For the programme’s first anniversary, we look back at some of the guests we have spoken to over the past year and the music and ideas they have brought to the show. We also reflect on the music of the spring festivals at this time of year.

An exploration of the relationship between art, music and religion in London. From gospel-inspired grime to the politics of faith that inspire modern art and theatre today, Soho Service is not defined by medium or genre but tries to encapsulate London and everything that our relationship with religion affects.

We challenge the assertion that faith and culture in London is limited to the paintings by the masters in the National Gallery and want to explore how our relationship with faith continues to define and influence our expressive culture in London today.
