Before Workzinga, Dan managed revenue cycle operations for SmileDirectClub, where he helped to hire over 1,000 employees in buoyant and tougher labor markets. This experience spurred Hunter’s desire to develop a more seamless hiring process that results in the best-suited candidate filling companies' open roles.
