It's been a year since Xabi Alonso took the reins at Leverkusen, and after seven games of the new season, they are top of the league and have recorded their greatest-ever start to the season. Jan (@JanAageFjortoft) praises "underrated" Coman as part of a Bayern team that dominated against Freiburg, while Dortmund's second-half performance ensured Union Berlin suffered their seventh(!) loss in a row. Markus  (@MarkusFjortoft) gives credit where credit is due to Bochum goalkeeper Manuel Riemann, who saved two(!) penalties and wonders whether he could be a man for Germany.
