Rodgers Praises McCarthy, Steelers Reunion Possible

He recalled private talks away from the cameras, like one before a Cowboys, Packers Game, describing McCarthy as a big brother figure full of appreciation. Their history goes back years, with McCarthy guiding Rogers through big successes in Green Bay, before getting fired in 2018. And later coaching the Dallas Cowboys from 2020 to 2024. Rogers strongly endorsed McCarthy for the Steelers job, noting his proven track record and Pittsburgh roots at age 62. He highlighted how McCarthy has now led three historic franchises, the Packers, Cowboys, and Steelers, each tied to past dynasties.
