Hey there everybody, I'm Jordan Hansen, host of Daybreak Devotions, Simple Truths for Complicated Times. A conversation that my wife and NASA and I had a while back came to mind recently. It was about a friend of ours who we both agreed was just a very genuine, down-to-earth, friendly person, someone that you can count on as more than just an acquaintance. It doesn't mean that you're everyday besties with someone and around them all the time, but the times that you are around them, they make you feel better about yourself or the world around you. You feel like you've been with family. The Bible says in Proverbs 11-30, the seeds of good deeds become a tree of life, a wise person wins friends. This friend may not think much of it since it's just who they are, but good deeds and genuine

friendship can sustain people through the toughest of times. Be a friend to someone today. And Casey, if you happen to hear this, thank you for being a friend to us. Thank you for being such a fan of our children and thank God you are who you are. And remember, God's not the problem. This is the answer. Hey folks, thanks for listening in. We hope you enjoyed today's episode and if you're ready for a breakthrough, join us again tomorrow for another daybreak devotion.
