Daniel Penny intervened and tried to subdue Jordan Neely who was shouting and claiming he had little to live for. And Jordan Neely had before attacked people, threw one on a train track. And before he was subdued by Daniel Penny, Neely was threatening to murder bystanders. Unfortunately Daniel Penny put a chokehold on him and Neely died. Now Daniel Penny may face 15 years in jail.
