And the load air and greetings from my senior citizen departments, great thing with you. I love being in fellowship with Jesus, and I'm going to tell you why. And Colossians 115, it says, speaking of him, who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature, Colossians 115. He is the image of the invisible God. So if I want to get to know God, get to know Jesus. And as I look to Him, and as I read about Him in His Word, the Holy Bible, and I read about His New Testament, His New Covenant, I see God. It's beautiful. There's a Thirst in Man's heart to know God. This is how we know Him, know Jesus. I love that. In the Scripture verse that dies in with this Hebrews 1-3, and speaking of Jesus, who being the brightness of His glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all
things by the Word of His power, when He had Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the majesty on high. Hebrews 1-3. That's our Jesus. That's our Lord and Savior, the brightness of His glory, the express image of His person. So if you want to get to know our Heavenly Father, look to Jesus. And I love how it says here, He purged our sins and sat down at the right hand of the majesty on high. That's love. Oh, praise you, Jesus. And then there's another Scripture verse here, too. And it's in 2 Corinthians 4-6, for God who commanded the light to shine out of darkness hath shined in our hearts, in your heart and my heart, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, Glossians 4 and verse 6. Yes, He gives the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
So let's you and I ever be looking to Jesus. But if you don't know Jesus, I invite you to put your faith in Him and believe He says what He says about Himself and that He is the sacrifice for your sins to make you acceptable to God. That's love. So call out to Him. And that's it, and I shall visit with you next time.
