Saleswoman's Discrimination Case Dismissed Due to Deadline

Gil Parkinson worked for Yale Sales Limited and claimed the incident happened on December 15th, 2022, in Newcastle. She alleged crew jokes about her height, disability-benefit mocks, and unwanted touching during the drunken event. Some of her complaints were upheld in the company's internal review. Parkinson emailed bosses in March 2023, saying she would not appeal their decision. She filed another grievance in September and quit her job the next month. After leaving, she started new work and took a trip to the United States, visiting Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and San Francisco. This happened right in the three-month window to file her tribunal claim by late January 2024. She told the tribunal about a suicide attempt and mental health struggles during that time, including the trip to family visit for recovery.
