Hello America, welcome at his Eric Erickson here across the United States. What a day, friends. What a day. What a weekend. I just welcome at the phone number 877973745. Text Eric ERICK to 33777 for the show notes,
the livestream, the podcasts. He got woken up by the shower on this morning, just small happenings in my world. Friends, I just, I'm hung up on this situation in Iran. I just for perspective, let me put this all in perspective for you. On Saturday, the Iranian leadership got decapitated by a joint CIA Israeli Mossad operation. The Ayatollah his family, his wife, his children, major leaders of Iran were all taken out in the first 30 seconds of this attack on Iran. To really put it in perspective for you, the Iranian leadership would rather be killed by Jews than log into Microsoft teams. That's how terrible that product is. And if you're in corporate
America, moisting Microsoft teams on your employees, just consider the entire Iranian leadership would rather be murdered by Jews from Israel and CIA operatives, then log into Microsoft teams for a chat. That's how bad it is. And so we can think Microsoft for designing such a terrible product, foisted on Americans and the world by corporate America. It's so bad that the Ayatollah preferred in person visits. And we were able to wipe out to the Iranian leadership. We are now at war. I want to begin today and rarely do I do this, but I've actually put a lot of thought of this. I want to start with what's happening. We can then go into all of the sound bites and the positions of the parties. We can then look at how the left is responding in the United States, which is eye-opening to me, that we have Iranians risking death marching in the streets of Tehran
and Isfahan cheering on the Americans. And we've got fat white progressives in New York who are crying over the death of the Ayatollah. I mean, the queers for Tehran are marching in the streets for the Ayatollah. And we've got Iranian gay people who are in the streets of Tehran cheering on the United States. In 2007, Ahmadinejad, the former president of Iran, went to Columbia University, gave a speech and said there were no homosexuals in Iran, and now the homosexuals in Iran are saying there's no Ahmadinejad in Iran. There are current reports, by the way, he may still be alive, the former president, but it looks like we took him out, along with a lot of the major leadership of Iran. It's just simply remarkable. The scale and strategy China has got to be paying attention. Let me give you the lay of the land of what's happening right now, though, because I think it's very important for you to have what's actually happening on the ground. There's unconfirmed
chatter of a strike and Kerman province in Iran with the commander of the base killed. The USS Gerald Ford is currently launching jets in the Eastern Mediterranean. The Abraham Lincoln came under attack from the Iranians. We have sunk multiple Iranian ships, including the first American wartime submarine sinking of a ship since World War II. U.S. naval forces have sunk nine Iranian vessels. U.S. B1 bombers and Iranian F-16s have established air superiority over all Iran. Now, for perspective on the map, just so you have a sense of how big Iran actually is, Iran is a massive nation. You can consider it about the size of Alaska. Alaska is so big that you could put four Texas's inside Alaska. And Iran is a pretty, pretty large country on the map. And we're dealing with Iran and its land
mass where they have missiles spread out across the nation, and we now have air superiority. As I'm talking to you right now, it is nighttime in Iran, and Israeli forces have begun bombarding the border between Iran and Iraq taking out Iranian military installations, particularly in the northern part of the country, along the Iranian Iraqi border. And the reason for this, if you were to look on the map and see, the northern part of Iran, the northwestern part of Iran, butts up against northern Iraq and Kurdish territory north of Mosul, south of Turkey. The Turks and the Iranians have been friendly because they both hate the Kurds. The Kurds in northern Iraq have been amassing an army waiting for the day that they could invade Iran and take back territory. It appears that as I'm talking to you right now live, 12 11 PM East Coast time
on Monday, March 2nd, the Israelis are blowing the snot out of military positions in the northwest of Iran so that the Kurds can come back in. This is part of President Trump's strategy to keep boots out of Iran. The Shah of Iran has said now multiple times in public and in private, he has no intention of he is able to go back into Iran to establish an absolute monarchy as his father had that instead it would be much more like the British monarch to maintain and ensure democracy works. The Shah in the other democratic support groups in Iran are very, very divided over the future of the country but what they all agree is the Shah has the largest support in Iran and if he is willing to back democracy, the other groups would be willing to work with the Shah to establish democracy. There actually has been a working group meeting for the past year trying to determine
among those parties what it would look like if Iran actually fell. The reason and it's actually been meeting I shouldn't say for the last year, really the last couple of years since the October 7th incursions of Hamas, Israel was able to take out Hamas, take out Hezbollah, take out the Houthi and now is taking out Iran. Think about this shit just for a perspective here. On four occasions, Israel was able to take out the leadership of four groups who refused to use Microsoft teams and decided to meet in person instead. That's why we have a situation now where with the instability in the Iranian regime, the Israelis and the Americans think they don't have to put boots on the ground. What they can do is they can soften the border enough for the Kurds to come in from the northwest. The Iranian people in cities to take over Isfahan, Surazan, Tehran, to Breets and other places and then take over the oil supply. The United States
has shut down the Straits of Hormuz to Iranian oil operations. China gets most of its oil from two countries, Venezuela and Iran. Guess where they're not getting oil from now? That's driving up cost in China when it's already economically destabilized. They're having to try to get more Russian oil in. They haven't yet built the import pipeline from Russia. By the way, the Ukrainians overnight blew up a Russian oil refinery that was key to Chinese supplies. Have you heard about that in the western media? It actually did happen. We have a lot of moving pieces on the ground here. US and Iranian diplomatic channels still open according to Switzerland. They're still talking apparently the Iranian foreign minister went off on Steve Whitkoff, lashed out at him so severely. Whitkoff asked if he needed to leave the room. What's notable here is that the Iranian regime is treating the Trump administration much like they treated John Kerry and the Obama team and the Biden team, where the Iranians decided they could bully
and shout. They would be able to dominate and it hasn't worked out that way for the Iranians this time. The president of the United States says a nuclear armed Iran is unacceptable. We offered the Iranians three unlimited nuclear power forever and the Iranians turned us down because the Iranians want nuclear weapons. It turns out, remember back when we bombed the Iranian nuclear facilities, the New York Times and others said, well, we can't guarantee that we actually did a good job. It was a wasted attack. Now the president of the United States says that they started refining their nuclear capability again. And now the New York Times is like, well, I mean we have no pretext for going in. We're seeing the rush of the American media to seize on polling.
We can polling that shows the operation was bad as a way to vilify the operation. I'm not sure that's going to work well for them in large part because the same thing happened with Venezuela and then the tide of public opinion turned in support of it. I also think that we should not be listening to the voices of the Obama and Biden regime that set pallets of cash to the Iranians, thinking that by sending pallets of cash to the Iranians, we would in some ways be able to find peace in the Middle East. We funded their terror regime with the Obama and the Biden administration. And it's not lost on me that Ben Rhodes, who his own colleagues in the Biden or in the Obama administration called Hamas, his nickname was Hamas. And he is on the side of the Iranian regime right now, lamenting what is happening, blasting the Trump administration for doing what he's doing. I want you to recall that when the Soviet Union fell in the early 1990s, Boris Yeltsin, who became the president of Russia,
allowed us into the KGB archives. And it turned out the Soviets had been funding a lot of operations inside the United States, including a lot of the environmentalist movement in the United States, and the anti-nuclear efforts inside the United States had been funded by the Soviets. It's not going to surprise me if we get access to the Iranian archives and we find out the Iranians have been throwing a lot of money around in the West, particularly in the United States. The Quincy Institute, a lot of heads of the Quincy Institute are getting on television today to talk about this from the Iranian perspective. Keep in mind the Quincy Institute in Washington, DC has long been known to agitate for the Iranian regime, whether they're paid or not. They're circulating in an op-ed by Tim Cain, the Senator for Virginia, who almost became Vice President of the United States. Who in his op-ed opposing what we're doing in Iran is citing things like the 1953 coup, which is a Soviet era talking point embraced by the left. If you hear people talking
about the 1953 coup, which we will get into, you need to understand that they have embraced Soviet and Iatola regime propaganda from Iran about the U.S. involvement in Iran and why it led to the Islamic Revolution. It simply isn't true. It's Soviet era propaganda and a man who was almost Vice President of the United States, who is now a sitting Senator for Virginia, is doing just that, and is being echoed by the Quincy Institute, which is known for supporting Iranian propaganda. Did they write the op-ed for him as my question? Additionally, you have others within the media who are circulating the voices of people deeply sympathetic to the Iranian Iatola regime, including Nair Mandani of New York. Outside of Washington, DC, one of the largest mosques in the country has declared a state of mourning for the Iatola. In Michigan, a professor in Dearborn Michigan is blasting the Trump administration for killing off their dear leader.
People are exposing themselves on the left as all of this is happening. The United States has decided to finally help destabilize the Iranian regime, which has been at war with the United States since 1979, and all these talking heads in the mirror like, I have no idea why we're doing this. What is the probable cause for an invasion? The Iranians have been killing Americans since 1979, and they tried twice to assassinate the current president of the United States. If that's not enough for you to want to blow up the present regime, well, I don't know that you'll ever have enough of an excuse to blow up the present regime, which also, by the way, in 2024, tried to engage an election interference in this country to stop Donald Trump from getting reelected, and it's all been documented by the Biden administration, and yet people don't care because they don't want Trump to do it. It's been remarkable to watch Bill Crystal who for decades has campaigned on ending the Iranian regime suddenly condemned the president
of the United States for giving him what he's always wanted. Trump derangement syndrome is a real thing. It's on both sides, the people who can never criticize him, and the people who can never not criticize him. And when you are willing to blow up 30 and 40 years of your worldview to criticize the president of the United States for doing what you've always wanted, you're a broken individual. And we're seeing that from a lot of people on the left today, they've marched in the streets for a Venezuelan dictator, they marched in the streets for the Canadian hockey team, and now they're marching in the streets for the Ayatul of Iran. It turns out the people who say they want no kings really just don't want the United States around. Greetings, conversationalists. A real serious note here, this is Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, talking about the terror attack at a bar in Austin, if I can play his video here. Now, President Trump has been very clear. He wants to see the elimination of the heads of all
these different cartels. And it seemed like Mexico is working collaboratively to remove those cartel heads. Whenever things like that happen, you see that mayhem that we saw this last week, and so Texas is going to remain fit. Sorry, I played the wrong clip for you. My bad here it is. This is the actual clip from the governor. The state of Texas is taking seriously about the possibility of terrorist activity, lone wolf, lone wolf activity. Exactly what happened here in Austin, Texas. And you oftentimes see when there's a war breaking out like this, where the United States may be going against a country like Iran, that you could have either sleeper cells or lone wolfs acting. And that's exactly why we increased the number of Texas Department of Public Safety officers to be patrolling the streets and patrolling sensitive areas and why I deployed the Texas National Guard to do the same thing so that we could be as prepared as possible. That's the governor of Texas over the weekend. American naturalized citizen from Senegal
wearing a shirt that said property of Allah that was also in the colors of the Iranian flag tried to gun people down. Keep in mind that the Biden administration had a massively porous border with a lot of people who got away. The CIA and the FBI have for years now said they were worried about sleeper cells cropping up inside the United States in large part because of the Biden administration's policies on the border. We can see that playing out right now and every time a sleeper cell crops up, you need to understand it is Joe Biden's fault. Now I need to tell you about in Cogni, I had a great experience with in Cogni this past week where I was getting a particular phone call. I know some of you have gotten at the, I was getting a loan offers from Caroline and it calling literally every day about 1230 and I flagged that particular call for in Cogni and they've been able to track down the source since they take down notice and have taken my information off. I have gotten zero
spam phone calls and solicitation phone calls from credit agencies and like since I started working with in Cogni and been able to flag these for them. INCOG and I in Cogni, INCOG and I. If you go to in Cogni.com slash Eric, you get 60% off. Literally, they sent me a link and said, you can put in a custom, you find your information online, send me the link and we'll take it down. They work behind the scenes as my representative to send take down notices to these data brokers in Cogni.com slash Eric, start protecting your privacy online with in Cogni.com slash Eric. real estate is weird. If you're in real estate, you already know this but most of the data trash and sellers, well, they're a mess. You know this story. They gotta talk to their wife, their dog, their therapist and reality. They just don't know you and they don't trust you and why would they? You're the 100th person who's called about their house. And why'd you call them? Because they are on some list that you heard about from a guy living in his mom's basement.
Not to be fair, I love him and my mom's basement too but that's not the point. If you want to win, you have to be different. You have to talk to people who need to sell, who just had a kid, got divorced or had a loss in the family. That's what Goliath does. We monitor people's lives and when something changes, we throw up white flags, you know, exactly who to contact. Even if it's 9 p.m. on a weekend and you're asleep. That's what an unfair advantage sounds like. Goliath. Goliath's data. Goliath's data. Goliathdata.com. Find deals before the market does. Okay, back to the show. Welcome back. It is Eric Eriksen here across the United States of America. I want to play for you some audio. This has happened. It's gone a little bit viral. Over night, Kuwait shot down three American F A 18s. They were a friendly fire incidents and
well, there's now video. There's a picture of one Kuwaiti person holding a steel iron pipe over his head about to bash in the skull of the American pilot until he realized it was an American. And now there's this video has come out. This is a Kuwaiti citizen rushing towards an American pilot who has landed, parachuted down one of the three pilots who had to eject from his plane. Everything good? No problem. Thank you for helping us. Everything is quite perfect. You're fine. You got that ready? Thank you. You're safe. Thank you for helping us. That's the reaction of the Kuwaitis. In fact, the only people who seem to be really upset about this are
Islamic immigrants to the United States and white progressives on American campuses. In Iran, they are dancing in the streets for the United States. Now, let's go to the audio. Now this is the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff this morning at a press conference. First to be clear, as the secretary said, this is not a single overnight operation. The military objectives at Sencom and the joint force have been tasked with will take some time to achieve. And in some cases, will be difficult and gritty work. We expect to take additional losses. And as always, we will work to minimize U.S. losses. But as the secretary said, this is major combat operations. Major combat operations. That is the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff here is the secretary defense petexeth. All on our terms with maximum authorities. No stupid rules of engagement, no nation building quagmire, no democracy building exercise, no politically correct wars.
We fight to win and we don't waste time for lives. As the president warned, an effort of this scope will include casualties. War is hell and always will be. A grateful nation honors the four Americans we have lost thus far and those injured. The absolute best of America. May we prosecute the remainder of this operation in a manner that honors them. No apologies, no hesitation, epic fury. By the way, I got to correct myself. My buddy Andy just texted me with six pilots. It was F-15s that the committee shot down not F-18s, more from the secretary of defense. Speaking of people, we hope the Iranian people take advantage of this incredible opportunity. President Trump has been clear now is your time. To Iranian security forces, choose wisely.
President Trump has also been clear about your fate in either direction. To the media outlets and political left screaming endless wars, stop. This is not a rack. This is not endless. I was there for both. Our generation knows better and so does this president. He called the last 20 years of nation building wars dumb and he's right. This is the opposite. This operation is a clear, devastating, decisive mission. Destroy the missile threat, destroy the Navy, no nooks. Israel has clear missions as well for which we are grateful. Capable partners, as we've said since the beginning, capable partners are good partners. Unlike so many of our traditional allies who ring their hands and clutch their pearls, hemming and hawing about the use of force. America, regardless of what so-called international
institutions say, is unleashing the most lethal and precise air power campaign in history. B-2s, fighters, drones, missiles, and of course, classified effects. Yeah, speaking of the unglassified technology we're using now, we are using drones that cost less than $30,000 a piece to manufacture that are based on Iranian technology. This is a retired Colonel Ganyard talking about this. A-B-C-D-U-S has learned that the U.S. military build up in the Middle East, the planning for this had been in the works for months. So let's bring in retired Marine Colonel Steve Ganyard with us tonight and Steve, we're just now learning of the scope of the U.S. assault in Iran, an operation that as you know continues tonight. U.S. Central Command saying that this conflict also marks the first time in history that the U.S. military used those one-way attack drones on the battlefield. How significant is this these one-way drones? And what have they helped the U.S. accomplish here? Yeah, David, the U.S. has watched how the Russians have used these drones to
devastating effect in Ukraine. But those drones that the Russians are using, they're buying from Iran. The U.S. has nothing like it. These long-range drones, one-way attack drones are very accurate. So the Pentagon got a hold of a copy. They found one in a field in Ukraine and they reverse engine-eared it. They copied it. And so the drone that the U.S. is using to attack Iran now is Iranian technology, the irony, of course, being that Iran is being destroyed with its own technology. And Steve, initially, we had heard that this operation could last days. The president tonight, as you've heard right here, saying that this attack on Iran could last four or five weeks now. He's warning that more U.S. service members could be killed. I wonder, Steve, if the U.S. has taken out the Supreme Leader, along with much of Iran's leadership, more than 40 leaders, several naval ships destroyed key military targets taken out. What do you think the U.S. military is still looking to go after here? It seems like there's a two-phase, a two-prong approach to the strategy here. They're going to continue to go after the senior leadership and
try to decapitate the regime. But they're also going down to the people. They're trying to destroy the internal repression that's going on and give the people a chance to rise up. So from the top down and the bottom up is the hope that we can make this war in quickly. That's good analysis, by the way. Let me give you the overview of where this stands now. For those who hate Israel, Iran has attacked 15 nations in the Middle East in the last 72 hours, many of which were not involved in operations. That's more than Israel has attacked in 50 years. In the coalition right now, we have Iran on one side with the Houthi Hezbollah and two-degree popular mobilization forces like Hamas engaged with Iran. On the American side, we've got the United States and Israel launching more planes and weapons than the British ever did to help us in Iraq, which is very interesting. But we've also now got joining us
in defensive operations behind Canada, the Kurds, France, Germany, Greece, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom and France had decided to stay out of it. In fact, the British would not allow us to launch our aircraft from Britain. The French would not allow us to fly over French airspace. The Iranians, nonetheless, decided to blow up a French naval base in Abu Dhabi and launch missiles at British intelligence operations in Cyprus. So the British and the French are now engaged in the fight with the French now sending an aircraft carrier and the British now sending planes. All of them in defensive positions, the United States and Israel are on offense going into Iran, the British, the French and all the Arab partners are on defense stopping
Iranian missiles and drones from leaving Iran. Jordan played a very big role intercepting Iranian missile technology flying into Israel. The Jordanians and the Israelis coordinating quite closely together to stop the attacks on Israel, massive waves of missiles from Iran. In fact, as I'm talking, the Iranians have launched another wave towards Israel and nothing they've launched in this 12th wave have been able to get through because the Iranians are being stopped by the Jordanians. The British are now in the in the Mediterranean sea along with the French running air missions over Israel protecting Israel from operations. Now, interestingly enough, this is just hit the wire as I'm talking Gulf states on verge of acting against Iran over recklessness. This is again from the Guardian, it just dropped. Gulf states encouraged by President
Donald Trump or on the verge of ending their neutrality in the war against Iran in reprisal for Tehran's repeated reckless and indiscriminate attacks on their territory and infrastructure. The cause led by the United Arab Emirates from inside the six country Gulf Cooperation Council are for the Arab states to act in self-defense against Iran, but it would be a huge step for Gulf leaders in effect to side with Israel in a war that will determine the future's shape of the Middle East. A video meeting of Gulf Cooperation Council Foreign Minister Sunday made no explicit reference to such a plan, but stated the option to respond to Iranian attacks to protect regional security and stability. Now, this is the President of the United States speaking a little while ago. Over the past 36 hours, the United States and its partners have launched Operation Epic Fury, one of the largest, most complex, most overwhelming military offensives. The world
has ever seen. Nobody has seen anything like it. We have hit hundreds of targets in Iran, including revolutionary guard facilities, Iranian air defense systems, just now, with the announced that we knocked out nine ships plus their naval building, all in a matter of literally minutes. Iran's formerly supreme leader, Ayatollah Aminay, is dead. This wretched and vile man had the blood of hundreds and even thousands of Americans on his hands and was responsible for the slaughter of countless thousands of innocent people all across many countries. Last night, all over Iran, the voices of the Iranian people could be heard cheering and celebrating in the streets when his death was announced. The entire military command is gone as well,
and many of them want to surrender into saving their lives. They want immunity. They're calling by the thousands. Combat operations continue at this time in full force, and they will continue until all of our objectives are achieved. Happening right now, Israel is intercepting attacks from Lebanon. They're deploying new high speed lasers that are firing at the drones and missiles coming in from Lebanon. Quite successfully, this is a new addition to the Iron Dome that protects Israel. They've just shot down a series of drones fired from Lebanon in the past few minutes using laser technology. The lasers heat up a spot on the drones and missiles the size of a nickel until they explode and it's working quite fabulously. Likewise, as I'm talking to you right now, missiles have been fired at Bahrain and they are being intercepted, have not landed. US bombers particularly led by the B1s are blowing up mountain reserves in Iran. What the Iranians have done is they've stockpiled
a massive amount of missiles inside and underneath mountains to protect them. The B1s launched yesterday. They have flown nonstop refueling mid-air twice to get to Iran, and they've launched a very heavy ordinance to blow up what's hidden underneath these mountains. Now, one thing we have it done yet is gone after mosques in Iran. They have motorcycle gangs that are backed by the government that go out with baseball bats wrapped in barbed wire and guns, a lot of collusion of coves and others, and they go out and if they're Iranians protesting to the streets, they encircle them with their motorcycles and either kill them with the guns or beat them to death with the baseball bats. Many of them hide out in the mosques. The basements of the mosques have weapons and food. They are legitimate targets, but there is concern by the United States and Israel. If they attack those targets, they could be inciting people. Now,
the president has spoken to a lot of members of the media. It's very interesting to see the president. He's not doing podcasts. He's talking to major American media. He's done interviews with the Washington Post, the New York Times, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, MSNOW, CNN, Fox News. He's covering them all. He talked to ABC's Jonathan Garl. You know, president promised to keep the United States out of foreign wars, but at this point, no modern president has ordered more military strikes against more countries than Donald Trump. And I have to tell you, George, I spoke to the president. He sounded to me like a president who feels invincible. He talked about the military strike he ordered last summer against the nuclear program in Iran. He talked about the operation to take out Nicholas Maduro in Venezuela and what he sees as a wildly successful attack now underway against Iran. He told me, quote, nobody could have done this, but me. And you know that. In fact, George, he suggested that the success in Venezuela made him less likely to accept concessions in Iran that were offered in the final round of talks.
He told me that a year ago he would have accepted what the Iranians offered, but, quote, we have become spoiled with the print. Listen, the fact is these people tried to kill him twice. And he has now taken out the head of the snake in Iran and destabilized that regime in ways other American presidents wanted to do, but never actually pulled the trigger on. He's done it. I can't help but pay attention to this juxtaposition. Iranians in London, Germany, across Germany, in Paris, in Los Angeles, in Washington, D.C., in New York City, Chicago, and elsewhere, including
in Atlanta, Georgia, and in Tehran and Isfahan and around Iran marched in the streets waiving American flags. In some cases, waiving Israeli flags in London, the Iranians marched to a Jewish neighborhood in London and called for the Jews to come into the streets to celebrate the death of the Ayatollah. Concurrently, white progressive Americans marched in the streets of New York City, Los Angeles, and elsewhere, denouncing the attacks, denouncing the United States. It is really remarkable to me that in January, progressives in the United States marched against our actions in Venezuela. Last month, progressives in the United States marched against the American hockey team for beating Canada. And now they're marching against the American and Israeli effort to overthrow the Ayatollah and the regime. It seems very much like the American progressives
who say they want no kings really don't want a United States of America. That's what they're really opposed to. While all of this is happening, gold is skyrocketing. Markets are in turmoil. Oil prices obviously going up. Swiss America wants to educate you on what's going on in the current instability and global finances. You can go to SwissAmerica.com slash Eric today.
