About this episode
In the winter of the late 1970s, the residents of Sacramento, California were gripped by fear after a series of random and shockingly brutal murders took place right in their own backyard. The man responsible for these heinous acts defied comprehension: Richard Trenton Chase aka "The Vampire of Sacramento", believed that his body could only survive by consuming the blood of others - and he would stop at nothing to quench his evil delusions.
