Revealed: Discoverting the Heart of God #5

0:00Good morning everybody. Welcome to PM in the AM my Campbell here my lovely wife Jada. Good morning everybody. Great day So glad to have you on here with us today. Oh man. It's a good day to look into the word of God Every day is a good day for that because the word of God will change your life and destiny if you will allow it I love it I mean the moment you get born again your destiny changes forever But listen to me you've got to keep running the race you got to keep pressing in you got to keep going after God That's the most important thing. Tommy Tenney wrote a book years ago You know about that God chasers. I think was the name of it and I don't know if it's still out there if it's out there to be worth your reading But it was a great book ongoing after God and apparently something that happened at a service Pulp it in split you know from a flash of lightning or whatever Anyway, forget all of that what was important was what was in the pages of that book and so I just encourage you if you can't get it get it

1:05But go after God and that's that's the key. So that's what we're talking about this week. We're talking about Our topic which is revealed Discovering the heart of God and you know if you're gonna discover the heart of God you got to know something about God and That's what we're talking about. So you want to read that or yeah I've got a scripture this week. How do I scripture is Ephesians 1 9 and 10? This is the in-out date. It says God has now revealed to us his mysterious will regarding Christ Which is to fulfill his own good will and this is the plan at the right time He will bring everything together under the authority of Christ everything in heaven and on earth So revealing his he's revealed to us The believers because it couldn't be revealed before and he could reveal it to his believers Regarding Christ. Yeah, and listen second Timothy chapter 1 and verse 9 really kicks in right here

2:06It says who has saved us and called us with the holy calling Not according to our works, but according to his own Purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus listen to this before Time began so this is not something that's the last minute. Oh, oh, let me you know how we do when we do things And we get a last minute plan. That's not God God plan this thing before anyone was created He had this ready to go right and so the key to this thing is knowing Jesus and being a part of His family and of his kingdom. There's just so many great things. Let's go down to Ephesians chapter 1 and Let's go down to verse 16 and 17 and let me just read this real quick because you just made that point it says in Psalm 139 verse 16 it says you saw me before I was born so we've been talking about the general will of God for all of humanity

3:12What is his will that we know him that we come to Christ that we can have fellowship with him? So it says and then you said also we have individual will what God has for us Particularly the will of God for our lives and it says you saw me before I was born every day of My life was recorded in your book Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed Wow, it's just amazing that our plan that God had for us was created Before our life started before our days Begin it said it's already already recorded in the book of the plan that God has Just find that amazing. It is amazing. And then Jeremiah one five Before I formed you in the womb. Yeah, I God knew you Jeremiah and he knows you this is why listen. This is why we're against abortion It's because God Knows us before we are even formed in the womb

4:14And listen to what he says to Jeremiah before I formed you in the womb. I knew you before you were born I sanctified you. I ordained you a prophet to the nation. Wow. Is that and that's not just for one man in the whole world That is right one of us that he has a plan for every one of us before we were born. So every child Unborn already has a plan that God tried then he says over here in Ephesians chapter one that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ The Father of God may give to you the spirit of wisdom and Revelation in the knowledge of him remember we saw this yesterday in in Isaiah 11 The spirit of the Lord shall rest upon in the spirit of wisdom and understanding Spirit of counsel and might the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord Boy, I tell you this is important because I think you found in Proverbs chapter 1 Verse 7 go ahead and read that and I'm going to read amplified it says the reverent fear of the Lord

5:19That is worshiping him and regarding him as truly awesome is the beginning and the preeminent And it went away and it went away. Hold on I hit something and it went away. Hold on Jade is always hitting something. No, I hit something with my finger. It went away. Here it is. Leave your finger off Here is you ready Gives everybody a pause so you can only be what we're on a roll and she's Okay, Proverbs 1 7 I'm gonna hold her hand down. Okay, she's not touching that screen the reverent fear of the Lord That is worshiping him and regarding him as truly awesome is the beginning and the preeminent part of knowledge It's starting point But arrogant fools despise Wisdom and instruction and self discipline so Wow, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge and there's another scripture that's The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom as well. Yeah, boy. I tell you what this is powerful stuff ladies and gentlemen

6:26And God wants us to know his will. He's very he's very vocal about that He says for this reason we also since the day we heard it Do not cease to pray for you and to ask That you may be filled with the knowledge of his will right listen you need to be praying this for yourself on a daily basis You need to be praying it for your spouse for your children For all of your friends and neighbors for your lost loved ones For your lost friends They need to be filled with the knowledge of his will try and all wisdom and spiritual Understanding and then scripture also tells us in Proverbs that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom So there's something about this fear of the Lord That we need to interject right here and say that when we have fear the Lord now listen We talk about fear the Lord we're talking about the all God right not talking about being so afraid of him Because according to Hebrews We're now have the blood of Jesus. We have we we can come into the throne room of God

7:31We can come in that's right and we can be bold about it. That's right. So it's so important That's right and here's here's the one on wisdom proverbs 9 10 says fear of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom Fear of the Lord is the foundation of wisdom and you know, I was thinking No, I'm having a hunger for the word if you don't feel that hunger You don't feel that desire that immediately you want to get into the word of God. Just pray about that Just pray that the Lord will give you that hunger so that you can Have that desire to get into the word of God grow in him and find his will for your life and Once again, it's the foundation of wisdom is the foundation of knowledge. Yes Man, I'll tell you what listen. There's just so much here and here. Let me just let me just in today by talking about this The God of our Lord Jesus Christ the father of glory. Let me get this off here Apparently I hit something. No Yes, yes, yes, I did know it was me it was 100% me the God of our Lord Jesus Christ the father of glory may give to you

8:37The spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him now listen to this The eyes of your understanding being enlightened. I love it that you may know the hope of his calling See, this is why we need to know his will that you will know the hope of his calling. I love this What are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints? You can't know about your inheritance Until you know the will of God until you know And you you begin to operate with spiritual wisdom and knowledge and look at what he says here uh the hope of his calling What are the riches of the glory of inheritance in the saints and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us Would you believe according to the working of his mighty power? What he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him his own right hand and have any places far above Prince of Paladin power might dominion every name that is named not only in this age, but also

9:40In that which is to come Do you think god has put a lot into us? He has a lot for us and he wants to put a lot into us Because he wants us to operate with the authority that we have so that we understand that we're above We're above and not beneath we're above demonic oppression we're above demonic spirits listen They're under our feet and we need to understand that you have authority That's why you know we go. I had a email. Ask me how this young man got healed when we were in Tanzania And I said to him I said what do you mean? He said well, how did you do it? Was it black magic? I said no, we don't use black magic I said I used the name of Jesus and he said well, no, how'd you do it? Was it was it the witch doctors and and listen I told him I said no wasn't the witch doctors We bind them up and they can't move they have no authority when we're preaching the word of god

10:43They can't do anything. Oh, they want to come out there and act like they can they can't And I want you to know people get mad. Oh, they go cast the spell off. They can't cast the spell on you You've already got a spell. It's called the God spell You you can't they cannot it will boomerang and go back read your Bible It'll boomerang on them and go back So here's what I told him we cast that devil out in the name of Jesus. That's what knowing The will of god is all about and having spiritual understanding. He says it right here He says it in these verses it's so powerful That he says the eyes of your understanding that you may know the hope of his calling the riches of the glory and the heritage in his saints and He exceeding greatness of his power to it. That's what I didn't believe those are the things we will know If we will just stick To the word of god, you know, it's like any it's like parents who pull her into their child as they're growing up

11:43teaching them right from wrong teaching them manners teaching them How to live in this world how to be how to have integrity how to be you know We get onto our kids when they lie so we correct them on those all those things that we pour into our Children and then we send them out into the world. We want what's best for them? It's the same with God. He fills us with the word of god. He wants us to grow We want us to learn so that we can live a prosperous clean Life that he's called us to and and growing in the wisdom of God growing in the knowledge of God helps us to do that That's what he was telling you right now ladies and gentlemen God has fixed this you're the winner all right I know people don't like talking about stuff like this. You know, they think we're being too Ringing well, I mean, you know that what it was that you know Everybody wants a participation trophy. Nobody wants to be the winner Listen to me in the kingdom of God. There's winners and losers the born again and they're not born again

12:46It's just that simple The child of God the center. It's that simple, all right And I'm not the judge of who isn't who isn't But I know this one thing I can judge my own heart And keep it right with God Well, we got to wrap it up.
