About this episode
Many, motherhood is messy. But MOTHER'S DAY os supposed to be all glitter and pretty posed pictures and chocolates and diamonds right? Even as I write that I think what a crock of blankety-blank-blank. In all honestly my Mother's day was perfect and a disaster all rolled up into one, and I loved every second os it. The serenity parts, and the chaos that had me wanting to run for the hills pulling my hair out. I think that's the parts they leave in in the fairytales. Now mind you it doesnt make my life any less of one in my eyes, let's just say that I like to open up the next volume of what happens after the while "first come love, then come marriage" gimmick they sing to you as kids. And I had my favorite special guests in with me today, my OG baby boy Lyric, and as you all are now calling him "The Lawn Care Papi" aka my husband Marshall. ENJOY!
