Mark Birch, AWS Global Startup Advocate, brought his knowledge and delivered a keynote that touched upon how startups can get started on their journey with AWS. As a former founder, Mark also shared his stories of early experiences to depict what that journey might look like and how the ecosystem matters.

‘’You could be an incredibly talented individual, or you could have an incredibly talented team but oftentimes you also need the ecosystem and support mechanism to give you a boost along the way’’ said Mark, to deliver the importance of the ecosystem for startups. Through events and activities, the ecosystem not only enhances the chance of meeting potential investors and partners but also the opportunities to meet other like-minded entrepreneurs to share thoughts and defeat entrepreneurial loneliness.
