Seahawks Sign Rookies, 3 First-Rounders Still Pending

0:00On May 1st, Seattle Seahawks rookie minicamp fired up this May, and the Super Bowl champs moved fast, locking in more than half their 20, 26 draft class with rookie contracts. They ain't third round cornerback Julian Neal, fifth round guard Bo Stevens, and the seventh round trio of cornerback Andre Fuller defensive. Tackle Devon Eastern and cornerback Michael Danzby all announced Thursday. These deals are standard four year contracts, slotted by draft spot with set values. No real holdups or surprises since only first round picks get that fifth year team option. Still holding out our first round running back, Jadarian Price, the 32nd overall pick, 2nd round safety, Bud Clark at 64th overall, and 6th round wide receiver Emanuel Henderson Jr. picked 199th. Expect those three to sign soon and join the squad seamlessly, keeping the offseason by smooth as the Hawks build for another run.
