35:31half of those people are women, let's just say. And then half of those people are of child-bearing age. You've got approximately 12,000 people. That could be pregnant. And it takes nine months to have babies. Like, you still want to... Yeah, I would assume every one of them is available and able to do it. And you're still not going to repopulate. You know, fast. I mean, that is fast. But that's not what it's worth. It's like 2.2 babies per person to be able to even replace the current population. Right. And generally, it's just like that. So you just... She's right. Like, you have to continue to have children. Like, that's, you know. Yeah. And the babies would... I don't think that they would put a... They're a strain on resources for quite a long time. You know? You get two years to figure out what you're going to do. You just breastfeed them till they're five. You know what I mean? Doesn't seem like you really had any thoughts. It was also wasn't my storyline. Yeah, wasn't your storyline true? Yeah. So that's a, that's a merry and a raker question, to be honest, and an Eddie question. Yeah. Guys, Baltar uses women's rights to choose as a political weapon to run for president,

40:36showing immense cynicism. Do you believe Baltar truly cared sometimes about individual freedom? Or was it just a calculated move to exploit the fleet's discontent? I, you know, this would be really interesting to have James in this eat, because like, I, I think as a viewer that he doesn't care about anything. I think as a viewer he doesn't care at all about. I mean, he even scientifically, he was the one who pitched the issue of not having enough babies and that they would run out. So, yeah, I think he's just doing it purely for his political game. Yeah, yeah. The episode ends with a hypocritical but necessary compromise. Abortion is legally banned, but secretly granted to Riot. Do you think that the writer's intention is to be a political weapon? And intention was to show that in a situation of total crisis, pure democracy is impossible and leaders must inevitably become Machiavellian. The end justifies the means to adapt one's situation. I just, I mean, I, I don't... I think the writers were much, I, speaking from my own writing experience,

41:39I would think they were thinking much more from a character standpoint and what Roslyn needed and what her character needed, what she had felt like they, she had to do in this situation of the story, less about, you know, making a political statement or a social statement in this case. Like, I think you choose, as already you choose it, you can choose a thematic situation like this. And you can bring in, you know, outside conflicts that are, you're trying to say something about politics or social issues. But in then, when you're actually in the writing of it, you've got to look at it from the character perspective and what they want and what they need, what they're going to do, and what the conflict is with the other characters. And so I don't think, I, I personally don't think they were thinking too much about the Machiavellian crisis element of it. I think there just happens to be there crafting these characters whose journeys and arcs are falling through. But it makes total sense to me that Balthars is trying to become president. They set that up really well over the last couple episodes. And like we talked about, Roslyn has to be able to make those decisions based on her needs as president. Mm-hmm. Yeah. That's what I think. I agree.
