Reich sees Wins as his top choice thanks to their strong history together from past teams. They first teamed up when Reich was the Eagles' offensive coordinator during Wins' early NFL days. In 2017, Wins thrived in that system. Working like an MVP contender until a knee injury ended his season. Later, as head coach of the Colts in 2021, Reich had Wins for one solid year, mostly.
