Lana Lipe is a licensed clinical social worker, a serial private practice owner, and a current doctor of social work student. She brings a wealth of experience particularly in medical social work, having worked in level one trauma ICUs and community health agencies. She pivoted to private practice during the pandemic and is passionate about mentoring, providing clinical supervision, and conducting workshops for other clinicians.

Carrie Lipe holds expertise in business and marketing, complementing Lana's clinical background. Her educational foundation includes a minor in psychology and extensive experience in bar and restaurant management. Carrie transitioned into freelance marketing and business consulting, primarily helping in brand strategy, which became pivotal in the formation of Therapy Homeroom.
