今天的來賓是INDULGE Bistro餐酒館的老闆Aki，王偉勳。
2018年Aki所經營的這間INDULGE Bistro獲選為世界最佳50間酒吧之一，是台灣第一間上榜的酒吧。不過Aki本身也是一位很厲害的人物，他是台灣唯一一位獲得三次世界冠軍的頂尖調酒師，在台灣的調酒界是響叮噹的人物。
這集主要是Aki對於現在台灣酒吧文化的觀察，現在整個台灣酒吧一間一間開，這樣真的是好事嗎？還有調酒師的未來。最後還有一個很有趣的小故事，就是Aki為什麼叫Aki呢。
