Sharad is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur known for his expertise in property investment and his knack for creating systems that promote efficiency and profitability in real estate ventures. With an initial footing in accounting, Sharad has accumulated a vast portfolio of around 50 rental units that are nearly all paid for in full. Since his start in August 2010, he has performed around 700 to 800 flips and has also founded a property management company along with a real estate CRM company tailored for investors. His success story began in Chicago investments and later transitioned to the West Coast, where he now manages his East Coast investments remotely.
