We break down a dialogue which is one person giving advice to someone else about their unhealthy habits.

There is some language that practises what was learned in the previous episode and some new language which we see in a natural context of a dialogue.
Remember that the detailed lesson notes provide some more context and explanations of some of the grammar points that we didn't have time to go through in this video.
