Officials insist the two issues are connected, noting counselors often rotate off such boards. Meanwhile, planning committee chair Philip Kusak stepped in as director that same month. Three council staffers, Alan Catech, David Mills, and David Wilcock joined the board too. The council downplays any conflict worries, saying they'd handle them routinely. These leadership tweaks come as Derived keeps driving software's home building efforts forward.
