It's tucked right beside their popular little Betty Steak Bar, bringing coastal vibes to the local scene. The spot pulls inspiration from Italy's shores and Japan, spotlighting premium seafood in an elegant intimate set-up. You'll find it at 1011 Jemisin Lane in Mountain Brook, with a lighter, brighter feel compared to its Steakhouse neighbor. Executive chef Kyle Bitti, a southern talent behind Little Betty's hits, crafted the menu around fresh catches. Think oysters, crudo, sushi, nigiri, and crispy rice, blending classic and modern flavors seamlessly. Early visitors raved about standout dishes like briny and dotty oysters, a punchy avocado with crispy rice and wasabi. Fruity Hamachi Crudo, and a classic main lobster roll on milk bread with fries.
