Back in 2016, I was invited to a podcast to talk about Greater Magic. Now in this episode of Satan's Plain will hear a recording of that long-lost discussion, which addressed some of the common misconceptions of Greater Magic, and talk about Satanic ritual in general. Well, it's not Satan worship, it's Satanism, it's embracing the life and reaching things, which have traditionally been given the devil's name. Pride, lust, surely success, rational self-interest, atheism, humor, non-conformity, science, a passion for living, being selective about whom we love. We don't see these as shameful sins, but empowering ideals. And we also recognize these psychological, power, and fun, symbolism, and aesthetics, so we utilize Satan as mythology's most fitting mascot for what we're about. Satan's Plain, satanic talk with Trick of Satan, register Bill M. here with Satan's Plain. In this episode, I'm going to present a recording of a discussion from October 2016. It was a long discussion I had on another person's podcast to answer any questions on the topic

of satanic ritual and in general Greater Magic. The show got a lot of positive reception back when it aired from what I remember. Then it's got taken off line, then put back on again, then taken off, put back on, taken off, and that was all beyond my control. So I decided to make this available once and for all by putting it into an actual Satan's Plain episode. You'll hear me giving some answers similar to things I've said in some Satan's Plain episodes on the topic, but a lot of other stuff too. I also took the time to edit the recording for better listening. The original recording in mid-dly had a lot of ums and us and awkward sentence restarts and audio glitches here and there. Sorry, removed. A lot of that awkwardness while keeping all of the actual content. I've also added timestamps in the description to make it easier to go back and listen to specific answers. Hopefully these changes all make for a smoother listening experience.

Also, I'm not sure if this is the exact recording that aired or it was just a personal recording that I made for myself at the time. In any case, like I said, the content is all there. Now, as for who was conducting this interview with me, what show it was from and all that, well, my original plan was to start this show explaining all that stuff. Then after I pieced together all the details, I realized, you know, it's kind of a long story in and of itself. I also realized that if I started the episode with the drama, I'd be opening a can of worms and it would make the original recording kind of difficult to listen to with all that stuff in mind. So then I figured, well, I'll just save all of it until the end of the episode. But I decided not to do that either. I really just want people to focus on the actual interview content and hopefully enjoy that instead of focusing on the drama and the backstory and the who's and the what's and all that.

Maybe I'll tell the full story in a separate episode or just have it available for subscribers. In the meantime, from the week of Halloween, 2016, here's a discussion I had on a now defunct podcast talking about what's known in Satanism as greater magic. Tonight, I have a very special show that I've been wanting to do for a good while. And I was looking around to see who I could have come on and I found the guy because I was listening to Reverend Campbell's nine cents podcast and he did the greater magic episodes. And our guest was on and he just did a very fantastic job in my opinion of explaining a lot of things when it comes to greater magic. And that is none the other magister bill. They'll welcome. Thank you for having me. You doing all right? Good. Good. Good. Good.

I wanted to do this show tonight. Not only to just give the audience, you know, a time to, I guess, learn, sort of speak more on greater magic, but also I wanted to kind of confront a lot of the misconceptions when it comes to greater magic and ritual within the church of Satan because I'm sure you're well aware of that. There are a lot of people out there that have a lot of misconceptions and there's a lot of goofy things that are being said, you know, because basically they just don't fucking get it. And not none of the misunderstanding is of ill intent. There's some people who sincerely want to understand it and see how that integrates and maybe just have a couple of misconceptions. And then there are people who try making things up or trying to use a straw man argument. Yeah. I get, I guess personally, I get tired of hearing a lot of people say that, you know, oh, and we'll get into this a little bit later, of course, but they say, you know,

you're Satanist, but you're atheist, but you do ritual, you know, you do this greater magic, you know, why and you know, it doesn't make sense. You contradict yourself. And I'm sure you've heard the same. Oh, yeah, and I have answers, but I won't launch right into them just if you. Well, Magistra Bill, thank you so much. Seriously, for taking the time out of your schedule to come home. Antone Vase said in this, I tend to Bible the definition of magic is the change in situation or events and accordance with one's will. With that being said, if you could, Magistra Bill, explain or go into detail, what is greater magic for the viewers? The definition he also adds that it's not just change in situations and accordance with your will. It's done in ways that if it was normally accepted methods would be unchangeable. And he says right afterwards, this immediately leaves a lot to interpretation that it does.

So, remember earlier in the satanic Bible, he says, hearing you will find truth and fantasy. And I think greater magic is what we get more into the fantasy part. It's intentional fantasy. It's known to be fantasy. It's not like the supernatural dogmas of other religions that say these things sort of really exist. We recognize its fantasy. But we realize that humans are always creating fantasy anyway. And it's possible to go create fantasy that can work in accordance to your will, sustain your convictions and so forth. So that definition does include both less or am great or magic. But to go more specifically into finding greater magic, greater magic is the performance of ceremony within a specific time and place aside for that for the purpose of as it says in the book, and it's not just oscillating in any sort of adrenaline or I would say, oceanals stamina in converting that into what he calls a dynamically transmittable force. Now, some people again jump into the conclusion like, oh, force that means like there's some sort of invisible thing going on.

Like you see in the polta guy's story, whatever. No, it's not works. He's also written more about greater magic. And of course, the introduction to the satanic rituals and also a couple of essays in the devil's notebook, which I think are real important to read. A combination locked principle and especially raping from to Tars. And in one of those he says, if the truth is to be known greater magic is simply means of formalizing acts, which in and of themselves would elicit no attention, where they'd be carried out without the ritualistic trappings. Again, he makes it clear that people will say it's explainable through psychology or science, but there are parts of it within the ritual and the components that aren't based on known science or say. And the bottom line is it's magic. We call it magic because sort of by definition, it's very subjective. It's, you know, an experience that you don't necessarily want to attach a full explanation to.

And once again, this doesn't mean that a week leave is different. No, that is touching rationalization for an explanation. Right. I read a book. It was called the God part of the brain by Matthew Arper. I don't know if you ever heard of it. And basically, yeah, and basically I mean, I'm probably going to butcher how to explain it. But basically he says, you know, there was a part in the brain that, you know, it's a God part where a lot of people are the reason they go into religion or Christianity or whatever it may be. And, but with saying that, do you think when we get in as Satanist get into ritual chamber that we tap into a certain spot in our brain or open up that we may have never known? If that makes sense. I think we do. It might not be a specific part of a brain, but we certainly make that decision to as it's described objectively at the other a subjective state.

Right. And this sort of state, we have all other sorts of names for it because I think the same sort of phenomenon shows up in other things. There are athletes who really get in the zone as it's called where they are able to filter everything else out and be really intent on things. Musicians have the concept called like the groove where everything sort of locking together things are working well, what like a machine. Even going all the way back Napoleon Hill or the book think and grow rich, which talks sort of about the importance of getting to that state of being singular minded in purpose, having that it's in accordance with their goals and all that. So that state as the base says, it's a purely emotional, not an intellectual act. Great imagine. Yeah, that's actually a good point that you made. You even refer to sports, just say a football game, you know, they get in the zone and I think, you know, when we get into the ritual chamber, that's kind of what we do.

We kind of just get in a zone, but at the same time, do you think that some people may get too serious or take it too serious within the ritual chamber that would have, I guess, a negative effect. They have to have everything just perfect. Well, yeah, I see what you're saying. I mean, there are some people who I think might place too much psychological importance on like the inner steps of the ritual and think that if one thing goes, then that's it. The analogy I use for this is a lot of people sort of think of like magic as like a chain where if you break one length and the whole thing's gone. I see magic as the analogy here is more like a rope where you're adding strands to it and if you're losing one strand, that's OK. More strands you have in this case, the strands represent how well can you put yourself in that state, the intellectual decompression state and be singular in purpose and not made too many distracting mistakes along the way or have no direction.

Richwell I think has been around for years and years and years of course. So I'll see you. I mean, we can even go to like birthdays, you know, going up candles, singing happy birthday, you know, or someone opening up a new business to cut in the ribbon. You can go on. With that being said, do you think Richwell should be an everyday thing for individuals because for me personally, you know, I mean, it's October now and I have not did any rituals this year. Do you think that's kind of defeating the purpose? Yeah, they mean it can people ask, you know, why doesn't the Church of Satan have like rituals? Is there a church I can go to in my area, you know, a church, a state where I can like sit in, I don't know what they expect like to sit in pews and ask something and like, no, we don't do that because when in Satanism, we realize that people have a different need and different frequency for ritual and take different forms.

If something could be done every single day, I mean, I don't see why a Satanist couldn't employ that. If you do find yourself doing things like everyday without any sort of feeling behind it where it feels more like a guilty obligation, then I think you're doing something wrong. I think like you said, you know, if you're doing it every day out of guilt or something, it's kind of no different than with any religion, Christianity or whatever, you know. Sure. A lot of the people who feel the pews at churches, I think, are people who just go there out of habit and guilty feelings of obligation and start to want to be there. They don't know what else to do. But I love actually points out that in I want to say the intro to the standard rituals, I don't check, but he talks about how when you get into that sort of habit, it's sort of the original ritual kind of loses its meaning and now you're going there sustaining, you could get something else out of it, maybe attention or some kind of feeling of purpose, but the original intent of the rituals not there.

Right. Right. No, speaking on rituals, there's three that Antone Leve laid out in the Satanic Bible, the less compassion and destruction. And I want to kind of hit on all three, it kind of lets you explain each, if you don't mind, going to the first, the less ritual. What is a less ritual for some viewers that might not know? Well, the less ritual is sort of what can be compared to the traditional love spell where you have an object of your desire person, wish to fulfill that desire, at least the very least within the ritual setting, you want to have some kind of catharsis at the very least where that's not consuming you. Just to take this a step back, I mean, most other occult religions will have for a love spell and then a money spell and a spell for healing and this one for banishing and you know, here's one to protect your car and here's one for your school locker. But as the Satanic Bible says, if the shortest distance between two points is a straight line, then one of these occultists would do well as mace makers.

But it also said that the attraction of the occult is not really wanting to necessarily get the results of these spells, but just loving the esotericism of it. But the bottom line is, Satanism is a carnal religion and so ritualistically it only makes sense to get right down to our primal core. One of the things that are really driving us, well, we're animals, we want to mate, we want to survive, we want to stand at a trouble, we want to protect ourselves under family and with humans, greatest enemy, to safety and progress being in the bad actions of other humans. Then we want to eliminate people like that as opposed to threat to our well-being that gets more into destruction and go to the spot. Lust is pretty straightforward I would say, ultimately we're fulfilling the sexual desires. Now within a lust ritual saying someone, let's just use a scale, a guy is a number five, you know, and he's a woman, a woman that's a 10.

Antone LeVay did talk about the balance factor and I think that comes into play with a lust ritual. Could you talk a little bit on that? I guess the balance factor and everything? Yeah, sure. I mean, there are limitations within this and it's not a sort of rationalization or excuse of why magic can't work, but it's about being realistic. And even though this is an unrealistic act, as LeVay says himself, it might seem kind of like a paradox that you should be able in your mind to be able to do anything in the ritual chamber. Tations, yeah, but remember why you're there in the first place, you're there to facilitate your real world desires, your goals. This is a vehicle of putting yourself in the right frame of mind, focusing your intent, and that will help carry things through, if done correctly. So when it comes to the lust ritual, most of the times I would say it works in the sense that when you are finished with the lust ritual, you have a different frame of mind.

Which a paradox is something a lot of guys don't understand is that when you get more pursuant, you kind of come off as a creep and be less attractive and try harder and you seem more like a creep. So at the very least one thing I think a lust ritual can do is put you in the frame of mind where you have that confidence in your nut, the creepiness factor sort of filtered out. Well, with that being said, say someone performs a lust ritual or whatever, should they just go on about their life and forget about that, or should they at least have an expectation of something to come? Well, there's maybe a bit of expectation, but you know, see also the veil also makes clear. People say why didn't my spell have any effect is because it mattered so much to you. The thing is if having gotten it out of your system should be enough, let things happen from there.

And again, it's all self transformative because that's the thing that you're changing is yourself. You are your own god when you do a ritual that's incorporated within the changing self. I don't know if that answers the question. No, I think that yeah, now the second one is compassion. And I think me personally more than any of the three within ritual, I think I've done more compassion rituals than lust or destruction. Could you talk a little bit about the compassion ritual and what it is? Well, you know, we want to minimize suffering for ourselves and for the people we care about, especially because if the people we love are in pain, then that's going to make us feel unhappy. So it always comes out of rational self interest, that's a panic or principle. And you can do a conjuration of compassion for yourself. That is an option as much as Satanism stresses the point of being self reliant in everything.

There may come times in life where you've really hit like a moment of desperation and rather than moving and keeping this burden with you, let it out in that ritualistic setting. Then things move on from there. I mean, I've even heard of people, individuals doing compassion rituals for someone say that you know is dying sick and stuff like that. So yeah, I definitely agree with you on that. Well, let's talk about the one that besides lust, everyone likes to talk about its destruction ritual. And for me personally with a destruction ritual, I think it takes a lot of energy out of me. But with saying that, could you kind of talk on the destruction ritual also? I think pretty straightforward, you have an enemy, you have a person in your life that you would like to get rid of, eliminate from your psyche at the very least. So we have the destruction ritual. The hex says it sometimes called another school of thought, you're probably destruction of an enemy.

And two, I've heard a lot of people saying destruction ritual has pecked fire on them. I've heard stories. With people going into the ritual chamber to do a destruction ritual, but yet they didn't want them to die or they just, I want to hurt them or just, you know, I want them to feel bad or something like that. But when you do go in there, I guess realistically you have to look at it and say, okay, the end result is their death or you know, and yeah. Well, we can see how that went backfire because let's just for example, let's assume a purely psychological clinical view of everything that's going on from an outsider's view, so I just call this view of this destruction ritual. All right, what's going on? You're going into the ritual chamber, you know, very highly intensified emotional state getting down to your core,

prime being of self-defense and self-preservation to bring out that anger and that wrath and release that direct that towards a person. And now say something bad happens to the person and now you're having regrets psychologically. Yeah, that is going to impact fire and you are going to feel bad. This is why it witches believe in the threefold law of, yeah, if you have misdirected guilt and yeah, it's going to feel painful coming back and you're going to blame yourself for this. This goes back. I think that one of the satanic rules of the earth saying like knowledge what you've done for magic or you'll lose what you've obtained things if you set your will to get something and then try to back pedal. That's when you start making excuses for yourself and you start throwing away things you've achieved. Kind of skipping ahead a little bit, but you mentioned what Antonovay said about, you know, if you realize what you've done with magic, if not, you know, you lose it. I've heard individuals say see there, he believes in supernatural deity and demons and stuff all this nonsense.

And a lot of stuff like that, it really gets frustrating to hear from these individuals. Yeah, I mean, we're already using Satan as a metaphor. Can you at least get that? You understand that? Okay, can't understand why we would use magic as a metaphor. No, okay, I don't know what to tell you. People want to turn a rationalized looking for an argument. I've learned that too when it comes to greater magic or whatever, that's the one thing a lot of the pseudos or whatever you want to call them. Whatever name you want to give them, that's where they try to attack the most within the church of Satan or with the greater magic part. Oh, you say you're atheist, you know, it's funny that that also gets brought up often if not in that context, then with interviewers asking us about satanic ritual and stuff because it's the thing that Satan has spent like the least amount of time with that of everything that's in the systemic Bible, I would say.

Even people who do ritualized frequently are still spending the majority of their time as a satanist on the application of the philosophy and everything else. Right. Yeah, with that too being said, you know, it is a tool. The ritual and everything. It's a tool. It's not something I guess you go to and say, okay, I'm going to do this ritual and everything in my life is just going to be better now. It's my step out of the ritual chamber and I say, you know, so it is done or whatever, everything's just going to be better. That's just not realistic. Yeah, if you're expecting oversimplified shortcuts to things in life, then maybe you're in the wrong religion. Yeah, I think a lot of people with that mindset are just fucking lazy. You know, they don't want to get off their ass and work or do anything. So basically, you want you to spoon feed them, you know, want it just to be handed to them. Now with ritual within the ritual chamber, less compassionate destruction, there's group ritual, then there's solo, you know, alone by yourself.

Could you explain, I guess, or the benefits of a group ritual versus by yourself? Well, the satanic Bible explains both have their roles and both have their different strengths. A solitary ritual, which is what most people are doing, if anything, to the simple fact that trying to get people organized together for ritual can be got by hassle. You are going there to exert your will and be singular in purpose and attain things. And in that setting where you can not have to worry about perceptions of other people might have even if you're in that subjective state being solitary might be of benefit that way. Group rituals have their own strength, though, especially if you're there to reinforce a principle or it's an event having all those people all together in the room and chanting ill Satan at the same time to be very invigorating. Now you were at the six, six of six ritual, the original.

Could you talk a little bit about your experience there, like the atmosphere and two I wanted to ask with all the rituals together, compassion, lust, destruction. To me, I guess in my mind, if I never watched it, I would have thought there's no way you could do all those in the same setting. Could you talk on that too, if you don't mind? I had the same exact thought when I found out that they were doing all three congerations and it's like, how are they going to incorporate this in the same ritual. I thought going into the ritual chamber, you're stepping in there with a singular purpose in mind and then you switch gears to the other one. How's that going to work? But it worked. They managed to stream things through and ending with destruction. I don't know what to say, but then theatrically it worked. As the experience itself, it's really hard to put that in words. Some of the video was finally released and put on YouTube, but the video just really doesn't do it any justice.

You're still watching things on a small screen, but just being there and seeing the entire view, the whole theatre sitting there with everybody behind you. Saying how Satan at the same time, not knowing really what to fully expect, you know, you know the basic outline of ritual, but how things were going to kind of was just amazing. I'm never pertain in a group ritual, but I can just imagine power behind when they say health Satan and then everybody else comes back and says, hell, say I can just imagine the power behind that with group ritual with you. Is it more powerful or do you think it's more powerful with alone ritual or did you think it really boils down to watch, I guess, the ritual you're doing? It really does depend on the ritual because I've had solitary rituals that in the end didn't seem all that moving and I've had like mishaps and group rituals as well.

But it's a different setting and different time, intense and in both cases, it's, do you have the right purpose going in there? Do you know what you're going to be doing, but things organize enough and yeah. No, with ritual and ceremony, could you talk a little bit about the difference with a ritual versus a ceremony? Admittedly, and a lot of other people do this, I use the work ritual to sort of mean ceremony too. And strictly speaking, I know there's a difference. I know some people will say that rituals are repeated actions and ceremonies or something else. The introduction to these italic rituals in that Antone Bay does give the further explanation and he sort of sums it up as rituals attain where ceremonies sustain. So he says rituals are for a specific end results on the part of the doer. Cermonies are on the other hand ways to commemorate the event or reinforce an idea.

There can be some overlap. He says, for example, the black mass is not really a ceremony, but it's a ritual because the purpose of a Satan is doing it is to sort of get rid of any sort of attached guilt to Christianity and organized religion. Humans do both ritual and ceremonies as we said earlier. We have to eat for ritualistic expression. We're like commemorating events with ceremonies as well. Do you feel like that a lot of people may get hung up when they go into the ritual with the names or anything like that? For instance, bafflement, bafflement, do you think people get hung up on those things sometime when they go in? If you mean like in a group setting, if they're hearing it, yeah, yeah, that's a group. Yeah, I mean, sometimes it gets on peoples nerves with that. I'm one of the people who say bafflement, other people say, no, it's bafflement and that's distracting. Obviously, if it's you alone on the in your ritual, then who cares how you pronounce things?

Now we have all the anarchy and keys. That's a whole other part of the nation. If it has that intended esoteric result, again, we're not like the other cult religions, or if you pronounce something different than something bad's going to happen, like army of darkness, you know, look. But if it is like jarring to you, I mean, any kind of distraction like that could have an effect on your ritual because it can set you emotionally out of place. So doesn't hurt the plane. I'm kind of skipping to with some of the questions, but with that said, we're going to be answering everyone that sent questions in at the end of the show. A lot of you guys are sending a lot of great questions. But with that being said, when would be a good time to perform a ritual? Is there a certain time? That questions people asking, you know, is it better to do a ritual at night or at midnight early morning? Or do you think it just basically is kind of a personal thing? It depends on the person.

A lot of it does depend on the person. I think not just with time of day, but also your timing of everything else going on. Because sometimes you want to strike while the iron's hot. If you're really intense emotional, you know, with something maybe that's the time to go into the ritual chamber. But at the same time, you want to have some kind of structure, some kind of planning. You know, necessarily you want to wait weeks until, you know, by then your emotions are sort of confused on it. Can you take that emotion that's eating you and work with it before it becomes a lingering thing that consumes you? I do think there is something to be said psychologically about doing things at night, doing things alone. You are symbolically calling forth the forces of darkness mythologically. So the night adds a certain esotericism to it all. There's also different feeling people have. Not totally. There's been some studies about this of, you know, people where people at night have effects.

Jewatory gland, other glands, maps and some light and sort of knowing that everybody is else is usually sleeping. I think too, with the timing, I think the place also is very important. Because you don't want to be somewhere that's just, I guess, interrupting. Oh, absolutely. Because I've heard some people, you know, they say they go out to the woods and stuff like that, early mornings and stuff. But I guess you don't want to go out where there's just a lot of people. You know, you on a black robe or whatever you want to, you know, remember that the whole point is you're trying to set up an environment for yourself. If you're trying to set up the intellectual, the compression chamber, a place where you can step in out of the mundane day to day worlds, enter a self-created fantasy world to go do what you have to do. You get things out of your system, your emotions out.

And, you know, the less distractions you have for that, the better. You can't really do ritual. I certainly can't, with an interruption, you know, from somebody you're resuming. I can just shatter the whole vibe of the room, you know, the emotional experience. Yeah, because where I live, I live in this neighborhood. I live kind of in the Coltyside. I live personally, best time is at night. Because during the day or even morning, we have a lot of kids in the neighborhood too, and they're running around. And I mean, you can hear them outside. So it's really distracting. Trying to go into your ritual chamber. And at the window, you hear a bunch of kids singing songs or jumping rope. If you got to pull the shades and wear earphones, you know, whatever it takes. That's actually a good point. Some Satanists don't even practice or perform within ritual magic. Because that's not a requirement. It's not like other religions, you know, where you have to come and say three hellmaries and get on your knees, pray, blah, blah.

But within the church of Satan, there's no requirements with ritual, right? It's true. Ritual is not a requirement. We state that very explicitly. Personally, though, I'm really wary of people who seem too quick to dismiss ritual. I sincerely believe that in the majority of these cases, people who say that, oh, I don't ritualize. I've done a required to be a Satanist. A lot of times they're just making excuses. Some of these people still don't get how ritual ties into the rest of Satanism. As we said, you know, the beginning of the show, people have, you know, misconceptions. Some people I swear like the bottom line is they're just too undisciplined or disorganized to just get something going for 30 minutes. And I run across the people who say, well, I'm an atheist. I'm a rational thinker. I feel stupid standing there calling out these names things. It's like, well, who would you feel embarrassed in front of it?

Just you in the room. You know, and if getting into a subjective state is something you're too afraid to do because you're afraid you'll slip into some sort of supernatural belief system and never come out or get too much of a better asshole. So let's just let go and do fantasy for 30 minutes. You know, maybe you're not rational then maybe you're more dogmatic like your Christian counterparts. Like that. I want to say, are you one of those assholes of criticize is every frame of a movie without just shut up right in it? I've used the movie analogy too and it comes to ritual. It's like we've had books or movies that we really lost ourselves in even if we knew it was fantasy. You can like a piece of fiction and know that it is fiction, even to the extent of going to a Comic Con and whatever dressing up and yeah, they all know it's fiction. So why can't we do the same thing with ritual? I think that's a very good point too. I mean, you know, other individuals if they don't ritualize or whatever, you know, that's for that, you know, whatever.

But for me personally, it just might be selfishness in me, but I think it's fun. You know, it's a lot of fun, no matter even if it's a destruction ritual or whatever because you're, you know, you're angry at somebody. It's still that fantasy that gets you, you know, because to me, it's just a lot of fun and it's the atrical it's an art, you know, that's just a expression ritualistic expression. Sort of the irony is that a lot of the people who are more analytical types than not so artistic sort of in their day to day world, they're usually the ones visiting the ritual chain or more often. Some other people do get a ritualistic release through their art to through other things. And again, I think that's valid. I really believe every segment should at least once in their life, just go through the standard 13 step ritual. It's not really all that complicated to do. Right. I might find some introspective of yourself doing it.

The combination lock principle and all that. I might find out you enjoy it. What's the worst thing, right? Now, they are a little, a lot of misconceptions out there that we mentioned at the beginning of the show with greater magic. And I know with social media, you've heard a lot of them. But could you talk to that for a few? The misconceptions of it have been, you know, we contradict ourselves and we don't believe in a God or devil, demons, blah, blah. But yet we call these names and so on. Could you speak on that? Well, we are atheists. But people forget that the definition of atheism is somebody who does not believe in deities. We don't believe in deities. I am my own God. I'm the one responsible for my life. I know God's are the creation of the human imagination. And what matters to me most at the end of the day is me, I'm my own God.

So again, if we're using Satan as a symbol and calling ourselves God, is that symbolic thing again. Why can't we do the same thing with ritual? One of the most glaring problems with the claim that you can't be an atheist and do this is that even if we went along with the assumption that magic did have a supernatural component, it still doesn't have belief in deities. You can be an atheist and still believe in some other supernatural thing, as long as that's not a deity. Because that's all the word atheism is. You don't believe in deities. I know some atheists who are part of the whole ghost hunting thing that actually believe that. And they're not really atheists. No, they are atheists. They don't believe in the deity. Ghosts are deities. But again, having said that, like I said earlier, there's nothing supernatural about the act of greater magic. There's a ritual to sustain things. Satanism is not just a philosophy because it also includes dogma and includes ritual.

That's one of the things that separates it from just being a mere philosophy. People will find some outlet for ritual, whether that's through some of the other examples I gave. I don't think it's any coincidence that a disproportionate number of atheists, at least in my experience, seem to be sci-fi nerds who sort of channel this need for fantasy and ritual and stuff and out through some other franchise. Right. Yeah. You say a lot of those at the kamikans and stuff like that. But it is funny to me that a lot of atheists will say, you don't need the ritual part, you know, why, why, why, why. But at the same time, they ritualize whether they know it or not, you know, like we talked earlier with birthdays or anything. It's fun. Why should we just throw it out? It's also the natural extension of when you read the philosophy.

Can we go from here? What do we deal with things with the other problems? We know that rituals are very powerful. The tool the humans have invented. Why not make use of it? And it's not something like you said that you have to get up every day and say, oh, I gotta go do a ritual and the ritual chamber. It would be pointless. I guess you have to be sort of just be driven, whether you're hating someone or whatever. And again, why are these people so hung up on something that some of us do maybe like three times a year? Yeah, for 45 minutes and we know it's fantasy. And again, like with the movie, you know that a movie or a book or fantasy when you want to go indulging and lose yourself in it. That doesn't mean you're no longer a rational thinker in the real world. Like I said, it's fun. I like synchronicity. I love it when a plan comes together when I achieve my goals when poetic coincidences happen along the way.

Yeah, I mean, anything is but what's the shame in liking those sorts of things? Why can't go create more opportunities for ourselves like that? It doesn't mean I have to start believing God and spirits and stuff literally. Right. I mean, we can even go as far as Halloween. I mean, people dress up that one time a year to really express what I guess they have. I guess they hide all the rest of the year, you know, what they really want to be. And that's the same within the ritual chamber. Do I have to be? Absolutely. You are listening to Satan's Plane. Reels a 10th talk with Church of Satan, register Bill N. And now let's get back to that 2016 discussion on Greater Magic. Now, within a ritual music, it plays a big part. Now I have heard some Satan's that don't really use music because it's kind of a hang up. You know, it kind of distracts them. But how important it is, I guess for the ones that do, won't music or feel the need to have music. How important it is to pick the right music. I'll just tell a story with me with music one time with a ritual. Dumb me. I forgot to put the CD on repeat. So it was like halfway into the ritual. It just cut off, you know, so then I had to go back. And it just kind of ruined the whole thing for the rest of the time because.

Yeah, I've had that experience. You're flowing with the music too at the same time and it just cuts off, you know. But speak on that a little bit about the importance of music. Well, music is essential for me personally for the ritual because again, setting that intellectual decompression state to put your mind in that that ritual mindset. If you recall, the Satanic Bible, it says that, you know, setting that intellectual decompression state is really important for the intellectual type of people. I'm a real analytical mathematical kind of guy throughout the day to day world. And I really need the best environment I can set up to try to put myself in that sort of fantasy mindset. So yeah, music is definitely essential for me. One piece of advice I got from something a day wrote, which has been really beneficial is that he said he had some pieces of music that he'll reserve just for the ritual chamber only. And that's what I do myself. There are certain pieces I have that I won't listen to casually and I'll listen to it only when I'm in the ritual chamber.

And psychologically that really helps a lot because I have an association of that with what I'm doing the ritual wise, not a casual listening thing. I avoid music with lyrics too because I find that kind of distracting even if it's in a different language. Yeah, I was going to ask that too with, you know, because a lot of people use classical music and things like that. But how do you feel, I guess, with pop music and rock and so on? I mean, could you think that would hinder, like you said, with spoken words and stuff, the vocals and everything? It still comes under the individual. If it's going to elicit that emotional response, then yeah, make use of it, even if it doesn't seem so esoteric to other people. And come to think of it, I have used music with lyrics before when it comes to the big steps like 9 and 10 and the 13 step ritual when it comes to the high point of the ritual of doing your visualization and all that. Sometimes a lyrics can facilitate with that.

Yeah, I heard a mega skill more one time and he kind of made a really good point with music than the ritual is get something like with a thunderstorm and rain. That that could be, you know, for... Inventing noise, yeah. Yeah, and I actually tried that one time and it worked great. I guess was better than the classical or whatever I would use for me personally. But yeah, so with the music, like we said, with words, it's up to the individual, I guess. Yeah. One thing I've never done is even though I'm a musician, I've never used music that I've composed myself. Well, Levei did that from time to time, I think the satanis, for example, is a key composed for the ritual chamber. And that's something I just can't do because when I hear my own music, I'm just critically minded and I'm listening to it.

You know, I've listened to it saying, you know, maybe I should have added more reverb there. That would just be too distracting. I've even heard of an individual, the passion of Christ movie, the Silent Track. I have used that in the ritual chamber. Really? I've heard of another individual. I think the passion of Christ soundtrack from Peter Gabriel, that it's the final thing, makes for some good, satanic ritual music. Yeah, you're not the only one that, because of a friend of mine, actually. And that's what he used a lot is the passion of Christ. Pretty interesting. Or the last temptation of Christ, rather, but the title of the album was called Passion, that was the song. Nice. Well, we've talked about the music and a lot of things within the ritual chamber. I would like to talk a little bit about the ritual chamber itself, because it is a room, I mean, you can set it up as a room, it calls it whatever, but at the same time, a ritual chamber, I mean, it could be in your mind.

I mean, you can ritualize. And also, I want to talk about the tools, because a lot of people feel that they have to have everything perfect. And I mean, some individuals, I know that's just the way they are, you know, they don't think it's going to go right. Could you talk on that a little bit about the tools and everything? Sure. Some years ago, Reverend Corvus, not turn him, had a publication called Ninth Gate, and I wrote a couple of articles about the stantich ritual tools. That's something I should probably dig up and put on the church's name, say. But I mean, a ritual chamber, first of all, doesn't have to be a permanent setting. You can set up an altar and, you know, take it down when you're done. Right. Saying just do that, they'll use a tabletop or a bureau to set things up, put things away until next time. I personally like to have mine up 24-7. I like having an altar, like a permanent altar in the home. I have mine set up in a room that's actually sort of in a walk-in closet.

So if I want to go close the doors, if I have guests coming, then completely hidden. And remember, you're ultimately trying to set up an environment for yourself where you can temporarily suspend disbelief in a controlled setting, potentially get into that mental state where it's even your will. But if it's a group ritual, then, you know, you want others who are there with your purpose. But getting to tools, a lot of people seem, as you say, to overcomplicate this part. Or, on the other hand, like, oversimplify it. Right. It's the same with ritual structure in general. Some people say, well, ritual should be my own emotional thing, the very personal thing. So I shouldn't follow any rules or use any of these tools. And to me, that's kind of like the self-taught guitarist who you hear play, who says, like, yeah, I've never taken a lesson. And it's like, yeah, I can tell. I understand as a whole, do it yourself, sort of attitude within Satanism. But I think you do need some kind of structures and outline to go by. There are wrong ways of doing a ritual.

Some people like to say, oh, there's no wrong way to do a ritual. Yeah, there's wrong ways to do it. If you're trying to do a concentration of destruction and watch football at the same time, no, it's not going to work. You know, that's conformist. That's, you know, that's a threat to your liberty. Get a life. Right. If following a basic outline is so much of a threat, then you're not a known conformist. It has been a breath. But even if you follow the 13 steps as rigidly like by the book, there's still so much in there that's customizable. Your choice of tools and what things you're going to say on each step. What's in front of me? You pick. Anyway, I've gone off on a brand new. Oh, you're going to be getting back to the tools. Are other people who think they need to get every tool? LeVeg goes into some of this in detail actually in the book, Trick or Satan, which I'm hoping is going to be republished soon. Yeah, I definitely hope so. Yeah, but he talks about people who are making interexcuses. Well, I can't find a gun.

So like that's that. And Magistra Nimao, I know, has like a guided ritual you can do without any tools, an audio meditation. And that's great. And not to knock his great work at all. But again, I think some people might resort to that as an excuse. You know, if you can you find 30 minutes alone to be somewhere. If you can't, then how can you help you accomplish whatever you think a ritual? Right. I definitely agree with the ritual tools. For me personally, within a ritual, I'm a type of individual where I have to be have point A to point B to point C. So you have a linear sort of. And I know some other individuals they don't have to have all that. But for me personally, I do. When it comes to the tools, I don't feel like I have to have everything exactly the way the Satanic by, you know, Antelope laid it out. Most of the tools, if you take a closer examination, they're either for group ritual only,

and you don't need them for a solitary ritual, or they can be easily substituted with other things. And I think this is some other cult book where the ritual requirements, it's like a scavenger hunt. Like, you know, for it flies on the third full moon. Right. It's like if you think the Satanic Bible is complicated and read some of these other things, people publish. But let's think of like the tools alter. It says any elevated plane can be used. Okay, yeah, you got a table. Chalice and elixir, all right, pour a drink into a nice glass. The sword you can use a knife. I use a little dagger. You can extend your arm forward for the sword parts of clothing. The robes you can just wear all black clothing. It says all black clothing in these substituted. If you've got a black t-shirt with a logo, I recommend turning it inside out. Sort of a specific inner group setting, sort of, you know, get again, one of them in my soul's distractions. My use of black graduation rope myself.

I have black graduation ropes that I've sewn hoods onto. Nice. A parchment paper. It says plain paper can be substituted. Okay, so digital paper. You can print one out, a gun, the foulest, those are for group only. Most difficult one of the list seems to be the bell. You know, you want to find something that's loud and penetrating. That was the hardest one from me. I use what's called a Tibetan bell that a lot of cult shops carry because it's a nice, loud, penetrating one. I've seen a lot of other Satanist use the same. And if you don't have a bell, you can still do a ritual with your usual imagination. Give a loud clap when to mark the beginning end. Maybe that won't work. With that being said, with the 50th anniversary, I know that I just wrote Peggy. She was talking about the events and everything and how something happened. And everyone in the audience had to substitute it because of something happened.

So I thought the bell broke. It wasn't like the clasp broke, like the surface of the bell. This, I don't know, was a cast iron, this big, like heavy bell. Right. Broke. And during the tolling of that broke, like great in the middle of the surface. And I've never seen that happen. Right. I understand having, you know, like backup candles or backup this or that, but it wouldn't occur to us to bring like a second bell. I don't know if it was a bell break. Right. But yeah, we have to still make do and go with it. Right. Things are going to go fine. And with that, you know, being said, you know, you can substitute things like you said, you know. Even if you don't have a sword, which is a great thing you said, you know, you can stretch out your arm. To be honest, I never even thought of that. Yeah. The only time you're using it is to go call like the four directions. If you don't even have to point, just, you know, face it.

Awesome. If you would like, we can go into the audience. There are questions that they've sent in. Sure. And I've sent you a copy of, you know, that you've seen. I've been able to glance through some. Yeah. And I'm going to kind of pair some of them. I know we've answered to. Yeah. Yeah. But let's go through what's left there. One was the question is, what are your recommendations for adolescents ages 13 to 18 individuals who are interested in greater magic during the such. I'm a terminus and try and time as puberty. The indulgence in creating realistic personal expressions within your own safe and secure environment. Can be incredibly empowering and personally and widely. What's your thoughts on that? Well, you know, we've heard that kids are natural magicians. They understand being able to go visualize and sort of being that state.

And I think that can extend to teens. I think teens are especially. A time in the life of their searching for identity, you're trying to go on that path to establishing themselves as adults. Then might find other friends who are interested in ritual to group ritual experience. I think teens do naturally like ritual. I know I sure did. The teen. Teen's Satanus or not. I'm sure at one point or another. I've done the Ouija board party. Or if they're not doing things like that ritualistically, finding themselves in some other subculture and say, if I'm using subculture and adopting the dress and the symbols and all that. So I mean, I think it's sort of natural to teens. I advice to teens doing this today. I would say is be careful with social media and sharing stories. It would be very tempting to go, oh, here's a video of a ritual and stuff that I did. But there's a power in being the only person who knows and keeping things bestegyric and private to yourself. Right. Not putting it up somewhere where people can say, who like that stupid and deal with that.

Well, not only that with like you said, social media posts in a video or whatever. And say the teen has some of the tools for certain ritual, you know. And the wrong individual or within school or something sees them with saying a sword and a chalice and all of that. Their mind is automatically going to go to what the media has sold them. Yeah, and you don't want to track unnecessary and desirable attention to yourself. Also, I would say having established space, find a place where you cannot be interrupted. And probably you're, you know, for teens with either bedroom. Shut off the phone for 30 minutes while you do. Sorry. Yeah. We'll get into that a little bit later with the other question. But the next question, I'm kind of going to paraphrase because we spoke on this at the beginning. A little bit about really what they were trying to ask. And what we both gathered, I guess they're asking about doing a ritual with a non-satanist.

Even Antalovay talked about in the Satanic Bible with a group ritual or ritual with anybody. It's good to define the right people, you know, other individuals like mine, did like yourself. What's your thoughts on that to the question? A specific example he said, it's better to have a group ritual with just three people who are really dedicated to it than having it with 20 people. We're only three are dedicated to it as having the other people sort of stand around and not really be interested. So it takes some things away. Having said that, I've seen some non-satanists who still grasp the concept of Gritomanic, not just a cultist. But as I mentioned, people like Napoleon Hill, I think even Tony Robbins in that sense, they're sort of people who, I'm not calling them Satanists, but they're people who I think could understand the concept of, you know, a ritual of being in that intense state and focusing that elsewhere.

And that goes back to another thing I've said before, where people will find these things, their ritual stick things, and people go to seminars where they get these intense emotional thrills and all that. If you think a person, even though isn't a Satanist, really wants to be part of the group ritual and the ritual chamber and you think would enjoy it then, it might not hurt to invite that person. I know Antone Vegos into some detail where he advises against it in the introduction to the Stantic rituals. And I have to wonder though if the person is on a Satanist, so you're sure they're going, would they feel okay reciting the infernal names and all that? Are they dedicated philosophically to what's going on? But if they have a theatrical mind, maybe they know how to let themselves go in that context and they can work dear advantage. It's hard to say based off of what, you know, what little we have in the, you know, the situation here. Speaking on that, me and my girlfriend, one of our good friends, they know who we are and they have asked personally to be in a ritual with us.

I want it to be, you know, just to watch. And we've pretty much told them no because for us, if she's doing what I'm doing, it just be a distraction for me. Yeah, just to have somebody, you know, just that would just be there kind of watching and not taking part or anything. Yeah, I've been in situations like that where it was myself and another Satanist and he had friends who sort of wanted to see. And we let them sit and watch. It went okay, but given the preference, they'd rather have not there, of course. I mean, with that being said, I mean, I'm sure, you know, Antelope had a lot of that, you know, of course with Santana, the movie, you know, people filming and watching. Yeah. All right. Let's go into the next question. This one is, do you think ritual is more effective? Well, this is kind of going to be touching on what we just wrote. Do you find ritual is more effective when alone or when someone else takes part with you?

Yeah, so again, as we said before, with solitary versus group rituals as well as the satanic Bible says both have their place. It depends on the nature. How much self-consciousness is going to be involved in this? There are some things that may call for a solitary ritual. On the other hand, when a group ritual is done really well, that can be quite thrilling experience as well. Next one is, I have performed a destruction ritual on my boss at work. But how am I supposed to forget about it after I perform it due to having to see him all the time? I guess what they're asking is, I guess, when, you know, they're talking about going into the ritual chamber. You leave it there, you get it out of your system. And I guess what he's trying to say is he has to see his boss every day. How does he forget about the hatred, I guess? Well, I would tell this person, first of all, suggested reading ribings from Tataris from the Devil's Notebook, Antone LeBais Asset, because he talks specifically about saying, you know, if you've really gotten out of your system, then...

Well, in this case, his presence shouldn't bother you, in theory. You should feel like the blow has already been dealt. But that, as they give some suggestions on how to better put yourself in that frame of mind of not caring. One of the suggestions LeBais says is getting a new enemy. Some focus your attention elsewhere. I'd say, like in this specific example, even if the boss is despicable and deserves suffering, you can still maybe think of a bigger picture, maybe think of him as a pawn and something bigger that's going on company. That can focus on maybe his boss that's not around as much or something else outside of work. But that, as they might give, a little more hallucination. When I read that, I kind of thought, you know, if it was me, I would go to work and just kind of laugh to myself at the boss. Knowing, okay, I've performed this destruction ritual, you know, something's going to happen or just kind of get it out of my system. That's how I would work it out, so the speed.

Alright, next one. What is your thoughts on doing a less ritual with a crew? Well, I think the Satana Bible even gives that as an example of probably not the best thing because there shouldn't be self-consciousness in the ritual chamber. And I probably couldn't bring myself to climax when other people are there waiting in watching. It makes you feel like a more star almost. Yeah, it is possible to do a conjuration of lust in a group setting. We did one after all for the 6606 high mass as part of it. In that case, you can think of it as more of a celebration of lust. So you can make a more ceremonial than ritualistic take to it in a group setting. I suppose it is possible in some contacts where maybe it would work with a group of people being singular intent, but usually the, you know, the conjuration of lust is about pursuing one particular one for yourself.

When I read it, I wasn't sure if they were trying to say, okay, me and my wife, my husband, or whatever is going to do a less ritual for whatever reason. I don't know why you would if you were married or whatever. But I guess if you were, it would be a little bit more easier because that makes sense to me. I have done lust rituals as part of a sexual experience where with somebody and we have a ritualistic setting. Or after that, it is certainly me fun. Here is a fun question from me. I guess the pseudo or the trend or whatever you want to call it. You know what I am going with. If Satanic magic works, then why are all Satanist rich and powerful? This is why I would say it is a bunch of nonsense and it was just a gimmick for love. Okay.

Bill, why are we all rich and powerful? So let me backtrack here. This person assumes that if magic works, then it can be used in like the wish granting sense to get big things like money and power. And this is what all Satanist would want. And so we are always trying to cast spells for money and power and it is just not working. So I should be going to the ritual chamber right now to do a congeration of compassion for myself. How exactly would I get the money and power greater magic wise? I guess this just smells wrong from the sky. Yeah, I guess I am supposed to do like a congeration of compassion for the self and crime and hard out that I want more money and power. And then if it works, I should be able to sit back after making this vague request and I'll wake up like Donald Trump the next day of money. What? Okay. Well, first thing is clear from the person who ever wrote this question.

Obviously he hasn't read or understood what greater magic is according to the Stank Bible. Or plays maybe after listening to this show, this person will see why she was demonstrably wrong in her core assumptions. Then again, maybe she'll just try to make a nasty comment on the Egyptian who knows because hopefully if I can maybe, but at least a couple of people are handling it. Right. And like the gimmick for Levei, I'm trying to understand that. Okay, so you think Levei made use of ritual because Satanism wouldn't sell otherwise. Right. That this adversary religion, which by definition is not going to appeal the majority, wouldn't have found any adherence if there were no robes or candles involved. And what's particularly interesting about this accusation is sort of as I said earlier, we see the opposite where people take up the philosophy, identify Satanist and then do ritual last if, if ever.

Right. So the gimmick accusation. Yeah, I couldn't understand where they were going with the gimmick with Anton Levei. I didn't know what they were trying to say if it was a gimmick to make money. I just, I don't know. Well, that would be kind of inherently contradictory because it was a gift then doesn't imply that it worked. So it did things that made money. I don't know. So anyway, now that we've established that this person is demonstrably wrong and doesn't know what she's talking about. Let's entertain that question anyway. Why aren't all Satanist rich in power, even without magic? You know, we say this is a religion about advancing the self. So shouldn't we all be millionaires? So I'm saying this a rich, I've met some more, some whole physicians of power in the corporate world, some are both rich and powerful in the eyes of the status quo. Powerful is a vague term because Satanism, the whole field powerful about their lives, I think, and you know, what each of us are doing. It doesn't mean we never run into snags, but we find our ways of obtaining power and we define it in our lives.

As for being rich, well, not everybody necessarily wants to be rich or, you know, we prefer having money to not having money. Sure. But the means to get there might not be an indulgence for us. If the road to getting more money for somebody is perceived as having to throw away, you like the rest of the life that you want, it means we'll be to a different town, getting a different job, spending different amounts of time on things, doing things I don't, you know, don't really want to do. If that's the path to getting rich, then I can see why I say this might not want to go down that road. Some of us have passions and fields that don't pay seven figures. Sorry. And it's been said anyway that people who want money don't really want the money. I mean, when you want money, you don't want little pieces of paper with dead presidents on them. You want what the money will give you. Maybe that's going to be security for some people not having to worry about bills.

Maybe it's freedom to do things or maybe it's being able to buy some nice things for yourself. Maybe it's power. Say this to people, find other vehicles to obtain these things. They don't have to necessarily be rich. They get them. Yeah. So the rich part, you know, powerful, some Satanists are rich and powerful in their own mind because, you know, whatever they're doing financially, you know, making a living or whatever, it's something that they love to do. Like you said, they might not be making millions of dollars, but at the same time, they're living better than the person that might be making a lot more money because the person that might be making a lot more money is just going to their job that they hate every day. And they just, you know, hate life versus the Satanist that is living their life to the fullest and enjoying what they're doing. If that makes sense. So, yeah. When I read that email, I'll just be honest.

I kind of took it that this is a person that's fucking lazy. Probably broke too. Bro, don't want to fucking work. You know, wants everything handed to them and they're just trying to get a quick fix me. And they're just mad because of what their life is. And they're not willing to get up and change it and fix it. So they figure, okay, well, you have to believe that magic works like a genie or they're for work or you can't say no, you're already explaining. You're fucking lazy. That's what's the problem. All right. Well, I got one last question. And this is kind of a little fun question that they wrote. What are one of your funniest experiences? How they wrote it? What are one of your funniest experiences during a ritual? So I screw up or something that went wrong. Thank you guys and I hope you answered my question on the show. Before I get into examples, I think this is a good time to mention. Not every ritual was going to go 100% perfectly.

And that's okay. You've got to recover and go on. Like I said, with a rope analogy, who's a strand, but that rope still staying the biggest mishaps seem to happen when people don't prepare. And I know there are people who say, oh, ritual should be spontaneous because that's when it's the most emotional. But I still urge that people do at least a walk through. You know, at least do an outline of the ritual because that's when you realize stuff. It's better to find out before the ritual. Do you know where South is in the room? Do your West is which direction do you start in? Is that before or after you drink from the chalice? Do you know? Yeah, maybe you should get some of this down before you know start the ritual. The music example too. That's a, you know, miss half. I was doing a ritual with somebody where they insisted they have like the music all set. And it was great for the first life couple of tracks.

And then into something that wasn't in a minor key, it was in a major key. And it was quite happy and following. And it's like, okay, this doesn't really count with the ritual. So having said that, mishaps in a ritual chamber. Yeah, lots. I have seen swords hit chandeliers. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. I have to ask before you go on. A chandelier. It's amazing. A chandelier with a sword. I mean, I'm trying to figure out why would anyone bring a sword with a chandelier over whom I'm just trying to grasp. This was in a small room and it had, it wasn't like a huge chandelier but up. Okay. So it was somewhat sizable. And the guy who was performing the ritual had the sword and he wanted to sort of act like

theatric and dramatic by moving things over. And he sort of like hoped that all of his head and then chandelier can break. Yeah. Wow. I've had other situations where people got like so caught up in conducting a ritual that they stopped at like step ten. The fight of war and didn't finish. All right. So I was walking off turning on the lights. It's like no, we've been in, put an ending here. I get to get myself out of the state here. I do know if the biggest in this half, and I don't know if I've talked about this in public before, some years ago, there was a guy we knew who wanted to do a destruction ritual on somebody. And he had this whole destruction ritual that he had written. And part of it involved cutting his arms and letting the blood like flow. Now, just to be perfectly clear here, there is no blood letting like whatsoever any formalized satanic ritual.

You can read all the books, you know, that is not part of it. One of the reasons is because it is sort of contradictory on a philosophical level because you are there for empowerment. You can be sacrificing anything of yourself. That is a satanic principle. But you were all sort of new to Satanism at the time and he wanted to do it. We wanted to support our friends, so we went ahead and did it. And this was also one of the same rituals with the classical music changed. He ended up forgetting the chalice, I remember the entire time. Like I had a coordinate set. I was like, I forgot the chalice. But it came time to like cutting like the arms and a friend of mine had like an exacto knife and I'm watching this and I'm like, we're certainly ruined the mood for me. And he gets to like the second arm and guys come wondering, don't do it. It's like so deep way this time. And so now he's like bleeding profusely everywhere. He ended up having like scars.

There's just this. Wow. I think as a final point, like his roommate came by and like rang the doorbell and I had to go answer the door in a black robe with like, let me. He like stared at me for a second and then it was sort of like, okay, I'm like, what did. And then there the guy is just bleeding everywhere. Yeah, so yeah, it. Forget doing any sort of, you know, I say forget the blood. It has no place. It's ritual. I've done. Wow. This hat for me, you know, was with the music. Cut off. But the funniest thing was one time. It was almost finished with the ritual. And it was dark. I had the candle's lit. And my cat, I didn't realize it was in the room.

And it jumped up on the altar. And when it did it, it knocked over a lot of stuff. And it scared the shit out of me. I didn't know what the fuck was going on. And I just had to stop right there and I had to cut the line home because I didn't know, you know. And there was my cat just, you know, she was just sitting there looking at me like, hey, want to help. But that was the funniest to me looking back on. That actually reminds me that one of the times I did do a sort of conservation of lust as a group ritual was this half of my girlfriend at the time. We had planned this ritual where, okay, well, you know, we'll have this beginning, this ending part, the sexy, sexy stuff together in between. She had this little white dog, little fuzzy, foofoo dog that we thought was locked away. And she was like, what's going on? You know, it's just a bit sort of, okay.

Is it mood killer? Wow. And the tractor is possibly watching. No, we didn't have sex with the animals and that's not part of static ritual. Yeah, you've had to be a definitely do a disclaimer on that. Well, I'm sure there'll be some messages on that. Yeah. Anyway, Magistra Bill, I'm thank you so much for taking the time out. I've really enjoyed this. This has been a lot of fun. Sure. Just, it's a time we've been going for a long time. Yeah, it's been about an hour and 24 hours. I feel like we could keep going for a while. Yeah, man. I hope we covered a lot. Yeah, definitely when you get into the greater magic aspect, you can go deep as you want really. But I think we've covered a good amount, good amount of stuff. So again, thank you so much for being all spending on or having you. Well, ladies and gentlemen, that's going to wrap it up for this show. Thank you guys so much for tuning in and until next time, stay safe.
