Ron DeSantis And His Epstein Comments While On The Hannity Show

About this episode

On Hannity, Ron DeSantis spotlighted his newly signed Florida law authorizing the release of grand jury transcripts from the 2006 Jeffrey Epstein investigation. He argued that the public has a right to see who was implicated and to understand how a wealthy, politically connected sex trafficker managed to secure such a lenient deal. DeSantis stressed that the punishment Epstein received in Florida was “wholly inadequate” for the crimes, framing the move as a correction to past failures of accountability.

He also emphasized that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were not the only ones involved, saying that others who played roles in the trafficking network should be exposed and held responsible. DeSantis framed the bill as a way to pierce secrecy and prevent elite protection from shielding wrongdoers, underscoring that no amount of wealth or influence should insulate people from justice.

Thirty-year-old, oh my god, she was murdered. She was murdered. On Mike and Hollywood movies, they're not easy to spot. Where is she, buddy? Where is she? The devil made me turn her to ashes. They seamlessly blend into our everyday lives, assuming rules, as family neighbors, helpful colleagues, or even the person lying beside you each night. I wanted to be out of jail. I couldn't wait till I got out. I was in there with someone who was clearly psychopathic.

Ron DeSantis was on the Sean Hannity show on Friday, talking about Jeffrey Epstein, and why he decided to release this information. And I have to tell you, it's about time somebody, who has some notoriety is stepping up and doing something when it comes to transparency. Because for all these years, we know that nobody has given a shit. And now finally, somebody has gotten off their ass, somebody in a position of power, and is making a move to show the public what really went on here.

And some of his commentary from his interview was spot on, especially when it relates to Golan Maxwell and her being the only one being held responsible here. There are so many people, as we've well established at this point, that should be held responsible, that are escaping justice. And hopefully, with these new core documents being released, and now these grand jury documents that are going to be released hopefully soon, maybe that'll spur some sort of investigation to be reinvigorated. Because there are a lot of people who really should have been held accountable here. And the fact that they've been able to get off is a slap in the face, not only to you and I, but most importantly, and especially, to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Golan Maxwell. So let's dive into this article from the Daily Colour and let's see what Ron DeSantis had to say. Headline, DeSantis details legislation

behind releasing Epstein docs says Golan Maxwell can't be the only one responsible, 1000%. Now don't get that twisted. That doesn't mean I think Golan Maxwell was, you know, a Patsy, was a scapegoat. We know she wasn't. She had her responsibility. She took part in the abuse. She groomed these girls. She brought them in and she acted as the under boss. So she's exactly where she belongs. My grievance is that nobody else is sharing her jail cell. This article was authored by Haley Gomez. Republican Florida governor Ron DeSantis detailed new legislation releasing Jeffrey Epstein's grand jury documents on Friday, claiming Epstein's business partner, Golan Maxwell, couldn't be the only one responsible. Business partner, you mean co-conspirator, right? You mean fellow child abuser, fellow scumbag, bipedal serpent, that's what you mean. DeSantis appeared on Hannity to discuss the signing of a bill

which will allow the release of documents from a 2006 grand jury investigation into Epstein. Fox host Sean Hannity applauded the Florida governor for his decision and noted the secrecy behind Epstein's plea deal with the federal government. Now I'm not somebody who watches cable news and I'm certainly not somebody who watch you Sean Hannity. But whenever you have an interview like this, I'll tune in to get the clip, right? So that we know what we're talking about here. And it was a very interesting segment. And you could say whatever you want about Sean Hannity, but at least he's talking about this topic. Has MSNBC ever once talked about Jeffrey Epstein ever once? I'm being serious when I ask that question. Unless, of course, they're calling it a conspiracy theory. There is no accountability when you're one of the faves. Meanwhile, you have DeSantis over here, being based as hell and saying, you know what? We're releasing these documents and we're going to put a whole last new law

on the books to do it. And that my friends has put an action behind words and there has not been enough of that throughout this whole entire ordeal. DeSantis stated that while there were various people who attended to get the documents released, they were not able to be released due to grand jury secrecy laws. The Florida governor continued to note that with the coming release of the documents, victims of Epstein will be able to get the justice they never got. And boy, I hope that's the truth. I hope that if these grand jury documents come out and they contain what we all think they contain, then I hope that there is retribution for the people who were in charge of this whole investigation. Are these people drawing some kind of a retirement that they earned while they were in this office? Maybe they should be censored and that retirement should be taken away. You can't let something like this go on on your watch and not only let it go on, but basically participate in it. We know that Christian destroyed his own witness. We know that the state's prosecutor office

down in Florida didn't do the right thing. Never mind the federal prosecutors. We all know they had their thumbs up their ass. But now that these grand jury documents are going to be available, it goes from the realm of speculation to the realm of fact. And like I always say, it's not what we know. It's what we can prove. So that's why the core documents are so important. Unbelievable what happened and you know, this was involved in federal jurisdiction at the time and the feds, they worked to engineer this plea deal with the prosecutor in Palm Beach County. And this happened 15 or 20 years ago. When I became governor, we launched a criminal investigation into exactly what happened. How did he get this sweetheart deal? But what we ran into was grand jury secrecy laws. And that is true in Florida. If you testify in front of a grand jury in secret, it's got to be kept secret. And then people tried to petition to get it released under some of the exceptions and all those court cases failed. So the Florida legislature passed legislation now, which authorizes the release of all of those grand jury files.

And so I signed it into law this week. That law will become effective on July 1st. Finally, the public is going to be able to get answers to Santa stated. Yo, the Santa's might not be the hero everybody wanted, but maybe he's the hero that we needed because somebody's finally standing up and saying enough is enough. And I don't care who does it. I've said it from the very beginning. Anybody who shows up here to take down Epstein and his buddies. I consider them an ally, at least for this project. And there's a stark difference here, right? Take a look at Stacy Plaskett, who took all that money from Jeffrey Epstein, then tried to deny it, tried to ignore the whole situation, and then compare that to what Ron DeSantis did here. So it's not like Stacy Plaskett couldn't have made waves down in the USVI and demanded a sprawling robust investigation into Epstein she could have. She didn't want to. She had no desire to do so. And that's because she didn't want her faves caught up just like Nancy Pelosi's daughter said, right?

Because let's be very clear. Her and her colleagues took a ton of money from Jeffrey Epstein over the years. But they were teenagers, a lot of them. I think they were 14 at the time. And his has been something that has stayed with them for decades and they never got any justice. That is a big time fact, decades and decades and decades. And people are never gonna get over stuff like this. This isn't something you wake up one day and you're like, oh, you know what? I feel refreshed. Everything's all great. No, there's always gonna be that repressed feeling, right? Deep down, even if you get therapy, whatever. The trauma is there. You went through this. So it's about time that everybody who was involved from the enablers on down.

It's about time that they feel the pain too. And so now we're going to get more facts. And how is it, Sean? When you have so many people involved, you have one person now, Glaine Maxwell, who is in federal prison. Nobody else has been held accountable since Epstein's death. And I think everybody knows that is not right. And there's no way that nobody else was involved in this criminal activity. Well, yeah, let's get Orico case going. It's amazing to me too. You don't hear very many people yelling for Orico when it comes to Epstein. And I wonder why? If you really want justice, that is a surefire path to get there. The second they hit you with Orico predicates, your life for all intents and purposes becomes an open book. There is nothing that they can't get. There's no warrant that a judge won't sign. And yet the government shied away from using the most powerful tool in their toolbox when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and Glaine Maxwell. I wonder why they would do that. Who they try and to protect.

The bill introduced by Democratic Boca Raton Senator Tina Polsky passed in the Senate with a unanimous vote of 37 to zero on February 21st. DeSantis indicated his support of the legislation stated online that all files related to Jeffrey Epstein's criminal activity should be made public. And I think everybody else should follow suit. The FBI should turn over everything they have. If they don't have an active investigation going, they need to turn everything over. And if they do have an active investigation going, then Congress or the Senate should call for a committee so they can get an update on what that progress is. But instead, we have people arguing over dumb shit on a regular basis. Following a 2006 criminal investigation by Florida federal prosecutors that accused Epstein is sexually abusing dozens of underage girls. He received a sentence of one year. During the investigation, only one of Epstein's accusers was brought forward to testify in front of the grand jury,

drawn concerns about the fairness of the case. We're talking about dozens of accusers. And they choose one girl and bring her up in front of the grand jury and then absolutely destroy her. And I'm not talking about just Epstein's attorneys. I'm talking about the prosecutors themselves. They're the ones that destroyed this girl's credibility. They're the ones that went after her because she had some Myspace posts talking about how she likes boys or she might have had a cigarette or she drank a beer. So all of a sudden, that means she can't be assaulted by egg dick. What sort of absurd nonsense is that? I'll tell you the kind, the kind of absurd nonsense that only the so-called elite can get into. The rest of us, well, we have to pay the piper. Epstein was arrested and charged in 2019 with sex trafficking. He was found dead in his New York metropolitan correctional center cell a month after his arrest. Since Epstein's death, Golan Maxwell, his longtime partner, was the only one charged and sentenced in connection

to Epstein's sex trafficking ring. Maxwell's arrest in 2021 and she was sentenced to 20 years in prison for her involvement in Epstein's crimes in June of 2022. While redactions and other restrictions remain in effect, the release of the grand jury documents are a major move towards transparency, one bazillion percent. And anybody out there that has shit to say about DeSantis, I don't care, save it. This dude stepping up to the plate while everybody else is sitting on their hands. So all the big talkers can keep talking. I'm more interested in the people who do the walking. All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one.
