Heather was stalked by a psychotic couple who lived right next door. After moving into their dream home, Heather and her husband conduct a property line survey that triggers their next door neighbors into a daily campaign of harassment, bullying, and stalking. Fearing for the safety of her family, that now includes her two young kids, Heather and her husband hire an attorney who uncovers their neighbors disturbing history of abuse and harassment in another town.
