The Notorious Mass Effect segment breaks down Rosalía's historic "Berghain" performance with Björk at the 2026 BRIT Awards on February 28 at Manchester's Co-op Live Arena. As Analytic Dreamz, I dissect this groundbreaking moment: the first live rendition of the track from her November 2025 album Lux, and the first onstage collaboration between Rosalía and Björk.Rosalía, in all-white attire, opened with an operatic German intro backed by the Heritage Orchestra's strings and a half-circle choir in blazers, evoking a cathedral atmosphere. Björk made a surprise entrance through the parted choir, delivering her hypnotic verse in avant-garde styling with a hovering beaded headpiece. The performance transformed into a full rave explosion: heavy synths, strobe lights, electronic beats, head-banging choreography, and an intense dance breakdown—blending symphonic drama, theatrical avant-garde, and underground club energy. This genre-bending spectacle followed Rosalía's win for Best International Artist, defeating Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, Tyler, The Creator, Chappell Roan, and others—marking her as the first Spanish artist to claim a BRIT Award and a milestone for non-English-language music. Her acceptance speech emphasized celebrating otherness, cultural exchange, artistic freedom, and representation, quoting: “Let’s keep celebrating different music, different cultures and different languages.”Lux, an ambitious 15-track opus spanning 13 languages with flamenco roots, experimental pop, orchestral elements (including London Symphony Orchestra), and electronic layers, set the stage for her upcoming Lux World Tour starting March 16, 2026, in Lyon, France—42 arena shows across 17 countries in Europe, North America, and South America.“Berghain,” despite the Berlin nightclub reference, explores inner psychological forests, darkness vs. light duality, moral ambiguity, and the artist's journey beside shadows for deeper understanding. The performance ignited viral buzz, critical acclaim as one of the most innovative BRIT moments, and tour hype—positioning Rosalía as a global cultural architect reshaping pop spectacle through fearless, high-art-to-rave fusions.

Shepard, promise me you'll tell them to subscribe for a free content. Now before we get into UK's biggest annual musical war show, safe to say the artists were specifically focusing on now only scenes in Spanish, English, German, all right my fault I'll stop using that fake but basically she sings in a total of 13 languages ladies in general man. That is unprecedented especially when you look at a lot of musicians in the industry that's not using AI and the amount of languages that Rosalia sings in. I'm not going to lie she may be the second coming to James Bond. I know that ain't who I think it is. Now I'm the James Bond fanatics we'll get that reference but essentially speaking we're getting it to Rosalia not only her phenomenal album back in 2025 Lux but of course one
of the performances that took the masses by storm just happened as far as her performing hopefully I'm saying this right Bergen Bergen I think it's Bergen let me see if I pronounced it right could you know as far as a pronunciation we do not butcher things on purpose safe to say so let me see the correct way to say it Bergen I say so Bergen okay so the first ever live performance of Bergen from Rosalia and Bajorque is the first time a performing the song together on stage so if you're wondering not only was it because of her first time performing the song live but people also enjoyed the live performance because of its fusion of operatic vocals symphony to techno shift and of course the Bajorque collab debut now Bajorque I ain't gonna lie to you your name just got to get butchered okay I don't know one of the world I don't know how I'm supposed to pronounce that but at
the end of the day Rosalia made a notorious mass effect with this specific live performance as it's currently the 11th most watched music video in the world especially when you search Bergen live at the Britain at the Brit Awards so once again Brit if you don't know is the UK's biggest annual musical worship and when you look at it from a totality standpoint from an overview standpoint it's been established since 1977 and not only was Rosalia a lot of performing Bergen for the first time but she ended up leaving with some hardware as she won best international artists and she ended up being out a plethora of superstars like Taylor Swift Sabrina Carpenter, Tyler the creator, Shepelle Rowan, etc like a lot of people was up for this award bad bunny so for her to win that award while also showcasing a phenomenal live performance she goes to show that of course music and award shows definitely combined in interesting ways that
if the gap is not as big as far as if you're up for a specific award or up to win award and you perform you may just end up winning it now of course you know I'm not saying that the Brit Awards was biased I'm just saying that if I was a performer and I was up for a specific award you're definitely getting my first ever live performance and I'm gonna have to be like hey wink wink how about you let me win that award because I came up here and live performed this song for the first time I'm just saying you know I'm just laying it out for you so anyways get back into the album that came out 2025 because currently the only track music the only musical offering from Rosalia is Savion Blanc I think I said that right it's it has a capella version well a capella version an instrumental version and of course the original song so that is that released February 11th of this year but as far as other releases she basically has none she basically
was flooding the streets in 2025 with the Lux album that came out November 7th 2025 that also did phenomenal on the charts mind you making it to number one and five different countries and of course broke the streaming record for Spanish female musicians and overall it debuted at number four on Billboard 200 which is highest overall as an artist so safe to say she's definitely making a huge wave in the musical industry and guess what ladies and gentlemen if you're a Rosalia fanatic she is going on tour you probably think it to yourself well when is the tour happening well I'm glad you as as the tour starts March 16th of this specific year and of course it's gonna continue um through multiple nights in Paris Madrid four times Barcelona four times plus Zurich Milan London Berlin etc then you have the North American leg beginning in June 3rd no June 4th in
Miami with dates in Orlando Boston Toronto once again analytic dreams video on Spotify to see the video along with the idea even though I do have her tour uh promotion up here obviously you could tell I just I can't really zoom in on this uh image because it's on Instagram but basically um her South America leg is July onward including Colombia Chile Argentina Brazil Mexico City multiple times and ending September 3rd of this year in San Juan Puerto Rico so at the end of the day Rosalia even though she may not be putting out a lot of musical offerings in the year of 2026 she's definitely going to keep her fans satisfied especially if we're gauging the quality of her last performance or her last live performance at the brittle word show so when you're looking at Rosalia not only being immensely talented but also singing in 13 different languages as far as the number of languages she she uh sung in on looks which is
actually insane like I think that may have to go down like again this world record or something like honestly I don't know too many artists that's not using the AI mind you that singing in multiple and like double digit languages like that's actually insane so um if you were to try to separate yourself from from the pack set for to say razor lead uh Rosalia made a fantastic unique approach with this specific album looks that once again came out November 7th 2025 it's 15 tracks 49 minutes of length so now long listen but definitely very packed with a lot of versatile uh vocals so at the end of the day if you're a huge Rosalia fan definitely make sure to go check out her tour uh the bergen the first ever live performance of bergen at the break awards is currently on youtube and when you look at her making uh the well making history as far as winning best international artists safety says only a sign for more great things to come in the
future because Rosalia I think it's about the notoriously effective masses where her luxe tour that's coming up soon so with that being said click my link tree in my bio let me know one of my social medias is Rosalia the most unique singer that you've ever heard and do you know any other artists that can sing and double digit languages
