Hillary represented Team USA at the Rio and Tokyo games in the steeplechase and he recently won this year’s US trials for the Eugene World Champs. He’s got PB’s of 8:08 for the 3000SC and 13:10 in the 5000 and we spoke to him about his career so far; from his upbringing in Kenya, to training in the US Army’s WCAP programme, and everything in-between.
