About this episode
Today, technology is the most sought-after component of our diets, as seen by the global agrifood industry's increasing investment in innovative projects and businesses, such as those involved in food technology. The industry aims to adapt with the times and satisfy the needs of ever-demanding customers who have more sustainable and nutritious eating habits. SPACE-F is Thailand's first food tech incubator and accelerator.
