Is it important for all men to have a creative outlet?

Most men haven't bothered to cultivate a creative outlet. But if you want to live a life of fulfillment and freedom, to express yourself and be who you are, then you must have a creative outlet.

Start by figuring out what would be a creative outlet for you. Something that inspires you to express yourself and something that can fill you up when you do it.

If you don't have that creative outlet, you start to bottle yourself up and play a little bit smaller in your relationships Your wife, your kids, your family...everyone in your life will get less of you. If you lack a creative outlet, it can leave you feeling a little more empty at home, and that shifts you from being the alpha to becoming a beta. Slowly but surely, you lose your power.
