Savannah Bee Co. Recalls Honey BBQ Sauce-Mustard

This poses a serious risk for anyone with allergies to those ingredients who could face severe reactions. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration posted the recall notice on February 27. The effective bottles have a batch code of B1L1360525, a best before date of May 16, 2027 and UPC. Code A5-00339-37589. They come in clear glass with an orange label. No illnesses have been linked to the product so far, but the company stresses the potential danger for sensitive consumers. It's a reminder to always check labels carefully, especially with allergens. The problems started when a customer pointed out that some honey BBQ sauce sweet bottles were mislabeled as the mustard version.

1:01That sweet sauce includes wheat and soy, which weren't listed on the new labels. The sauce shipped nationwide to stores and consumers from July 30, 2025 through February 26, 2026.
