If you're a podcast host, listen up this ones for you. My name is Ally Jackson. I'm the host of Finding Mr. Height, a dating and relationship podcast that I've been doing for four years now, sharing my positive and practical approach to dating that's built on my own life experience. And I wanted to share another experience that I've had, my secret behind monetizing my show. It's called Red Circle. And I was just telling my colleague about how much I love their platform. With Red Circle, not only am I getting a seamless hosting experience, but I also love the support I receive in AdSales. It's not just typical AdSales either. It's targeted opportunities based on my show and my life. And the platform is super simple. You just set your preferences and Red Circle matches you with sponsors that align with your show. You can vet every opportunity and their platform gives you great analytics. More recently too, my Red Circle team has brought me opportunities outside of my podcast on social media to really augment the podcast partnerships, bring them full circle. I just can't recommend them enough. If you want to give it a try, go to redcircle.com to get your free trial. That's redcircle.com for a free trial. Back to one-on-one with DP sponsored by the downtown Lincoln

Foundation on 93 seven to ticket. Fargo back from the text line. Dave Braske just says, if the team is not more aggressive on both office, the defense of prices and shoot at least 20 times, they'll lose. Look at the volume of Wisconsin shot the tournament. Troy is not what's going to. Troy is not what's going to. Troy is not Wisconsin, they're not Purdue, they're not Michigan, they're not Illinois, they're not Michigan State, they're not even USC and UCLA. They're not. If you put Troy in the Big Ten, they're at the bottom of the Big Ten. By every metric, every standard, they're just not big enough. But for one game, problematic. I don't know that you need aggressive on offense is always good. Aggressive on defense is the calling card. So you're right in that being aggressive on both sides of the ball. But I need the bigs to finish like big guys.

Like Ring's gonna hit three or four threes. I'm not sure that they're going to challenge Bear Kay and Ring to shoot threes. Purdue opened the playbook against Nebraska for whoever was going to play them, because they said, we're going to play off the non three shooters and make it tough for the three point shooters. And that's what they did. They roughed up Sanford, they put a forearm on Frager, Jim Marcus could, now this is the day for Jim Marcus from the wing and then pump fake off the three line, take the mid-range jumper that that, that Jim Marcus can have a remarkable day. But aggressive on defense, these folks shoot from the inbound line, man, they don't,

they have no, they have all the range. But again, it's only, it only matters if they're making their shots. Again, I saw them against USC where the shots were going down and they were tough to defend. And what we've seen USC, not really excel on defense. That wasn't there, that wasn't their calling card. That is the Nebraska calling card. And Nebraska's length, their length, their ability to block shots and then, the rules for Nebraska don't change. Not for Troy, the rules don't, Bach, what are the rules for Nebraska this season? What are the rules? Don't, don't get beat on the off on the defensive boards, right? Don't give up extra possessions, which is a thing that Troy lives on. Don't get sped up, take the good shots, defend the middle

and then make the threes, make the threes and freeze, right? What am I missing? Oh, it's a good recipe, right? Yeah, it has been. And if, when you look at your opponents, it's, will they do anything to stop us from doing that? And at six, eight, six, seven, six, nine across the front and they'll go smaller if saying is not available, right? The kid that they have coming off the bench is probably a better score than saying, but he's just not as good as a rebounder. Then it's just, it's scrambling and Nebraska faces the same type of offense and the same type of player in its practice squad. It's back five players on Nebraska roster. That's who they play. That's the style play. Shooters and otherwise, right?

Hammond being says this. I want to see the Huskers treat this like the crown. Last time they were all playing together, just have fun and play the game. They'll love in each other and they'll be okay. And I fully agree with that. They're, you know, it's, it's not different. Other than the fact that there was no additional pressure in the crowd. There's not all the conversation. And I don't know that the Huskers are listening to all of the talk over winning an NCAA game or not. I don't know if that's a part of the conversation. I was in the outside the locker room after the game and the coaches to a man, we're going to get this right. Literally from Linda, we're going to get this right. Like they had identified problems and had come up with solutions that, listen, they're things that we can do to fix.

We're, they're going to go with the hot hand. This is, this is the, the, the Volvano went in and survived. Survive in advance. You only have one game. The mission from this point forward is go one and a half. That's what the crown bet tournament was. Go one and a half today. And Troy has to play a perfect game to beat Nebraska, to be honest. And Nebraska has to play a worse game, to be honest. Nebraska has to play a game worse than any game they played all year. Box, does that make sense? Good to be. I mean, the UCLA game was kind of ugly. I mean, Troy's not UCLA. True. I have anything that can force defensively that can force. They're not big enough. They're not deep enough to be physical with Nebraska the way UCLA.

They don't have the bodies if, if, if they're two wings, spend their time shoving forearms into, into, into Frager and Sanford. If they go to the bench, Nebraska wins by 30. If, if, if Troy gets in any foul trouble, any of their top three players or top five players, you can add the Campbell, the Mamba's to it. Any of those players getting foul trouble, it's a rap. Then the question is you can attack that, but that means sometimes you would go out of your system, you would go out of your, your normal process. The Nebraska process is good enough as is. It's good enough. The reality is you have to measure Troy by Nebraska. And let me say this, I think Dowd are yoga instructor challenged us to find inner peace. I found it faster than anyone. After four seconds, I stood up and screamed, I found her.

Vonna, I win. They asked me to leave. I guess they don't respect winning. Bet 365 does though. New customers get $365 in bonus bets just for betting $10. Now must stay losers. Bet 365 winning is everything. Gamely problem called 1,800 gambler 21 plus only must be physically located in Virginia. TNC's apply in app only. If you're a podcast host, listen up. They play the same way except for the Mamba's shoot the three more than same. But they play the same. You could switch jerseys and get the same effect and I would understand. For both, to one, to one brother, for both brothers, like it makes sense. They play like Sam and Kale and the Campbell, except for the Campbell boy shoot it more. I don't know that they always shoot it better. I mean, they're shooting at 40%, but that's a part of the deal. Now, also, they're not used to having big 10 level defenders in their jersey for 30, 30 minutes.

Look, I like the sunbelt. I'm a son of the sunbelt, but no. No, it's a little different. And there's no, there's no rink mass in the sunbelt. There's no price. Sanford in the sunbelt. Doubt is, here's the thing. I can literally say, if Doubt's on a heater, the game gets interesting. Valdes is a shot maker. He's a score. He's off balance. He's off kilter. He's an igniter for them, but I think his turnover to assist is almost one to one. I guess average almost five assists again. Right, but he also, but he's close. He's three and a three plus and turnovers, right? Like it's, it's, it's a thing. Now, it depends on which version shows up. And then which version Nebraska maneuvers and manipulates, right? Because can you, can Sam change the way the Mamba's facilitate the offense?

Can he limit them? And can he wear them down? They're going to play, you know, Sam likes to play the minutes. Are you used to having the mirror average? And then what happens with the bigs? Now, if they're, if they're making their threes, then they will take advantage of Nebraska size and use it against them. But I also think there's no answer for Troy, if rank and, and, and bear Kay are high love. This, this, this is also a Garcy again. So all the things in place, Erick and Lincoln says this, I've been in Nebraska basketball fans since 1989. I will be rolling in Oklahoma City Thursday morning 9 a.m. If we win downtown, OK, see better be on alert for party. It's going to be years of frustration being put out on all the bar tabs. I personally have joked about what that will be. And then what, what downtown Lincoln will be, what the hay market will be like Thursday.

It's, it's, it's a weekend, right? We, we know this week, this is the drinkers week. But with amateur and pros, they're, everybody, everybody is in play. And I think it's pretty, I think it's pretty interesting to hear Husker fans. I mean, this is the safe place. Say how you feel. I'm not, you're not wrong in whatever you feel. You're not wrong in whatever you feel you, you've earned the right to feel how you feel. So Bach, how do you feel about this? How do you feel about Thursday? Well, again, I mean, we talked about a baby and maybe the biggest game in Nebraska basketball history. We've joked for years and it's only half a half of a joke is, you know, build the statue for whatever coach can come in here and get it done. I don't know if the quite get the statue started, but you might have to start thinking about it. I mean, it is, this is the curse of the Bambino. This is, Nebraska doesn't have all the media attention of some of them, you know,

the major streaks over the years, but this is as bad as it's, you know, the streak is as bad as it's been. He's never happened. You call it getting me called a streak because it's never happened to begin with. So to get that tournament win, you know, for fans and people like, I don't know, they keep going back to this. But, you know, I just, I watched the last game, the tech say an M game last time to rescue the incident. I turned it with my dad and it being the last game that my dad was ever going to say he passed away. And so, you know, it's very close to my heart to kind of think of it. He made me a Husker fan, right? I mean, he, I've watched more Husker basketball games with him than anybody. And he lived 60 years with a long time as a Nebraska basketball fan and never got to see this day happen for, you know, in fruition. So, you know, it even, you know, for, for those that have like connections like that, it's going to be an emotional day. Like something on the, on the text lines that earlier, I grown man is, there are going to be plenty of grown man fears on Thursday. If the brassy gets the win. Yeah. And I, I, here's the thing.

I'm really, Eric says D.P. put on his sunshine and rainbow glasses today. No, I put on, I put on man analytic glasses. I put on, these are truth tellers. I will tell people all any day that we do not ask me to come on this microphone and lie to you. Bach will tell you, I am truth first. I am not going to placate it and go, hey, I don't see. No, here's what I see. Nebraska is the better basketball. By every venture. By every metric. Opponent play, consistency of play. Any facet of the game. You know, it's that thing of style of play and otherwise, but for one day, and this is why it's the madness. For one day, it comes down to how you.

Produce on that day. That's just it. That's how it works. We want to make sure that you folks come out and join us. And 937 ticket, we will be a Buffalo wings and rings.
