Yet another Biden judge has handed our great nation an absolute insane ruling.  Judge Deborah Boardman, Biden class of 2021, has just sentenced Nicholas Roske, the political terrorist assassin caught outside the home of Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh, with a list of additional SCOTUS justices he intended to murder, to a mere 8 years in prison.  

To put this in context, the Federal sentencing guidelines called for a minimum 30-year sentence.  The reason for the downward departure, according to Judge Boardman?  The fact that Roske has decided he is transgender and now goes by the name “Sophie.” 

It’s also noteworthy that Judge Boardman was also one of the unelected, black-robed tyrannical, inferior, district trial court judges engaged in lawfare against Trump, suspending Trump’s executive order on so-called birthright citizenship.  

That order has now been upheld by a three-judge panel on the court of appeals whose 100-page decision is laughable legal nonsense, and one of whose judges WAS NOT EVEN BORN IN THE UNITED STATES.
