It's still regardless, what's up you guys? It's the best M day of the week and the good chance is your desk far away. Is it where I still remember it? Always a thin John. It's, you know what, maybe I can like magically conjure them. If you give people just a brief update on what's been going on in the watch list. This is the thing. I had this very similar problem. The watch list is not the watch. It's the watch party. It comes on right before John. Here's what he showed us. If you guys had a chance to see me this morning, you'd have seen that I had two minutes before I jumped in here. And John's the one that's under prepared. Isn't that madness? While John still has people running all the videos and stuff for him, I'm clicking it over here myself because we have a good time on the watch party. It's a new and everyday Eastern, just in case you didn't know. John's everything. Everybody knows that. And puffing. He's going to be sweating. Everything. Magic is tough. Anyway, well, I'm very glad to have you here, JR. And you're going to go for a half an hour straight. Yeah. Anyway, super happy to have you here to start off the week.

We do have some big news to talk about. We're going to be doing like a deep dive. Sort of into the topic of AI and energy because Donald Trump is like the biggest AI shell these days. Certainly the biggest AI shell who doesn't know anything about what it actually is. So we're going to be talking about that. We've got some updates on some of the candidates. Big elections going on around the country. Pete Hegsiff, being given a softball interview because anything more than that would be, you know, be. Yeah, I'm his capacity. We had a lot of great stuff to talk about. We're going to remind people why Elon Musk is so bad, not only on AI, but also when it comes to elections. And updates on the trade war with Canada, which continues to get worse and worse for us. But anyway, with all that said, hit the like button, show the stream, send us your comments or tweets or super chats. With all that said, JR, are you ready to do this thing? You need me to talk for another 30 seconds to catch your breath, bro. No, I think I'm pretty good, actually. Okay. Longsword good. Okay, with that, let's jump into it. When Elon Musk is worried about technology and willing to admit that openly, then you know it's probably gone too far and we should probably pump the brakes.

He has now joined basically every other high profile CEO of an AI company that have been sound. Putting alarms about the danger of the AI that they're developing. Don't forget that in all this. They are actually the bad guys, but they're at least saying, hey, let's not be quite as bad. And at the same time, the leader of the country, who they all got elected by donating to him and supporting him and everything he did, he's not interested in pumping the brakes. Here's what Trump recently said about AI. And we can put guardrails, we can do this in that, but I think you have a lot of negative forces and bring it up. That shouldn't be bringing it up and then bring it up things that won't happen. But whoever wins with AI wins an expression that I came up with and it's true.

Look, who could have guessed that he came up with that? Yeah, a follow-up question, how exactly? Also, follow-up question, there's a couple of basic questions about what AI is and how it works with the president. As you understand the technology, you know like what it is and what the concerns are. Of course, he does not. So all of us dumb peasants who are worried about our property values going down are like Trissy Price is being jacked up and they're not being any fresh water. All the concerns that we have are jobs being taken away as a result of this or maybe in fact being killed by the AI. You shouldn't be bringing it up, everybody is shut up. All my fancy pants, Epstein class donors are making tons of money. Why are you bothering me with this nonsense? And he is saying that as he is standing at the fancy event that they're holding on his overseas trip, his golf course. So again, they're all making money. We're the ones worried about whether we might be lined up against the wall and shot by a terminator or whatever, but just shut up about it, okay? So that was initially what he had to say.

He followed up with this. The only controller guardrails that AI needs is a strong smart, high IQ president and the USA has that in spades. The terminator station has stepped AI people from doing bad or potentially bad things. I've never less understood quotation marks and are they not people? What are you are you doubting whether they're humans? Things? Things because he doesn't know what the things are. He says so Dario, the head of Anthropica, whatever is now pretending to be a perfect little angel and we will continue to do so. We already have tremendous criminal and regulatory power over these companies. There's a sick conspiracy going on against AI and data centers and the only one that's happy that it's China. Whoever wins AI wins, we're leading China. Okay, yeah, but again, specifically how? How are we leading them? I'm not even saying that we're not. I'm saying he can't define how because he doesn't know what the technology is. The dude tried to message Pambondi on true social and he accidentally tweeted it out.

The dude doesn't know technology. Don't try to pretend that you do. You don't know what a large language model is. He doesn't know about alignment. He doesn't know about literally any of this stuff and he's lecturing us. He's AI explaining us when all he knows is his rich donors are making money off of this. And that's the side of this that I don't want to lose out on. Then I'll bring JR in. So look, do most of these tech CEOs have a concern about AI like we do? Yes, they do. And they're saying let's regulate things. But you know who would have to okay that basically? Congress slash the president and they know he's not going to do that. So what does it matter that they're saying we should regulate it? They got this guy elected and he's not going to regulate it. So it's kind of free for them to say, no, I'm very serious and responsible. I want regulations. You know what you could do if you really wanted regulations, you could self-regulate.

If you really wanted to, you could not develop a super intelligence that will kill us all. And Thropick could not do it and Grock could not do it and Chattie Pee could not do it. I mean, they're all saying they don't want to do it. But they're also saying, well, unless we're forced to not do it, we're going to do it. Isn't that a bit convenient? JR, what do you think? It's also a bit dangerous, John. Well, you know, the line always goes to the same thing. Is that what you're saying? We're having a test here. I'm in a problem with the studio, I think. I feel like I'm skipping. Okay. So what does it mean to, there's the line that keeps getting pushed. What does it mean to win with AI? We have to win. We have to win because China and everybody's going to beat us at AI. What's the concern with other countries? Winning AI, maybe they have control of a technology or some kind of a new system that can harm other folks. So instead, we'll have it. So what would we do with winning it? And then would they just not have it anymore? When someone wins AI, there's no one else have anything about it. They can't figure it out.

It's kind of like nuclear weapons. We've got nukes and so do other countries. It's almost like they're just as destructive as each other no matter what, just depend on which high IQ or maniacal president is in office and is willing to use them or threaten to use in the way that our maniacal president has been threatening to use it. By the way, this all thing about we need to win at AI is coming from a guy who's usefulness for whose use of AI has been late night posts on truth social that are showing his fantasies of himself with different brain, different agenda and a completely different body and present it to a bunch of people to continue to push his propaganda to think that he's some kind of a strong man. That's his use for AI. But we need to win at AI. Think about the source when you listen to these comments. And does he even know that the stuff he's been given is AI Slap? He's a thousand years old. I don't think he even knows that it's fake. I think they're showing him fake stuff to manipulate him and he doesn't even know about it. And I think that's kind of funny on some level, but also deeply scary too.

Okay, so they're not going to self-regulate and look, devil's advocate. There's a case to be made that so long as we are in this dumb self-destructive capitalistic system, they almost can't self-regulate if that would lead to them making less profits. They kind of have to all be legally hamstrung because if they were to choose to do that, then the board would just fire the CEO or they'd replace the board or whatever. Like that's there's a case to be made for that, which is also a reason we probably shouldn't have that system in the first place. But anyway, okay, so they're not going to do it and Donald Trump clearly isn't going to do it. So what about Congress? Well, here's what Mike Johnson said. Congress is at the liberty body, Jake. You know, it takes a while to do that. And Congress needs to catch up. But the problem is, I'm telling you again, the guys who are raising the alarms right now all have very different ideas on what the guardrail should be. There's no consensus among them. And Congress is obviously less qualified than the people who are pushing this frontier to know all the ins and outs of it. So this has to be a partnership with the industry itself, with the corporations that are doing this, and with the policy and lawmakers.

That's a very complex thing to resolve. If we overstep it, I'm telling you again, Jake, it could be a national security threat for every American. So we have threats in both both sides of this. And we've got to do this in a very thoughtful, deliberate way. And we have to do it with urgency. And I'm committed to that as everybody else is. Yeah, so much urgency that despite the fact that we've all been using all these platforms for like four or five years now, he's got nothing. He didn't present a single idea about what he did. That's his urgency. Half a decade and just, well, we'll see if you know, Grock and Claude agree eventually. And then I'll just do whatever. I love that he's being honest. That he's like, yeah, when our donors get together and then give us our marching orders, we'll do them. That's what Mike Johnson is saying. What am I supposed to do? Lead? I'm only, wait, the leader of the House of Representatives. Yeah, I guess I should actually probably do that, but he's not going to. He's not going to. You know what you could do? Just shut it down. You could literally just shut it down. If you wanted to, in the absence of a particular plan going forward, we could just pause it. Remember when we shut

down all immigration until we figure out what the hell is going on? Those immigrants aren't going to end all of humanity. AI might appear according to those experts that he says we need to defer to. Those experts are saying the entire fate of our civilization might be on the line. Maybe we just shut it down for a little while. Maybe we do that. And what is the risk in the short term? Phantoms stock market gains? What, you won't be able to have AI generate your next email to your boss or whatever? Like I think we'll survive. I think we can go back to this technology we had pre pandemic and we'll be okay for a little while while we figure things out. Well, these are unserious people and they're compromised people. All of them are making money off this. There are some people who take this seriously. Bernie Sanders wants to pause this development. And he also wants to propose 20 year prison sentences for AI developers who move ahead with being this artificial super intelligence once the regulatory system is set up.

Basically putting the penalty on par with illegally developing rogue nuclear weapons, which sort of makes sense considering that according to his experts, this is more dangerous than nuclear weapons. So thankfully Bernie Sanders is at least taking it seriously. And the American people are too, by the way, round of applause for humanity because we've figured it out. Because if you take a look at this chart, Trump's approval rating on handling AI, overall is at negative 34 points and among independence is negative 61 points. He is all almost down at the level of his handling of inflation there. But don't expect him to care about public opinion. You know what else is a big fan of that everybody else hates? Flot cameras. Seriously, Kim Matin said, I sort of like him because of law enforcement. He likes law enforcement unless they're trying to stop his coup in which case he tells his fans to kill them. But in, except for that, he likes them generally. As some people don't, they think it's an infringement. But I like him. Yeah, just in case you're like a conservative or you care about the constitution or your rights or whatever, he's like, that's some people say it's infringing on your rights.

But I don't give a damn. I like it. Chair, final thoughts. Yeah, that's one of those things. Look, he's in favor of AI. He's in favor of flot cameras all for surveillance. Remember, I always remember them talking about how we're going to be surveilled by a fascist state and it would always be like, you know, this democratic state of socialist communists or someone who's coming to watch you. You'll be watched. Instead, it's fascist. It's conservative fascism. That's actually pushing for all these things because obviously the next step as far as, condoning the use of AI in this world is to say, well, it's quicker and faster to protect you. Everyone needs to be watched. If you're not doing anything wrong, nothing will happen to you. We've heard that. Another aspects of being surveilled. So in this case, when they make it easier, faster and more efficient to surveil every move that you make, listen to everything that you say all the way down to what you might think, it always comes back to making you safer. It's almost like there are a bunch of books, warnings, studies about all this that we've already

known about that we're forgetting as it's happening. Yeah. Maybe it's not about making us safer. Maybe it's about making them safer when we finally rise up against all this bull crap. Might be that. Anyway, it looks like the big tech elites are fighting back against TYT because our internet's all messed up. I don't know what's going on. It's some people are saying it's happening to other shows in the LA area too. It's possible as an LA thing. Maybe the AI has been unleashed actually. Maybe the machines are rising. I don't know. But just in case they're not, I'm going to proceed forward as if people can hear what I'm saying. For the first time ever, Yamavar Resort and Casino at San Manuel is giving away a new Rolex watch for every Club Serrano card tier. House needed. But anyway, no, a lot of people are against these data centers being built. There were plenty of Democrats that are against it. There are tons of independence. There are lots of Republicans. Those are the stupid people he's talking about. It's not just Libby Libs, Commies, it's not just a son, Piger, an Abdul-El-Sahed or whatever. No, he's talking about independents and Republicans. They're stupid because they care about their area. Those people are not making any money. You live in an area where data centers built, you're not going to make a god damn cent. Thanks to the tax breaks that they're going to give to the AI companies, your town probably isn't going to make any money. They're going to be barely any jobs. It's not jack of the price of most of your utilities. It doesn't make any economic sense of regular people, which is why independently communities all over America have come to the same conclusion. They did not require Chinese propaganda. They're intelligent people that know what's in their own self-interest and they're making their voices heard. And that is what Donald Trump and these tech elites find to be so frustrating. And in the meantime, while he's shilling for these data centers, the data centers are making us all sick and increasingly so. Former EPA researchers are

warning in a new report that since Trump got inaugurated, Trump's EPA has embarked on a systematic weakening of pollution safeguards, permitting processes, inspection norms and other guardrails, at least 30 distinct actions that could increase the health risks associated with the data center boom. And it is booming, by the way. We already have 3,000 of these stupid things around the country with 1500 in the planning stages now. And they used to like look into these health effects. The EPA's main research office has been dismantled for that. We don't get to know how bad it is for us, but thankfully some research was already done. And so we know that it's really bad. And we know what they're doing to fast track these things being built. So since he came to the White House, data center developers have gotten things like let's see deregulation that involves keeping old coal fired plants online past their planned decommissioning times in order to power the data centers. Easing regulations on the use of onsite fossil fuel powered turbines, which make people sick.

We talked about that with the classes. And the agency has proposed a rule change that would let developers begin constructing data centers and their associated power plants before they get air pollution permits. And so yeah, but but if it turns out that it's going to be really bad, I'm sure that they just shut the data center down, right? They don't proceed forward even if it's going to be really bad, right? This is why people care about this JR. And Trump doesn't live next to a data center. None of the Epstein class does. They don't care about any of this. They don't care if it impoverishes communities, gets us all sick. Somewhere thousands of miles away, a tech CEO makes a little bit more money that he could never spent hope to spend. That makes it all worthwhile. What do you think? Totally what I was thinking exactly. Isn't it weird? It's weird how and no, we have these benefits. They keep touting all these benefits and people want them in their backyards. Have you ever heard of rich people giving away the benefit of where they live, having some advantages to what's in their backyards? There's no data centers in the backyards of these folks. Do you think Mar-a-Lago Serrana by data center?

Do you think in these rich people are waiting and can't wait to show people a side so they can get the data centers in their backyards? It's the same thing we've seen. Power grids, power plants, pollution areas. Do rich people live by freeways where a wall has to be put up? I've only seen that in big cities when poor people live in apartments that are next to a freeway because it's loud. And nobody wants to live next to a loud freeway. It's disruptive. It probably keeps you from sleeping well. Do rich people live by railroad tracks that are churning through the night all time? None of that ever happens. Why do they think people are going to believe that suddenly when they're clamoring to put data centers and everyone else's neighborhoods, that they think there's a benefit. Oh man, your home values are going to skyrocket. I can't wait. Donald Trump says he can't wait to give people better and more expensive homes or that they can then sell and become multi-millionaires over. Why should anybody believe them when realities always told you rich people and people in power avoid the things that they're dumping onto you? I don't know why they think that.

I would love to have seen a fall question. Why would their property value up? Literally, this is not me being a day or whatever. Why? It doesn't get our jobs. It's like 50 jobs in a manhattan size data center has like 50, 60 jobs on my back. What do you talk? Why? Even if they paid for their own electricity, even if they somehow didn't tap into the water that the town needs, why would it make the thing go up? And it does pollute. It does make noise. It's very logical. Come and sense reasons that it would make your property value go down. I would love to hear devil's advocate. Why would it go up? But he doesn't know when he doesn't care. My God, these damn people thought that he was like a populist. He represents the people. He's not one of those coastal elites. What is more coastal elite than plopping a massive clanker factory down in the middle of a rural area and then ruining people's property value? But no, he hates trans people. So I guess he's anti-allee. I guess that's what it means in practice.

Yamabah Resort and Casino at Sandman Well is bringing the biggest laughs to the stage. Break taboos with Ali Wang on August 28th and 29th. Enjoy Ralph Barbosa's dry humor on September 18th and 19th. And don't miss Nikki Glazers on Apologetic Comedy November 19th. Tickets on sale now at Yamabah Theatre dot com. Only at Yamabah Resort and Casino, celebrating its 40th anniversary. You in must be 21 to enter. Okay, well, let's turn to how we're gonna power some stuff. We got energy trumps here in America. Let's go to this. That'll Trump is in a cold sweaty panic because gas prices are high and getting higher and people are mad about it and he has no plan to do anything about that. And I think he realizes that people are realizing that too. So while pretending that Iran is desperate for some sort of deal that might lead to a reduction in gas prices, he's also now claiming that

I guess we'll just never have a deal with them. We'll just stay forever in Iran. Take a look. Unless we decide to stay and keep the oil like Venezuela. You don't talk about Venezuela anymore, do you? Yep, they're desperate for a deal. Are they more desperate than they were a week ago, three weeks ago, five months ago? Because they've been desperate for a long time. Is this diplomatic edging or something? What is going on with the desperation here? And if they're calling constantly Trump because you wouldn't have lied about that, that must be true. They're calling constantly. They're desperate for a deal and you obviously want this to not be an issue for the midterms. Where's the deal? What is the hold up if they are desperate and

obviously it's to our benefit? But I do like, I like it'll either happen before the midterms or after the midterms and I fact check that and that is true. It'll either be before or after, I guess since that's the entirety of time. But anyway, yeah. But maybe we won't have a deal. Maybe we'll just stay there and we'll take the oil. We'll take it like Venezuela. That's just he loves the idea of plunder. He loves the idea of raping and pillaging. That's obviously he's a big fan of that. He's been talking about it as you can see since March saying it's his favorite thing. But only stupid people don't want that. I mean, yeah, why shouldn't we go into countries around the globe and rob the people there of their natural resources? There's no way there'll be any blowback about that. Famously, religious fundamentals in the Middle East have never had a problem with the US's presence there. They never did anything bad or untoward as a result of that. So anyway, that's his desperation over Iran. Obviously,

there are some other things increasing the price of fossil fuels. The conflict in Ukraine, which reminder he was going to solve on day one and somehow after like 19 months he hasn't done it yet. He also has some words for Ukraine when it comes to that. Take a look. I come to Russia and the Russia just plants are being hit by Ukraine and I've asked President Zelensky not to hit the diesel plants refineries. Is it potentially that Ukraine war could end? Is it potentially that? Yes, it's being driven up by the fact that it's having a hard time coming out of Russia. And that's the case that hurts the world. We got to stop. Yeah, you know diesel, that's the one with the big up, right? Yeah, well, it is record prices.

Yeah, regular gas has a pretty big up to though there, buddy. So which work could end earlier? This is pretty vapid question. I don't know why he kept doubling down on that. What Trump said, I think it was worthy of a follow up. So when you look at the now years long between Ukraine and Russia, the only issue you have is that Ukraine is hitting Russia. That's the one thing that bothers you. If we could just solve that problem, then I guess we'd be good. No wonder he hasn't been able to solve this thing. He only ever has words of warning or caution for Ukraine, the country that was attacked and invaded, whose people were slaughtered and carted off. Always there are the ones that he wants to criticize. He doesn't have anything to say to bottomer. Or Putin, or if he does have anything to say, he's too terrified actually say it to him, JR. But with Zelensky, he always has something like go easy on my buddy, Vladimir. You think so many hands don't get him so far. It's like, what do you expect,

Vladimir Putin to do? I mean, he's the leader of a country and he has his interest. He says things like that when it comes to people that he's afraid of or can benefit from their actions that they're taken. It's obvious here. It's obvious. The main issue with Zelensky or Ukraine going after some of these facilities that it drives up prices on oil further, specifically in this case, diesel and Donald Trump looks bad. It's all about protecting himself. That's nothing of anything else. No, I would really hope people started asking. What happened to the day one promise about ending this war? Look randomly, because it still applies here. Now it's shifted from day one. I'm an in-network, Vladimir Putin. Fingues loves me. I'm going to end it. We're best friends. Is he not your friend anymore because you said the base is probably in that words that he likes you? Does he not like you because the war's not ending? He could leave. He could stop doing it. And that word end, is that possible? It's all about his desire to end the situation. He's gotten himself involved in through someone else helping his incompetent ass out. It's who he is. By the way,

one last thing. These deals with Iran and the deal with anyone else. I remember the last time, or the one time, they came forward with proposals of a deal with Iran. They gave them a whole bunch of money. They gave them control of the things that they still control. And even fellow Republicans, along with independents and Democrats said, this is the worst thing ever. This is the worst thing ever. You know what they haven't talked about that ever since? They haven't mentioned it. Have them brought it back up. Instead, it's they're begging me for a deal. They're begging me for a deal. Why don't you sign the deal then, bro? You're the artist of the deal as last I heard. Why don't you do it? If I was the last thing I'll say, if I was the reporter and he had said the thing, but Ukraine and Russia at my fault would have been maybe they'll stop attacking the oil infrastructure if he gets the hell out of their country. Would you like him to get the hell out of their country? You won't say that, though, William is the president. You won't actually say that bottom Putin is doing a terrible and evil thing and that you are utterly helpless to do anything about it. You have no influence whatsoever over this conflict. Just by constantly saying that

it never would have happened if you were in office, you can't get them to back off one percent. Anyway, we're going to take a short break. That's what I get to after this. For the first time ever, Yamaha Resort and Casino at San Manuel is giving away a new Rolex watch for every Club Serrano card deer. Play with your Club Serrano card and on September 20th, you could be one of five winners of a Rolex watch. Two properties, six winners, only at Yamaha Resort and Casino, your California to Vegas connection. Details at Yamaha.com must be 21 or older to enter participate. Please gamble responsibly. That's how you know I'm not an AI. I would have kept check of the time and known that the break was about then. Anyway, with that said, let's jump back into some more news. Anchor's on mainstream media seemed to be legally required to waste at least half of every

interview with Michigan Senate candidate Abdul-Azayed by asking him yet again about freaking Hassan Piker. And yes, this is still going on as of this weekend. You had Abdul-Azayed going on CBS news and he was asked multiple times about Hassan. Not new questions about Hassan, not about a new thing that Hassan said or did. Just general, why are you friends with Hassan or whatever, over and over and over again. Now bear in mind, none of any of this is about anything that the candidate Abdul-Azayed has proposed like a position or said or done. It's about what a guy has done. Hassan, who he campaigned with once or whatever, said years ago, that's the ten newest connection there that has driven at least half of all media attention on this crucial race. Now I want you to compare that to Mike Johnson and a candidate that he personally endorsed.

I want you to see how casually he attempts to brush off what that candidate, not a friend of the candidate, what the candidate himself has said over the years. Take a look. I know you're not a voter in that district. You didn't nominate this guy, but I was surprised to see you endorse him and fundraise him. Fundraise form. What does his candidate say about the Republican parties more extreme candidates? That's the testable language, you know how I feel about all of that, Jake. But also no brand at Herrera has been out running a very effective campaign and explained

to people that he has apologized for all that. He was a podcaster and a provocateur and tried to get attention. That's not the way I speak or think and that's not the way most do. But that was his persona online, right? Now he's running as a very serious candidate for Congress and a very thoughtful guy. I was with him at the convention. We talked about all this, this is at Brandon, when you get to Congress and he will be there. You're going to join this team and help us to save America, to preserve freedom and bring down cost for the American people. That guy's laser focused on doing that and he is far superior to the candidate. He is running against down in that district in South Texas. I'm telling you, this is a contrast election between common sense and crazy. Yeah, so we had to leave that last bit in because I want to be clear that when Mike Johnson says this is an election that has a contrast between common sense and crazy, the come trophy guy is the common sense one. According to Mike Johnson, the vow Christian Mike Johnson, that's the come trophy guy. He's the comment about the crazy, no, not crazy.

The guy goose stepping, he's not crazy, he's common sense, okay, the cream pie guy, it's a common sense guy. I just want to be very clear about that and Brandon Herrera is a thoughtful guy. I, he is thoughtful. He has a lot of thoughts about Seaman in particular where it goes, what it produces. He has loads of thoughts about Seaman and to be clear again, he said those things, not a different streamer he campaigned with the candidate said those things and not 10 years ago. Brandon Herrera said those things in that video in 2023. It was a couple of years ago. That's like between the last two Spider-Man movie. And no, no, now he's a thoughtful guy. Get off his back, he's running an effective campaign. I feel a size running an effective campaign. He just won the goddamn primary against the establishment of the candidate. I guess we have to get off his back about a son Piker since he's so effective. And I think he's going to get into office and he's going to save America.

So get off his back about what happened on bike, on bike or said. And again, the gap between the expectations we have for anyone that Abdullah El-Sayed has ever de-embed or whatever versus what Brandon Herrera has. Herrera has himself literally said it is freaking insane. And I'm going to throw one other candidate by the way. This is the GOP candidate for Texas Railroad Commissioner. He recently tweeted this. This isn't like a leaked thing. He tweeted this, okay. I heard UT graduation this year looked like this. I didn't believe it. The problem is now obviously far worse than anyone imagined. And if you're on the podcast, you might be wondering what's John showing on the screen right now. It's an image supposedly from the graduate campaign. It's got to be from a UT game obviously. And it's most of the people don't look white. That's it. That's the problem that Bo French who's running for office right now is like, look at this everybody. They have melanin. Are you not aggrieved by this? I am aggrieved. The problem is obviously far worse than anyone because they're not white.

Okay, now in this particular case, thankfully some Republicans have criticized this John Corning criticizes. Now Ken Paxden pretended to when prompted, but only as a way to attack James Tallerico. So he doesn't really give a damn about it at all. And yet, they get to have all these candidates. But if Hassan Piker exists, then everybody else constantly has to be asked about it. I want to ask Mike Johnson, what do you think is about the meat pick? That's what I want to know. If you're going to be asked to be about the Hassan Piker, at least make it a current events thing. Jeremy, what do you think? Something stuck with me that Mike Johnson first said when he was talking to Jake Tapper, who was defending this guy Herrera, he said, you know how I feel about those types of comments? No, no, we don't. Maybe Jake does since he said, Jake, you know how I feel about it. How about you explain to us how you feel about it? Because as he went to explain about how much he's in support of this guy, he went to eliminate downplay all of those comments. The message that we're getting from Mike Moses, Mike Johnson is that he doesn't care about those words because he'd rather say that he has this generic approach to helping make America great again. Which policies

is he pushing? What part of his effective campaign according to Mike Johnson is doing something for the American people? All we heard was him saying, we need him better than those scary Democrat socialists. That's all he said. They're running on fear. They're running on fear mongering. It's where they've always done, but they at least have something else that they would say they're doing. Only thing he can say is that was some comments from a while ago. You don't care about that stuff. You just told us you don't care about that stuff. So stop telling us what you actually believe in when you explain to us that you don't believe in what you claim to believe in. Now, by the way, these folks hanging out and celebrating. I guess it's to me, brown folks with cowboy hats on. They're taking over. They're replacing us because you know, only Southern white folks can wear cowboy hats. I guess because it's the liberal bastion of is that Austin. Yeah, you went there, John. Of course, you're one of these folks. Were you celebrating when Texas won? I did. I did. You know the thing about that. I went to UT Austin for years. You know how many UT

as I went to? None. You know how many of the people in that photo went to? At least one. So hold up a second. Do you want them to like become a part of American culture and acclimate to it or not? They're cheering UT football. What more American thing do you want than that? How is this not enough for you? And then he's like, we should be serving interests as citizens, not people like this. How the hell do you know if those people are citizens or not? I got news for you. There are non-pale people in America that were born that way, by the way. This guy is not backing off of that statement. He doubled down on it to be clear. Okay, really fast. Let's jump into this. I think yes. Okay, super fast. We're going to be fine. We're going to be fine. Pete Heggsip is obviously in damage control. There's new bad stories leaks coming out of the administration pretty much every week. And he could be fired any given time. The war is an absolute disaster. And a lot of that is probably going to end up being put on his lap. He's technically in charge of it, even though he's unqualified. So he went to a place to get an easy interview. He needs softball. So where do you go? Well, unfortunately now you go to 60 minutes because

it was run by Barry Weiss and they're just there to do propaganda for the administration. So he came in and they asked him softball after softball. Nora O'Donnell asked him, this is one of the questions she asked. When you heard that an American fighter jet was down behind enemy lines in Iran, what went through your mind? What the hell are you? What went through your mind? He's the leader of our military. I don't care what went through his mind. When you found out that you'd murdered 150 schoolgirls in Iran, went through your mind. Nora O'Donnell, she's an experienced journalist or at least was at one point. That is embarrassing. And it's not just missing. The insider sources are saying that too. CBS News staff are reached out to media columnist at Zateo Justin Barragona to say, Nora absolutely willing to play the part of dimwit reporter used as a propaganda tool. The show is dead. We're just looking at some Frankenstein of bits sewn together of mismatched pieces. And so they had him, and they're just trying to, they're trying to propaganda for the administration because the war is terrible. People hate it. So they focus on, remember,

we lost the pilots and they go and they rescue them. Hero, great work that PTAGSA did none of to be clear. So they brought on one of the airmen from that. Both of them, apparently the airmen involved in it, expressed reservations about doing the interview. One raised concerns about the prospect of being potentially ordered to take part in the segment. But political appointees in Higgs's office were adamant that you gotta do this thing. You gotta do our propaganda or whatever. And it's not just them, Barry Weiss, apparently the source of eye on the scenes are saying she's got this preestablished relationship with Higgs. Of course she does. He's a right-winger and she's trying to build up that relationship probably to do more CBS and eventually CNN puff pieces if he runs for president or whatever. And so this is just your latest update on what has become of CBS news. And not just in general, it's infected 60 minutes too. Gerald, what do you think? I feel like maybe those airmen that didn't want to be a part of this are probably concerned about whatever else we don't know about why they were there in the first place, why that downed. But it was all kinds of stories that we just kind of moved along from. And they should have known,

oh, this is the safe space of 60 minutes now under the tutelage of Barry Weiss. So they didn't have to worry about what could be exposed how they were maybe avoiding the full truth, but also just to prop up the leadership. There's probably was a part of it too. This whole hero story we're supposed to be honoring them. It's actually about trying to sanitize the reputations of Donald Trump, Pete Higgs, Seth and Ressa especially since as you pointed out, more more people are realizing. I don't know how just now, but more and more people are realizing just how disaster, how much of a disaster this war is and our disastrous heat, heggseth is and how stupid he is and how much he just kind of flies around and likes to murder people. That's the people we're seeing and they're trying to remedy that old situation. Yeah, when you bombed that wedding, what went through your mind? Yeah, when I get questions like that anymore, unfortunately. Okay, another break we'll be back with more news to end the hour after this. More news to come, but first I do want to remind you that the noble mobile $10 for your first whole month of mobile service deal is back in action. You can get it at to it.com slash switch. And even after that first month, the most that you'll ever pay for your services $50 and even less, if you use less of the data and they have tools to help you use your phone less. So you save money, free up your brain a little bit. It's a great deal. Okay, let's jump now into this. Remember when Elon Musk was terrified that him messing around in doggy, like messing with our government, everything buying politicians was ruining Tesla's reputation and might even threaten

his wealth. It might take him down. Well, just remember how mad you were about that as you learned about the FDUMPCRAP that he's currently engaged in. So he has this pack, the America pack. And it isn't content just to run deceptive ads for horrible fissistic candidates. No, it also wants to steal your personal data and maybe steal your vote as well. See, they've got this website set up. It's called votesafe.org. You can see a shot of it right here. And that sounds nice, right? Votesafe.org. You got your vote, you got your safe and it's an org. All that sounds good and it sounds legit, but it is not. Now, the site is evidently designed to resemble the actual voter registration site vote.org, which actually sounds less reputable than votesafe.org when you think about it. That site provides legitimate voter registration and information services. And it's run by a registered nonpartisan nonprofit organization. That one, by the way, when you go, it doesn't track any of your personal information and it only requires users to submit their email and their

mailing address. That's it. Elon Musk is a little bit different. Okay, so visitors to the site automatically transmit to Musk their full name, birthday, home address, email address, cell phone number, IP address, browser, operating system, screen size, language of device, location, district voter registration status. Every link they click on, every website they visit, boxers or briefs, everything about you automatically goes to Elon Musk, which is why when I was producing a story, I didn't click on it actually. I always do my due diligence in this case. I'm keeping the underwear secret to myself. Elon, you don't get to know about that. If you want to find out what underwear I'm wearing, you're going to have to keep your eyes on the jumbo tron of the next R&C. But anyway, votesoffsafe.org doesn't just steal your literal data. It also tracks inferences that can be made about users based on their personal information. Those include a profile related to your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior attitudes, intelligence, aptitudes and abilities, and then sells that to their business partners. And all of

that is bad. But in the end, I cannot stress enough one important thing about his website versus the actual one. On his website, after it steals all your data and sells it, it doesn't register you to vote. You don't actually end up registered to vote. But you might think that you were because you went to the website, you did this whole thing. And you might end up not being registered. And then you show up and you're not registered. So you have to do like a provisional ballot or whatever. And he's already stole all of your information. And by the way, he did this in 2024 as well. I guess it's legal. I guess you could just do this, Chair. What do you think? I guess we get caught up in words. They say votesafe. It's the least safe place you can ever even like, imagine you can't even like visit this place. They did this all time. They'll focus on the families and the families and the moms, the organizations that are all controlled by conservative organizations. They're all things that are against those groups that they're actually going and trying to act like they're supporting or representing. It's constant. This guy is the biggest thief.

I consistently stealing information, which by the way, as we already found out when they first came in and rated our Social Security office and took everyone's information, they've already got tons of our information without us going to their janky websites and giving it to them in the first place. But this guy will still tout around. I'm not sure how close he is to Donald Trump and where after they had their latest TIFF and then make up and then back to another fight. But he's just on his own paid his money for everyone's information and who I guess were a straggler's were left over who were stupid enough to go to these sites. And then never ask, what did I get from that site? This should be a question. What was my objective and what was the conclusion? I guess we're all running like the way Donald Trump and Pete Higgs that did for this war. They don't know why they went and they have no idea what their objectives are or how to get into the whole thing. Let's just go in, give stuff away and walk out. It's astounding to me. How much he's able to get away with and it's all totally cool. I just want to remind everyone by the way, he spends his money on manipulating our elections. So when you use a product of his, you are subsidizing this. It's the

argument that's often made against JK Rowling. He applies to Elon Musk as well. I just want to be clear about that. Anyway, with that said, let's move on to our final story of the hour. Donald Trump's replacement plan for Carolyn Levin getting his new press secretary. It's going like laughably blababat at this point because he's pitching some of the worst communicators in modern political history to be his new mouthpiece at the White House. So he had promised us that he would have the new press secretary at the end of last month. For the first time in his life, he lied. It turns out. But anyway, he finally got around to announcing something and hear us what he said.

Oh, I'll pick the topic. We'll do Marco next. I will. I will. I will. Okay, so everybody desperately wants to be his press secretary. They're calling me desperate to make a deal everyone. But despite the fact that he has a mountain of talented communicators, we're not going to go with any of those actually. We're going to do Marco Rubio. I guess he's not busy or anything, right? What does Marco Rubio responsible for? Let me see. Let's see. Following his Senate confirmation as Secretary of State back in January last year, he became the acting administrator of the US Agency for International Development. He's the acting archivist at the National Archives and Records Administration. He subsequently acquired a fourth position, aside from being Secretary of State, of course, as interim acting national security advisor. He's also ruling Venezuela, right? And when we invade Cuba, he's going to rule that too.

Yeah, he's got time to talk to Peter, do C or whatever. Why not? And also JD Vance, just device president, I really don't have any duties or anything. And they mentioned, he mentioned at one point Scott Besen, who sucks as a communicator. Like, I get you kick a Jadim Piro to do it, or like, I don't know, bring an angely air heart or something. There's tons of fox hosts that I'm sure would do this. Like Erica Kirk, sure, throw her up there, whatever. But this is how bad the job is going. By the way, I evidently in my search of Marco Rubio's job responsibilities. I miss that. Some are speculating about an additional role that he has in graphic two. I didn't know that he acted as the Easter bunny. I do like that. They give you smoke breaks. Now it's very anti woke of the White House. Anyway, JR, do you have a prediction about who will be the final one? And it's pretty funny that Scott Jennings. I was waiting. I'm evidently hasn't gotten the job. Actually, because I mean, I think people see through Scott Jennings.

And maybe Donald Trump doesn't like his face. Who knows? By the way, Jeanine Piro, you know, she rides the job, you know, with US district or US attorney for DC. So I'm like that. I can never tremble. But she'd be bad at it too. Still even though she was on TV. This is like a new episode of the apprentice or something. And like, you know, the producers and I'm like, let's do this to this week, to the celebrity apprentice guys. Let's make everyone be press secretary for like a day. And then we'll judge them later and somebody's going to get fired by the end of the episode. This is literally being run like a reality show. So all of the cabinet members have to have their turn being in the press secretary to see what's one of them that can lie effectively enough to help cover Donald Trump's ass from any destruction or lies or double talking that he's done on himself. So they can get frustrated if someone didn't lie well enough. And maybe someone pulls, you know, the wrong day and they get a day when they have to talk about the war. Yeah, I can't, I kind of can't wait. You know, we're up it up and we'll have a nice complete

episode. I think that it represents that he doesn't think that the work they do is important. And he's probably right. I don't, I don't think that any of these people are really responsible for much. They're not qualified for it. Like these people are not running bureaucracies of hundreds of thousands of people. The people who've worked there for decades are doing that work. So why shouldn't they just chat to the media? And he likes it. He likes watching it. He likes making them compete with each other. And my production being is, I said that it reminds me of like he's just going to get them all in a room and say that we have one opening organization. He's going to break a pool queue and half and throw it there so they can kill each other until there's one left. Like it's very joker in that way. And again, the government is not supposed to be run like a goddamn reality show. But why shouldn't it? Especially when in the end, the job's just going to be given to a Fox News host anyway. And that will be sort of doubly ironic because all the cabinet members are Fox News hosts. I do think it's funny though. These like, I need a press secretary. What secretaries do I? Well, secretary of state's a secretary,

secretary of labor's a secretary. That's not the same thing you chat gas. They're not supposed to be standing in for that. Anyway, it's such an unserious, recombicle clownish administration. Okay, with that said, we are out of time for the first hour. The second Mustang Dark Horse ever produced on September 26th. Two properties. Six winners. Only at Yamaha Resort and Casino. Your California to Vegas connection. Details at Yamaha.com must be 21 or older to enter participate. Please gamble responsibly.
