Rep. Austin Scott: Biden ‘pandering to far left’ by preventing Border Patrol from deporting illegal migrants caught committing crimes

Georgia Congressman Austin Scott slams President Biden for recent executive action, largely criticized by Conservatives for being riddled with loopholes, but preventing Customs and Border Patrol from deporting illegal migrants caught in the United States committing crimes and then forcing local officials to figure out what to do with them. Scott says, all that President Biden needs to do is reimplement former President Trump’s Remain in Mexico Policy, which would cut down on “75% of illegal immigration, at a minimum,” “but of course, that would be an acknowledgment that President Trump’s policies worked.” Additional interviews with former Customs and Border Patrol Commissioner Mark Morgan and Heritage Foundations Lora Ries on the loopholes of President Biden’s immigration executive order.
