Daniel Penny intervened and tried to subdue Jordan Neely who was shouting and claiming he had little to live for. And Jordan Neely had before attacked people, threw one on a train track. And before he was subdued by Daniel Penny, Neely was threatening to murder bystanders. Unfortunately Daniel Penny put a chokehold on him and Neely died. Now Daniel Penny may face 15 years in jail. Who brought the charges? Alvin Bragg, one of George Soros’ appointed district attorneys that that are wreaking havoc and crime in 187 American cities. What’s going to happen in the future when you’re threatened or even attacked by someone on the subway or anywhere else? Who would intervene considering they may give up their lives just to save yours!
