Russ joined VladTV in 2016 for an in-depth discussion about his career up until that point. The music artist talked about the breakthrough success of his hit single, "What They Want," and his disillusionment with the music industry after seeing how it worked from the inside. The New Jersey native also called out artists who were pretending to be independent and explained how he was able to break through as an artist without any industry connections.
