‘Really Drunk’ Mom Arrested After Newborn Twin Found Dead

Brennan Spencer, 33, is accused of second-degree murder after one of her twins was found dead at her home. Her boyfriend told Oklahoma City police that he and Spencer had split a 12-pack of White Claw alcoholic seltzer.
