Self Hate and Loathing to Self Love and Acceptance Hypnosis

The Hypnotist

About this episode

Adam was working with a lady that would often sabotage her weight loss goals by eating excessive amounts of bread and snacks to help cope with a feeling of self-loathing.

Adam identified a loop of eating to feel better, then feeling not worthy, then eating again. Adam uses a powerful belief change protocol to help her learn to love and accept herself.

The new beliefs are:

  • I am amazing
  • I am attractive
  • I am comfotable in my own skin
  • I am worthy
  • I am good enough
  • I belong
  • I back myself 100%
  • I encourage myself
  • I accept myself

A great session for anyone that wants to feel better about themselves irrespective of whether they want to lose weight.
