in Washington in the extermination of Ukrainian cities are literally begging the pocket change on telegrams so their landlord doesn't evig them from a room who would play their dress up.
Now look at the Roscombe-Zar, the state censors' he pageant. They have spent billions building a digital hour on curtain to protect the Russian population from the truth. But when the exiled journalist Yuri Duyge interviewed the exiled rapper Morgan Stern, two men designated this for an agent by the state, the video racked up 10 million views from a domestic Russian audience in a matter of days. The amputee Z blogger Pionier Zapasa complained bitterly that the censorship agency didn't blog the opposition, it only succeeded in driving adequate Russian bloggers off the platform, destroying the state's own propaganda reach. The band just bade forbidden fruit sweeter. And finally, considered the girl that's pivoted on Maxim Klasnikov. I'm finally more or less ready to post the chapter 2 of the book because, oh boy, tealing with all this stuff after his dorm was pretty painful and thank you for everyone who really helped him deal with this. But now, let's think about Maxim Klasnikov for the very end of this episode. One minute he's sitting on Droid Davies, screaming about the inevitable collapse of the Russian literature, gridden in the mathematical failure of Summer Offensive, and 10 minutes later on, he's still a Graham channel without skipping a beat. He did something that I didn't expect. They always have these advertisements of some sort on Telegram after all, because they have, you know, eat.
But this time, he stunned me because he, he shilled subscriptions to the streaming service, Russian streaming service, wink about a special little partition veteran, happily driving an ambulance in the rebuilt Dopian city in the Lodiope. The study is all about how this veteran has arrived home, and he finds out that his best friend has met his wife, and now he has three built his life, and he's doing that in the Madiopal. And most of the series is, I generated, and he just advertises that on his show. I hope that I will remember, you know, stoop down that low because that was just miserable. His heat transition from a pro-galiptic system, the systemic doom, the cheap televised vranya without blinking. This is the perfect distillation of the Russian mine in 2026. Houses on fire, floorboards have rotted away, fire is on fire, Russia's illicit experience, police hot at the door, generals are being shot in the face, someone else is, you know, being intimate to your wife, but if you just pay a subscription fee, you can watch us all, but at whatever thing is fine. This combat is the chandelier zone, not out this terminal, the empire is burning itself or warm.
