We got John neighbors from Lockdown racerbacks. We got Zach Blackerbree from Lockdown Auburn. We got Corey Burton from Lockdown Vanity. Jimmy Stein locked on Bama. I am Chris Gordy from Lockdown SEC and fellas as we get rolling as we do every week throughout the season. We start off segment one by asking you give me a prediction for your team this week. And I get it's cupcake city across 90% of the SEC totally cool with that. But you know what? Start with this every week. Let's start with John neighbors from Arkansas. A game where Arkansas is like a 40 point. It's a game that's going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to

be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a lot of things that are going to be a much more insultious experience and content for bree airport because they're not talking to you as you. Just runningping in there usually of kickoff. It's at 315 in the afternoon. So, you know, I think the crowd will still be a little bit better in USC's, but probably not to the level of a lot of other things. But listen, you got to win this game. You got to win it big. I don't care who you are. I don't care what your roster looks like. I don't care who quarterback is. Arkansas is an SEC team. You need to showcase it against an FCS team. You should win and win going away. And I believe that's what Arkansas will do. Zach, give me a prediction for your game. Yeah, I think I think Byron Brown announces his presence and arrival into the ranks of the P4. And puts on a show against Baylor. I think he makes plays with his legs. I think he, you know,

connects with you know, a Chaz Nimrod or a Kishon Singleton for an explosive play through the year or two. And I think he walks away with, I'll make the prediction of, you know, at least 300 yards from Scrimmage. And we say, yeah, okay, maybe Auburn finally has a quarterback again. Can I ask a question real quick? If Auburn loses, are they going to be the first SEC team to lose on Disney plus? Is on Disney plus? No, it's on ABC. It's on ABC and Disney plus. Like, that's one of the things they're doing. So that's why it made me think I'm like, I, that would be awesome if Auburn could be the first SEC team ever to lose on Disney plus right next to Aladdin. It'd be great. Yeah. What's your favorite Disney movie, John? Lion King. Got it. That's a solid choice. Waiting for Arkansas to be king. He just can't wait for them to be king. That was pretty good. That was pretty good. Come on. How about Byron Brown though, guys? We did our lockdown on top 100 players as voted on by all of

our lockdown hosts. Byron Brown didn't even make the top 100. Jared Curves made it at 44. Yeah, over Gunners unbelievable. Over Gunners Stockton too. Like, I love this network so much. And I think it's open. So many incredible doors for a lot of us. And that was embarrassing. That list was embarrassing. And Byron Brown being snubbed on it is ridiculous. But we put no off the top of it from Arizona. I'm glad we didn't have a group meeting about the format and how that's put together. I couldn't agree more. I think it's about how it's put together and isn't representative of the impressive brainpower of the host. I think it's the format how it's we got too many big 12 shows. And I know that's my fault, but we had too many. Yeah, we're taking away the big 12 votes next year. They don't get to vote on that. Let's keep it rolling Jimmy. Give me a prediction for something you want to see in your game. Well, you can't make I mean, Alabama is a prime candidate for overreaction Sunday.

If you do great, it's East Carolina. If you struggle a little bit, well, was the Florida State game representative of Alabama's entire season in 2025? No. So don't overreact. But there's been tremendous emphasis on physicality. I think Alabama is going to run the ball and run it fairly well against East Carolina. And don't be surprised if Keel and Russell has more production with his legs than people are expecting at least initially. That's what I think we'll see Saturday is that Alabama rushing for well over 200 yards and Keel and Russell being a part of that. Yeah, what's Keel and Russell Heisman on right now? I might want to put a couple bucks on that just in case he blows up this year. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? You just can't help yourself. I'm going to buy some Byron Brown too. I don't think it's crazy. I mean, if you're betting on the Heisman right quarterbacks of playoff teams and is Alabama going to be a playoff team? Maybe Keel and Russell year two. Well, so was Bryce Young, year two at Alabama. Two at Tonga Valoa was a

major husband candidate in his year two before injuring his ankle late. I don't think it's crazy. I do. Okay, Jay Jackson for Heisman. That's I mean, it's like 800 to one. Okay, crazy. Yeah, yeah, okay. Thank you. That's my Montgomery guy though. I'm about to say Montgomery legend. Montgomery Alabama. Montgomery Alabama legend. Everybody from Montgomery has raved about this kid for weeks. John, you ought to have some longer show because they are all buying in the KJ Jackson. Well, they can have it because I haven't seen it. I still waiting on those deep balls to get thrown down field because they haven't looked very good. So hey, but we'll find out here very soon. How good he is. Well, Corey, give me a prediction for your team, something you want to see from your team. Well, I want to see some resolution in this quarterback competition, even though blazes technically the starter. I want to see some some resolution in the quarterback competition. I think both of them are going to put on a show and this thing is going to drag out until the NC State game. So that's kind of my prediction there. I mean, obviously, Vandy is way overmatching

Austin. Yes, Zach. Corey, I know your teacher. So I thought I'd raise my hand. Where did you? Where did you vote, Jared Curtis on your ballot for top 100? I didn't put it in the ballot. He's that high without you voting. He went out without me voting. He went and left you and abstained. Yeah. How did that happen? Yeah, I don't know. I don't know. He was 44. Yeah, I was I was too overwhelmed to vote on that thing. So I didn't vote. I like Jared Curtis, but he wasn't in my top 100. Oh, like, oh, yeah, he's he's not in the top 100. Yeah, he's going to have to do growth mindset. Guys, growth mindset. Yeah. I put the truth. Freshman. It's top 100. Truth, freshman, that's not even starting the season as QB1. That's what's crazy. Yeah, the timing of that did not help us by the way. Yeah, it didn't at all. I mean, I think he'll eventually win the quarterback one job, but man, it's yeah, that that's not a

it's crazy. I even did a show. I even did a part of part of one of my shows. I was like, yeah, you know, he's at 44. I'm not sure why, but I'll take it. I can't better than I assume you put him in the top 10. That's like skewed the votes. No, no, no. Somebody that wasn't me. It'll be better than Trinidad Chambles. How's he doing in the Oscar voting and the Nate Marguergazy movie? I think he's going to bring on a golden statue. Yeah, it's weird to happen. That's all that matters. Yeah, he's going to get some hardware. It may not be that it may not be the college football playoff trophy, but it's it's it's something. Is that a market on Calche yet? Probably. It's got to be. It's at it's at 38% probability. So if you put it on $100, you're going to get 183 in return. There it is. When we return, guys, we get a lot of new in the conference. We got new quarterbacks. We got new coaches. We're going to ask you guys which of the news you like most? We're talking all SEC ball right here on

the squad show. Cory and Zach, they got a sweet tooth. If you got a sweet tooth like they do, you know how tough it is to find that perfect treat without all the sugar. Guys, we got a lot of new in the SEC. It's the 2026 season gets underway. And what opposed this question to the panel, which of the new quarterbacks do you think will have the best performance this weekend? I remember 100%. All right. Is he the only one playing

anybody? Is he the only one playing a real opponent? We have an English flamsim. We got Ole Miss Louisville. Oh, yeah, that game. So I could love it. Love it's playing a role opponent. Not really. It's not true. Yeah, well, I'll say it's not really that because Clemson has Chad Morris as their offense coordinator. So it's not real opponent. I'll give you guys this though. Yeah, can you believe that? Wait, Chad Morris is the OC at Clemson? Yeah, stop traffic. I know, it's crazy. But hey, listen, you know, did you know that he recruited Sean Watson kind of? That's what they said. Is he still kind of living off of that? I guess so. Yeah. I'm sure he's living off the success of Arkansas. What'd you got, Corey? Oh, I was making a Chad Morris recruiting to Sean John. I think Keelan Russell's could have a huge game. I mean, I know it's East Carolina. And of course, that's, you know, it has to be a caveat. Now, he's Carolina, 22nd

in the nation last year against the run. Nine wins last year beat pit in the bowl game. But they have like only two or three starters returning from that team. I like Keelan Russell. Put up pretty huge numbers. Maybe three touchdown passes and two rushing touchdowns. That'd be pretty big. Yeah, that'd be a big day. That'd be a big day. I'm very intrigued by Byron Brown and seeing what he's going to do against Baylor. And that's a Vandys first SEC opponent. So I'll be, I'll be in on that game for sure. He's played power four opponents before and done fairly well. But he's now, you know, this is a better supporting cast than Byron Brown's had. Did he have it South Florida? The first time he's this would be the first time he does it at Auburn. So we'll see. Baylor is here against the run last year, but they signed some portal guys. They think they're better against the run. They'll certainly find out because I, you know, one thing about Alex Golisch and spreading it out at Tennessee and spreading it out. He runs the ball. And he's got the quarter better. We'll find out if Baylor's better against the run this weekend. Yeah, I mean, you look at what Baylor did against Jackson Arnold in the opener last year.

I mean, he let Jackson Arnold run all over him. Dave Aranda stayed in that too high the entire game. I got to, I got to imagine he'll come with a better game plan to try to stop Auburn's rushing attack. So that'll be, that'll be important to see one how they do choose to run the ball. If Baylor does choose to walk a guy up and then also, yeah, if I'm, if I'm playing Auburn, I'm putting guys in line of scrimmage saying, Hey, Byron, you got to beat me with your arm. We know you can run it. We know Auburn has an incredible stable of running backs back there. I want to make you throw it. And so I want to see him answer the call. I want to see him answer the call. Find some of these South Florida receivers that he's been linking up with for years to see if they can, they can take that next step together here at Auburn. I'm going to go with Faeson Brandon at Tennessee. I just, this kid intrigues me when he was one of the top quarterbacks in the recruiting class. So you're, you know, this past year and I was like, man, is that kid going to win that job and cheer enough came in and stole it from George McIntyre and I about thought my

chair when I saw one of his teammates this past week make comparisons of him to LaBarr Jackson. So I'm ready to see Faeson Brandon. They get Furman. Okay. They're going to beat the crap out of Furman, but I want to see you face on Brandon does in that Josh Hype system which weapons all over the field for him. Makes sense. That'll be interesting. Yeah, that will be interesting. Yeah, I mean Sam Levin against Clemson will be also it's that which death Valley is it? The real death Valley. The real death Valley. So Clemson. No, that was never the real one. Whoever said, man, we're going to go play at night at Clemson. Come on. Yeah, fantasy football situation. Yeah, Faeson Brandon situation playing Furman. That sounds like the fantasy football winner of the SEC quarterback weekend amongst the new guys. I mean, also, Simmons has got got Arkansas Pinebluff. They're 54 and a half point favorites.

I mean, we're recording this before Thursday night's game, but if you're watching this or listening to this after Mizzou's play, maybe Austin Simmons is thrown for 500 yards already in wowed us all, but they must you got one about that. Well, I was going to say it's like you guys mentioned a lot. I know like with Missouri, it's not because I think Missouri or Austin Simmons is going to be great. I don't think he is, but UAPB is like one team that Arkansas when they play and they even put up stats. So that should tell you anything because Erie should be able to. So y'all have 70 on them, didn't you? Sure did. They even shorten the quarters in third and fourth to 10 minutes. Yeah. Yeah. That was a time when Arkansas won a game. It was 80 years ago, but it's but listen, it's like I just think I think there's going to be some quarterbacks a little good. I'm telling you right now, though, I'm trying to add, Chambus is going to crumble. He's going to be a guy that gets exposed this year and he's going to be terrible. I'm just telling you. Wow. That would even come from. You just wanted to say that. That's a take because I'm probably not going to come on this show again because Arkansas. I don't like coming on here when Arkansas is irrelevant as much as possible. So, uh, but I don't know. I just I get I just got to really triggered today

because I kept hearing about like, don't turn that Chambus is a high-smotrow. I'm like, no, he's not. No, he's not. I will say like the old they'll miss stuff. Like their wind total is shockingly low to me. I felt that way all off season. So maybe you're right. John, maybe that's why it is where it is. When is a when is a guy who has been an interim coach, which Pete Golding might be all right, but when is that ever worked out where that coach has taken over in that situation as an interim, it's done really well. It's like Davos. We need might be the only one that's ever happened in it took a while to get going. Recently Mark Mark is free minute Notre Dame. You know, it wasn't interim, but it was the pivot, right? Brian Kelly left real quick. They pivoted to Marcus Freeman, Ole Miss Lane Kiffin left. They pivoted real quick too. So that's one recent example, but I'm kind of with you in the years past. You know, it's the rally around the guy who's here. It's sometimes it's not always the best option long term. Yeah, it always worked out for John L Smith when he was here at Arkansas. I will say this Ole Miss new OC tougher schedule.

Pete Golding in his first real year as a full 365 days as the head coach. I would agree that I'm not ready to put Ole Miss in the playoff just yet, even though they were clearly a quality playoff team a year ago, but a lot of new there. Sure, Trinidad's back and I'm impressed as heck with him. Well, what we've seen so far, but new OC basically new head coach tougher schedule. And I still think we're in an era right now in the SEC where the schedule sort of defines everything. I just think that there's if you got a quarterback that's linked that much, it was it was more Lane Kiffin, what just be honest about it was more Lane Kiffin. It's not to say the Trinidad Chambers can't have numbers or anything like that, but I just have a hard time believing that Lane Kiffin who we all agree and all feel like is one of the better offensive minds in college football leaves and the quarterback he leaves behind picks up right where he left off. Zero chance that happens. Just absolutely zero chance that happens. Do you think Sam Lovett's going to be good, John? I think I mean, I think he's going to be better than what he was, of course, previously.

Who has a better stat line this year? Trinidad Chambers or Sam Lovett? Levitt. Levitt easily. I think I think stat wise. I think Levitt will probably be at least a top three quarterback in the SEC because of Lane Kiffin. And this is coming from somebody who again, I was a huge Bob Attrino fans. We all know, didn't matter who Bobby Attrino coached. He just he was going to have a quarterback that put up numbers. It's the same thing with Lane Kiffin. It doesn't matter who he's coaching. He hand picked this guy. He's going to put up numbers. And I just think that's going to be the case. It's not just Kiffin. It's Charlie Wise Jr. too, who we have to give credit for. He was calling those plays throughout the playoff for Ole Miss. And he's now the OCNL issue. So I think that's he's as much of a part of the sense, Kiffin as well. Photographic memory. You know that? Wise Jr. Photographic memory. Very good. John, you're saying with Trinidad Chambers, take it or Levitt. Oh, right. I do want to see you hanging back on our neighbor's thought, though, of the returning quarterbacks, guys. Does anybody fall off this year? Because we saw the North

Sellers fall off last year from where it was a year ago. I think people think he's going to be better this year. But you got John Matier. You got Trinidad. You got Archmaning. I mean, there's some options there of returning guys we expect are going to be good, Gunner Stockton. Do any of those guys fall off this year and not as good? We saw what Garrett Usman last year and all issue. He was extremely disappointing. I think Matier does. I think Matier drops off. Yeah, because I'm not really sold on Oklahoma as much either. They kind of got a weird schedule too. But I don't know. I just feel like there's just someone who stole me a stat about something with like when Oklahoma has brought us or has brought quarterbacks to media days and stuff. Apparently, they don't have like very good seasons. I don't know if that's even true. It's on the internet. It probably was. But I'm just like, okay, I'm going to go with that. That makes sense to me. So, yeah, I just think I think I think this year's going to be a rough year for quarterbacks in the SEC. Overall, you're just not going to have many. Health affects everything. You know, Matier heard his hand that his numbers went off. The, you know, Nussmeyer was hurt all year. I mean, you brought up two guys who sort of fell off. I think, well, health is going to, you know, who knows what will happen with that.

What do you guys think Marcel Reid's a candidate for this? That's what I was going to ask you. Sorry, Corey. And you're good at the same time there. But yeah. And look, you know, a lot of last year, I was a Marcel Reid truther. But as you look at more stuff over the course of the offseason, like A&M schedule was remarkably straightforward. Last year, and they got to the playoff, and he was not ready for the moment. And my Amy game changed things for me. Yeah, 100. I'm there with you, Corey, for sure. Yeah, that's, that's, that's a great one. Two Marcel Reid is another one. I think you're a different, different OC Holman Wiggins, maybe not as productive with Colin, as he was with Colin Klein. One more here, guys, in this segment, which of the new SEC coaches do you think impresses most in their debut this weekend? You got John Somerall, point FAU Alex Goliage with Baylor, right? So North Alabama will Stein and Youngstown state. I'll leave off Kiffin and Golding because they both have coached SEC games. It's going to be Alex Goliage.

Okay. Alex Goliage. Yeah. Yeah. Goliage. Yeah. He's the only new coach that's really like playing a team that's worth anything. But when I say impressed, like Ryan Somerall could we could beat North Alabama 70 to nothing, and Goliage could eke out a three point win against Baylor. So which is more across that? Yeah. I could go on a day with day a city swinging too, there, Gordy. But that doesn't mean that it's like you could do. It doesn't matter. Like no matter how many points that you win this game by, it's not going to be it's going to be impressive. But it's almost like, okay, you did your job. You know, you did what you're supposed to be. But I mean, here's a deal. I don't want our console to get talked about at all this weekend because if they do, it's not going to be because of something good. It's going to be because they either lost or that like they didn't look good and they're like, oh, my God, I've got upset. I don't want to get talked about. I want them to be in Cognito. And then next week they can get to talk about that's a good time. Golden as a new coach. I mean, if he beats Louisville, that's the only it's the only rank. It's the only ranked verse ranked matchup all weekend. If he beats a ranked team out of the game. But I'm not

sure he should like, you know, Gordy didn't want to count. I'm not sure he should count him either. I mean, is he newer? Is he not new? He's just in a new situation. He's he's gold. Shiffy beats Baylor just in the sense that I mean, it's a seven point spread there. I think seven to half eight. That's, you know, everyone else in the SEC's favorite by like five touchdowns. Yeah, probably this Louisville line tricky to anybody else. Very tricky. Very, very tricky. They they're they're playing it on the Lord's day. I mean, how could you not be a little bit tricky on the Sunday night as he's just I just feel like there are more than a touchdown better. Yeah, I don't know about all that. I will say I will say that I'm going to agree though. I think former raise your back coach Alex Goldish is going to be the guy the most most impressive this weekend. So I'm sure he would love that. Yeah, let's just look at it though. The betting lines. Wow, you had that ready to go. Louisville miss is the closest Ole Miss a six and a half point favorite Auburn a seven and a half point favorite and then LSU and Clemson LSU 10 and a half. In fact,

we're going to make one of those every week. Sure. Can we get out to us? Sure. We're going to get to those three games when we return. They are the biggest games in the SEC. We're talking about them when the squad show roles on here in just a second. Hey guys, college football Saturdays are already packed with reasons to get excited in this season. Final segment of the squad show and fellas want to run through the three big games in the SEC this weekend, throw one out and give me your thoughts on your prediction. Zach, we've touched on a little bit, but Auburn versus Baylor, what you got? I think Auburn wins. I think I think they're going to be able to run the football. And I think Baylor is going to have issues with their offensive line. Don't think they did a super great job rebuilding that via the portal. Auburn needs to get to DJ Lagway early and often and if that's the case, I think everything

will take care of itself. Anybody think Baylor hangs around? For a series or two, yeah, I think, but I don't know that Baylor is good enough upfront to keep up with Auburn, to be honest. I think Auburn's going to have a lot of success running the ball with the running backs and with Byron Brown. I think defensively, they're going to harass DJ Lagway all night long and it's going to be, I feel like it's going to be worse than it was last year. I think Baylor wins. Gordy does too, apparently. I did not. I'm not. Gordy's betting the house. Yeah, I think Baylor wins. You got to have at least one SEC team screw up and lose this weekend. I think it's going to be Auburn. Are we picking the North Alabama game too? Gordy. Please do. Can we add that with the list? Oh, man, you're going to hurt my feelings by picking Arkansas to lose. Wow. The 16th team in the SEC. Great. I like Auburn to win, not in the blowout,

but pretty handily. I think they're just a better team. DJ Lagway on offense and Dave Aranda on defense. I mean, maybe, but I don't think so. I think Auburn by maybe, you know, 14 to 18 here. Jeremiah Cobb with a big night. You got to spy Byron Brown. That can open up things for the tail back. I think Auburn has a very impressive, not just opening weekend, but a very impressive September. Watch out for October. LSU hosting Clemson on Saturday night college game day will be there. This was supposed to be the marquee game, but Clemson ended up not being ranked in the preseason. It sounds like a lot of people out on Davos. Some of the Clemson fans out there already saying, man, you think we can get Tony Elliott from Virginia to be the next head coach after we fire Davos. So what do you guys make? Do you think Clemson hangs with LSU at all? You know, honestly, I was going to like, I would feel good about Clemson again if it wasn't for the Chad Moore single, but also like it's, it's

a tough angle. He's got awful. But the thing is, it's like, Link Kiffin reminds me a little bit of John Calipari when the back against the wall is like, oh, man, this atmosphere is going to be crazy or this. He's got so much pressure on him. You've got to win this. Everyone's rooting against him and everything finds ways to win. Man, he finds ways to win. I know it's at home, but it's still it's like everyone's asking is this whole scenario? Is it going to be distracting for him and his team? It's like, maybe, but I think I think he's going to go out and he's just going to open a can and they went big. I'm not going to be happy about it. I'm going to hold my nose watching it, but I think it's going to happen. When Lane had the whole distraction of the coaching search down the stretch of last season, was it all miscontinued to just win games? I mean, so I think Lane can deal with the distractions. That's off the field. Football, X's and O's, that's what Lane does great. So I think I think when Lane Kiffin is a distraction, like him, he himself is a distraction. He can handle it. I think LSU wins, but Clemson, I think this is a

pretty tight fun four quarter game and LSU wins. They have more good players in Clemson. I'm in line with Jimmy there. I think I think LSU wins. They might they may or may not cover. I don't know. I haven't decided yet on that, but I do think LSU does win the game. It's going to be tight and they'll probably punch a late touchdown to cover probably. That's that's what I'm going to go with actually. So LSU is not by much. Seven and a half LSU. Seven and a half. No, 10 and a half. 10 and a half. Wow. That's a lot. I like Clemson to cover. I really do. I mean, I think I think the distractions allow for a Clemson cover, but LSU wins the game. They just have too many players. I'd stay away from that line. But I think LSU wins, but Chad, I've more know clue how that game's going to go Chad Morris. This guy became the head coach of Allen High School in Texas who hadn't the hand lost like more than one game in a season in 20 years. In his first year, they lost three.

This guy sucks everywhere he goes. And then he's watered back. And by the way, as much as the talking point is, I'm speaking of the deals as it was for Auburn to keep DJ dark in their DC, LSU kept Blake Baker. They're DC who they really liked a lot. So yeah, LSU is great. We get it. We get it. Also also Clemson lost the ACC Interceptions leader, Ricardo Jones, who now plays for Vanderbilt. Okay, Club Nick. I mean, there's a lot of dudes from Clemson that were in that, and that Nellis, you still won the game at Clemson last year. Is Vizena the starter at Clemson? Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Okay. I wouldn't be surprised if the other kid, Tate Reynolds, he's probably going to play. And that kid was a, that kid was a stud in high school. Nothing like a week one quarterback controversy. Lastly, guys, Sunday night, we will get, well, I actually have two college games on Sunday night. It's going to be Wisconsin Notre Dame on, I think NBC. And then the other one is the only ranked matchup of the weekend. It is Louisville versus

Ole Miss. Game where Ole Miss is just a six and a half point favorite. I know we kind of touched on it earlier, but everybody think this one kind of comes down to the wire? No, I think Ole Miss loses. Nick that case, you know, because I don't hate it. I just want to hear it. Well, again, I'll be shocked. Well, again, my thing is I just, I feel, and this is not just like I've done some rigorous research on Wikipedia. It's like I just feel like, like there's just, when a coach goods into this situation and takes over a top 10 ranked team. And maybe it's because I remember the John Elsmith, you're an Arkansas as a preseason top 10 team when you took over and it became a disaster. Am I saying that that's the exact same thing? But it just gives me the feeling that they are going to regress and they are going, it's going to get bad at the very beginning. I think that it's that. I think I'm knowing it's a couple of weeks away. I think that they're going to be so focused in on that dad-gum-l issue game that it's going to even impact them two weeks ahead of advance. I just have

this feeling that they are going, that they just got a guy who I like, people holding, but never been ahead coach before. They got all this pressure. They've been so obsessed like all of them are obsessed with Lane Kiffin. Stephen Wells is obsessed with Lane Kiffin every one of them. And that's okay. But I think their obsession is going to be costing them the biggest part of it, which is when I think they get, I think they get upset early. And what were they pre-Lane Kiffin, right? The Matt Luke Gears. I mean, they were an average, you know, what's his face? I had a few good years there in in-hue, but you know, it's mostly they've been like a six seven win program. Schedules tougher for Ole Miss. It's not, I mean, starting to Louisville's, fairly, you know, top 25 team schedules tougher. Adds up. There's a cumulative effect playing a tough schedule. And I'm not going to be surprised off. It's close. So much talk about Chambliss and Kiwan Lacey, Conholton Isaac Brown, pretty good combo. Louisville, quarterback and running back. I won't be surprised. It's close, but I like Ole Miss. Brown's a heck of a coach too. He is. I'm not touching

this line, but if I did, I would take Louisville on the cover, Ole Miss to win. Yeah. I'm just going to crack up laughing when Ole Miss loses because it's like a John's point about how is the SEC going to go 16 and 0 this weekend? I mean, I think of course, I think they will go 16 and 0, but should we be shocked if there's one stubbed toe in there? Yeah, who would be the funniest team to lose? Like honestly, don't say Arkansas. I probably LSU, right? That's what I'm saying. Nobody gives a rip about that game, but it's like with Arkansas. But yeah, like LSU would be really funny. And I think Ole Miss and LSU would be the two funniest teams to lose. It's close. That would be crazy. LSU because of what's been going on in the news. Yeah. Game day's already going Oxford in two weeks. You imagine if they both start Owen one goodness gracious. Yeah. I was watching every second of that coverage. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And I just really, if an if LSU like lost again, it's like, this is all bad things have gotten LSU has forced me to root for Davos Weeney. Like, that's how bad it's got. It's like,

they have forced me to root for them. Two under the radar, I'll give you that, that a betting degenerate gave me. He said, he thinks young's town covers against Kentucky. And Louisiana Monroe covers against Mississippi State. So you all Monroe has gotten some SEC members over the years. Alabama included. So yikes. What's the Monroe line? A lot of five touchdowns. It's a 28 20 and a half. Oh, four. Okay. So not like 40 like some of these other ones. So Alabama beat Monroe last year, 73 to nothing. Alabama's a little better in Mississippi State though, Jimmy. Probably. Just just a touch. Just a touch. Let me be clear. I wish they weren't. You know what I mean, but they are. They've been lost to a Mino seven, right? Yeah. Yeah. They did. Well, always lost his job over it. 17 years later. They like, we've had enough at that Monroe talk. You're out. That's what it was. That was strong. Now he's doing commercials

about the Protect College Sports Act. You'll see that every commercial break this weekend. So get ready, fellas. Hey, for John. Jack Jimmy Corey. Appreciate our SEC squad panel.
