Gas prices in the US are up nearly $1 since Trump launched the war, $3.92 per gallon. ABC's James Longman, a confidential briefing document reviewed by ABC News, said earlier this month, multiple waves of 12 to 15 drones flew for hours at a time over sensitive areas, a bark-stale air force base near Shreveport, Louisiana, home of B-52 bombers and the air forces nuclear command, the Air Force not able to do anything to stop them. The drones operated in loose formations, then dispersed across sensitive locations on the base, and they're unlike anything available off the shelf. The documents said these drones have a much longer range and are resistant to jamming. ABC's Aaron Katerzky, evacuation warnings now up across the Hawaiian Islands as the second powerful storm in a week brings heavy rain on North Oahu. There are growing concerns over a dam in danger of failing thousands of residents downstream ordered to evacuate.

2:01Heavy rain continues to pound the Hawaiian Islands with more expected through the weekend, threatening to make the flooding even worse. The heaviest rain is expected through Saturday with the big island getting the worst of it, wind gusts of 45 miles an hour or possible. The governor ordering all state departments closed and state workers not responding to the emergency to stay home. It's a second so called Kona Lo to hit the area. A Kona Lo is a subtropical cyclone that can cause extremely heavy rain like Hawaii has seen for the past week. That's ABC's Alex Stone, another tough day on Wall Street, the Nasdaq on Friday down more than 2%. You're listening to ABC news. It's being called one of the largest animal rescue operations in the US. Officials in Lake Hughes, California have executed a rescue operation involving about 700 cats and dogs in the care of a person named Christine DeAnda. A search warrant in the case states a possible violation of animal welfare laws at rock and pause animal rescue. More than 70 animal control staff were on the scene of the operation.

3:04The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control says it's the largest amount of animals they've ever seized and possibly the largest case the country has ever seen. Mike DeBoskey, ABC News, millions of Americans who defaulted on their student loans will be the first ones affected by a new plan. The White House reportedly planning on asking the Treasury to collect on defaulted student loans and eventually provide operational support on current loans. As it stands, the Education Department oversees the country's entire education debt portfolio, which currently sits at $1.7 trillion. Student loans held by more than 42 million borrowers. ABC's Andrew Dimbert, the NCAA, is asking a federal court to stop draft kings from using registered trade marics associated with the men's and women's basketball tournaments like Sweet 16 or March Madness.
