SCOTUS Seeking Security $$

It's an exceptionally busy day in Washington, where two Supreme Court justices are testifying before Congress in a very rare, personal pitch to lawmakers requesting tens of millions of dollars in additional security funding. Over on Capitol Hill, House Speaker Mike Johnson is holding a news conference on the GOP's agenda.
