Their roster stays strong overall, making it a smart play to hold steady rather than force moves. Experts at Pro Football Focus recently pegged young edge-rusher Derek Hall as the Seahawks top trade asset heading into next month's draft. The second round picked from Auburn in 2023 broke out last season with 8 sacks, and even with fewer snaps this year, he stayed highly, productive per play, including in the playoffs.
