En: Outside the window, the blinding summer sunlight was shining brightly.
Ja: 東京の広いオフィスの中は、エアコンの涼しい空気と、キーボードを叩く音で満たされています。
En: Inside the spacious office in Tokyo, the cool air from the air conditioner and the sound of keyboards being tapped filled the atmosphere.
Ja: オフィスの壁には、色鮮やかな提灯や飾りが、迫りくるお盆の雰囲気を醸し出しています。
En: On the office walls, brightly colored lanterns and decorations exuded the approaching mood of Obon.

En: He wanted to make the best choices for the team, but time was never on his side.
Ja: お盆が近づくにつれ、チームメンバーはそわそわし始めました。
En: As Obon approached, the team members started to get restless.
Ja: 家族や友人と祭りを楽しむために気持ちが浮足立っていました。
En: Their hearts were light as they looked forward to enjoying the festival with family and friends.
