Our biggest money went away for the excavator rent. We pay $1,000 per day. We need to buy machines and give for rent. I say, yes, bravo. Let's do it. Then we open another company. We quickly divide the shares because they need someone to who they can trust.

4:09What is me? Who can be in Africa and manage the machines? And they start sending machines. It was fantastic business for three years. Until my machines all get tired and the big, big breakdowns. And then we need to cannibalize one machine to repair another one. And this was the disaster was was was was big. And it clicked together with the time when some Chinese people they should some one Ganyan in the forest. And then massively, I think it was 2012. Massively, there was deportation. Some 2000 Chinese was deported in a month. There was good business. And when we realize then we don't see our money anymore. All our money is going only for the Katapila center. We make to give everything to Katapila center. Nothing with us. Then we park excavators and we realize we need to do diesel injectors and turbochargers

5:15because this is where the all money goes set of injectors, $10,000. If they fail after one week, Katapila center will laugh in your face. Of course, go to cashier pay again $10,000 and wait for two weeks. I must say, wow. Then I find out for how much I can actually remand them, remand the factored. 8:20because this is what was driving me. This is what was getting me out of bed for a.m. Without any music, anything, I was more than ready. It is like to run in from the lion. 10:24Only then I feel properly alive, alert. And here and now, not past, not future, now, here, when I'm on that rope. And this is exactly what happened to you, when you truly have a good plan, and that drives you. You are fighter. I think so. And you get a lot of, you worry when you're building. Yes. Right now, we are building something what market need, need it long time. The new name of A1 Diesel is the Fix. And we are building one stop shop for the old spare parts to give to Ganyans total comfort. If you need spare parts, you just go, we are not perfect yet. We are not yet there. Because of investment. I got one young man from Latvia, one of the largest spare parts suppliers, ZE parts.
