We're gonna talk about all the things that highlights we're gonna give you the highlights of what happened this week in reality TV the highlights No little lights. Maybe some little lights because everything isn't great. Let's get into it, David because this is week eight of our Reality roundup and I feel like we just Have to go with what we know at this point. So Here we go It is time for our singing and variety shows and the first of course It's a little bit of a American I know American Idol we had our Hollywood week in in music city So I will say after watching this episode last week I was like oh the girls are bringing it I think the guys actually held their own this week too in fact Two of my three standouts this week were guys. So I'll start with my third

4:11um So closing out the auditions. We had Chris Tungset and we saw him Performing near the very end of this episode. He's saying a jealous by labyrinth And I was like oh, I didn't know you had this much soul behind your voice I thought he sounded really really good like he was giving me blue eyed soul um And he still has kind of that rocker vibe going. I think he's gonna be very versatile. So I liked him a lot my second standout was One of my favorite from episode three His name is Jordan McCullough and he's saying higher ground by Stevie Wonder. It's hard to go wrong with with that He is a worship leader and you totally get that from his his voice. He sounded so good like all of the notes were on Completely Lots of power He can belt it out So he was my second standout, but number one for me um It was macaia. She's saying um nobody's supposed to be here, which I love that song

5:17With her she it's just such a throwback like she's the type of voice that got me to fall in love with American Idol 20 plus years ago and it just feels refreshing hearing her And she had levels too like she started it off. It was strong, but she really got into it by the end So I was loving macaia incredible It's so funny because me and David did not talk about our highlights for the week for American Idol before we just recorded um, and my third place For this week was macaia for when the right supposed to be here. I was like loved her I thought she sounded so good. I love what she did to that song and she gave it a little bit of a not too much of a twist where it wasn't recognizable But she gave it a little bit of macaia that was just so sweet and so and it was so pure her voice was so Very very pure and I really enjoyed her a lot. I was like yes

6:20My second highlight was Jordan I thought Jordan ate higher ground up and I definitely saw the worship leader in him It was very good. He just and I agree with Lionel He put some notes in higher ground I was not in the original song and it's like you don't even need to do that because that song is so great But you did it and it still sounds great. I love Jordan and higher ground I thought he did a such an amazing job But my standout this week was Kayla Richardson with I won't give up um When she said I thought that was such a moment and I know and here's the thing I know this was a producer moment great very produced moment for the son to be sitting there and But all that aside when you listen to her voice and you hear the honesty and realness and wrongness in her voice It was so good and at first I was like I don't know. I didn't know if I was going to like it at first I was like I don't know if she's singing it down in that low register and it was it was nice. It's okay But when she took it up and you heard the grit and the growl in her voice and it was and then and I said it last week

7:26And I said again she sounds like this gospel artist to Kaylyn car Her voice just like if she sang it to Kaylyn car some I would be like I know I swear you're to Kaylyn car It is so good but I just love the rawness of her voice. I love the grit in her voice. I thought she was amazing So yeah, that was my highlights. I'm just you know David I like that we don't talk about it before because then I don't know what she like and it's fun that way So from this point on we would never talk about it I like that too. I do want to say though I did not have the same feeling on Kayla Oh Because I she was one of my favorites from the auditions and when she's saying I was like I don't know if this song choice shows what she can do So for me I was a little disappointed but I was very glad she stayed just because I know she has all the potential in the world I thought this was even better than her audition Because it was just a pureness and a rawness in her voice that just and I think it had everything that she was singing to her son

8:28Right in front of him instead of liking the audition. He was outside and she you know She's all to the side she was looking directly and you can feel the emotion creeping up in her voice And I love hearing the emotion creep up in people's voices when they're singing a song that's just so personal to them And so yeah, I thought it was amazing. I thought it wasn't amazing song but Ha Let's move on from American Idol to another singing competition the voice premiered this week and uh I'm just gonna say this The voice started out strong The voice this season started out strong and when I take it started out strong the first four singers on my top Highlights The first four people out of the gate was my highlight like I just Absolutely Absolutely look okay starting with Lucas sing it been in a jits

9:31I was like first of all you can play and he's a really good pianist like He can really play like really really play and it sounded so good I loved the soulfulness in his voice. I was very surprised by that that by his soulfulness in his voice I thought it was such a Oh good tone and like I said and he could play really really good. I was very happy That he chose to go on team legend. Um, but yeah Because I think that's a great fit for him with John Legend. I think they would be an amazing fit Then Alexia singing natural will woman The first three-tier turn of the night deserved I feel And it was so beautiful. I love that she didn't try to do too much. She didn't go all over the top. She wasn't like Trying to do any high high high notes because that's not her range. That's not where she's comfortable That's not where she is and I love that when people know their race. They know their voice

10:34They know what they are capable of doing without sounding crazy And it was just it was just nice the richness the growl love And she went to team Adam three-tier turn this whole three-tier turn competition. I'm gonna talk about I don't know about like that But we'll talk about that anyway Julia Sing a strawberry wine. Let me just say this first of all Julia I don't know how you knew this but that's one of my favorite country songs of all time the strawberry wine I Absolutely love that song first discovered it when I was in college and never let it go never let that song go I love that song and something about the way she sang it She got she's country, but she got soul is very soulful country and the way she was just rounding out the He was working through college Like I was like oh, oh, it was just an extra I Thought she was good. Do I think there's room for her to improve. Yeah, she's 19 years old

11:34She can get a little bit better, but she has Good chops and then Abigail the next three-tier turn I personally was not like I would have turned for her right away the way they did it But then I understood it because she is not that big voice. She wasn't a huge voice She and we talked about this last week on with the American Idol with the one girl Who I was like I don't know if she's gonna have that big voice, but I like those intimate singers those singers who I feel like a captivator room For the 30 people who hit a bar and like they don't have to be there to listen to you And they can be doing eating talking and eating drinking and that it up But the minute you hit her thing is like oh And you stop what you're doing to pay attention those other singers I like I don't need you to be able to sell out the arena and and give me the bells and the whistles and the smoking the mirrors and have a big performance That's cool, but if you can grab the attention of a room with 30 or 50 people in it and make them stop what they doing

12:39Mm, and I think Abigail has that. I thought she was Her voice is pretty. It was just pretty Yeah This is kind of funny how this worked out because we had so much overlap with American Idol We don't have much overlap at all with the voice But I did really appreciate all of the people you just mentioned first of all I do want to say I really like only having three coaches And they then each other they're gonna have 10 people each so we're not having 48 people move on we're only having 30 So we can focus more on the talent and who's really good. So I like that For me my fourth person my honorable mention was the very last guy Jeremy. I can't remember his last name But it was specifically the duet he did with John Legend singing ordinary people Which is one of my favorite songs like that song inspired me to want to like learn to play Music and like sing that song myself. I never did But I thought that duet was so good and he played in John Legend's face and then then a picking Adam after that

13:44Which was yes For me the my third standout was Jonah Mayer he was the guy from the boy band the boy band project who came out and sang Italian Man just pure raw beautiful vocals and Kelly lost her mind over this guy And sure enough he picked Kelly which was the right choice you want to coach that feels that passionate about you My second standout his his name was Aaron Levine He was a guy that did Broadway. He was one rent. He toured with Jesus Christ superstar He came out and saying it feels like the first time this guy's upper register. He's so great like this such a pure like Tone that just grabs you. So I thought he was incredible He's another person that played in John Legend's face like he kept like encouraging John Legend

14:47saying what they had in common and then he picks Adam I hate this so much Poor John poor John But my number one standout we do have some overlap here It was Alexia J the one that sang natural woman Man what a tone what a freaking beautiful And you had seen her in the previous before me you warned me about her To me I was getting like a similar tone to Nina Simone And both of them have and this is a compliment both of them have almost like a gender neutral sound to the way Um, and I love I love voices like that where you have to listen for a little bit if you don't know Otherwise, and you're like oh, this could be a man or a woman But I just think she has a stunning gorgeous tone And I really love how she she performed this Honestly, it's gonna be hard for anybody to top that audition for me. Yeah, I was really it was so good

15:50The crazy party is people my sisters say that about when I sing in my lower registry because when I sing in my sisters I sing thinner and they're like you have my mom was a very much a very much thinner and her and she's saying And they always say you know, you have that voice that people have to if they weren't looking and you started singing it could be a man Yeah, but it could be a woman and I love that too. That's one of my favorite things I love hearing women and their low voices because it's rich And it's just oh so oh yes, she made me melt she made me melt and that's when I saw her in that preview. I was like I don't know what the rest of y'all go sound like, but this one right here She'll be a force she'll be a horse, but All right, we'll move on from the boys to the last singer Yes, so they took last week off, but they came back and they brought us spice girls night And we only had three performers this week, so it was nice cute and not a lot of

16:54Different songs to judge, but we did have a guest judge and it happened to be scarab from this season to Roger P. Henson was coming back Which is kind of cool like she already got eliminated and here she is as a guest judge and she was so fun Like I would love to see her on there more often. She could be like that Joel McHale that comes every year So she was great The first performance we had was crane singing say you'll be there by spice girls It was really good and So I've decided I'm gonna make a prediction on who people are no matter what So for her I there was a clue that said something about construction, which made me think about the fifth harmony song work Okay, it gave me that construction vibe and somebody I've been guessing since season one of massing her is dina from The the massing her so I'm gonna just say I have no idea, but her tone of her voice sounds a lot like dina

17:55So I'm gonna guess that crane is dina from fifth harmony and I would love that because I think she's one of the more underrated members of the group So I'd love to see her on the show I am taking those david some of make sure I know what these predictions are. Okay. Okay Next up we had Pug Pug Koso. It's a Pug Koso Costume for a pug Oh, which I love this is one of my favorite costumes of the season and Pug Koso has never really been on my radar for like somebody that I know who they are But this week I think I think I might know who they are They sing too much by spice girls obviously and it was so so good I think I think robin said it was the performance of the season so far and I think I agree it was incredible and immediately I was getting like Lead vocalist of like a rock band from this this singing and the more I listen to the tone

18:59I was like I think I recognize this voice. I think I know who this is And then much to my chagrin Ken Jong yes, this is the same person I had in mind and I'm like oh no. Oh, no I don't want to kids always wrong Right he is but I'm getting Pat Monahan from train like it sounds so much like his voice Like totally That it's hard like none of the clues specifically gave gave me Pat Monahan, but it was really just the voice But I think he might be a frontrunner after this performance. It was so good. Okay And then we got our third our third costume of the night. It was snow cones singing want to be Man the vocals were not great. They were not there It was pretty basic I did not know who this was. I didn't need to make a guess on this one though because They did end up getting unmasked. We did have a singoff between

19:59snow cone and the crane but man It was it was always going to be snow cone leaving. They saying stop by the spiced girls Yes, yes And sure enough she gets unmasked and once once I started hearing guesses I think it was read us specifically. I'm like that makes sense um No, it was Jenny Jenny was guessing that it was Heidi Montag And especially because mr. Snow cone kept coming out. Mr. Snow cone came out and unmasked Snow cone and sure enough it was Heidi Montag in Spencer Pratt So uh Good effort Heidi It was nice to see you and glad your your kids love watching the show But yeah, we needed crane and we needed pug gossip to move on But it was a good episode overall Well, all right then. I guess then

21:00I get to put gossip Well, good gossip. You'll you'll have to look up podcasts. Oh, I'm gonna have to look it up now Look now you got the intrigue. I didn't Think I would be intrigued but I always am intrigued by the mad singer from time to time But I don't know now now. I definitely am more intrigued. So All right, then I guess we should move on From our singing variety shows too Let's talk strategy We're gonna start off with our first Well with my episode, but our first show which is going to be extracted Extracted yes, um, so extracted um This was an interesting episode. I thought this was one of the better episodes so far So everybody in the control room they had to rank

22:04Their loved ones based on who was most trustworthy to least trustworthy So uh Doug's family volunteers him to go last But they they all like go through their rankings um And we find out that they are each gonna take turns going in order for most trustworthy to least trustworthy to a place that has a stake that's cooking and they get to cut off a piece And we saw something similar in season one they get to cut off a piece They don't know how many people they there are behind them So it's really up to them whether they want to take a really big piece Or they want to try to split it as evenly as possible And it's really hard to do when you don't know what number you are So they're all going through taking their pieces Um, and it's going well for the first couple and then The third person we have come in was Polly um, and she Wasn't sure how many people were left and she cut a slightly bigger piece than anybody else So everybody in the control room is like oh

23:05Oh girl, but she doesn't know like she thinks she's taking a pretty even piece and she sure was savoring that piece of stake Um, but everybody else like behind her they were all like taking pretty small slivers There was nobody that really stood out as taking more than what they needed Including Doug who was the last person and he's like um, I don't know how many people are left So he cut off a little sliver and left a lot of stake behind that nobody ate Um, but it seemed like It seemed like that piece of stake the Polly took uh, it was lingering over people's minds because we had a twist where um People could go find a power card um So Everybody goes they go look uh, and then Katie's family They were the first to find the power card and they found out that with this power They got to pick two different survivor lists items And take them and give them to somebody else like each of them went to a different person

24:09um, so They ended up taking Romans blanket to give it to Katie Um, but then they took Polly's sleeping bag and gave it to Doug And the drama of this cost I think I saw this clip on The Instagram incident. I would did you hear something about she is literally dying Because that's what Polly's family was saying they were so upset that the sleeping bag got taken from Polly and Polly's probably like the oldest Well, she's definitely the oldest woman out there as a survivalist So she was devastated when she opened this uh This uh thing and realizes that she's gonna have to give up her sleeping bag In her family members. They are freaking out there yelling at Katie's family They're like she's literally dying out there. You're killing her It was so over the top dramatic

25:09And I'm like she's gonna be fine like not everybody has a sleeping bag And sure it's tough. Especially once you had that to lose it. That's tough Mentally especially, but they're already like should we should we extract her before Polly's even saying I want to be extracted They're like considering extracting her which is wild, but I mean Doug did have a blanket So it is kind of crazy that now he has a blanket and a sleeping bag and he's like I don't know what I did to get this, but I don't care And his family's like oh Maybe you should be a little more sympathetic towards whoever sleeping bag that is But man the drama is heating up in the show and I didn't think it would come After Sandra left But man if they took away Eric's sleeping bag Sandra she would get loud too, you know She would have brought back the uh The spice that we saw in season seven of survivor so They're lucky they did it to Polly's family But it was a good episode I haven't taken with them because I saw some of it from Online and clips and things especially when everybody was going to these girls like

26:14Why would you take away warmth to give warmth to somebody else who already has warmth And then one of the other women stepped in was like hey, this does it He was like step step down step back step out step and that pissed me off I was like first of all who you talking to second of all When somebody is trying to prevent you from looking like a bully on TV You might want to take the advice because what y'all are doing? Yes, you have you could be upset that your love one is now done without a blanket in a Or sleeping bag and they took it away and gave it to somebody who have They made a dumb decision Okay, maybe once this might be a good decision if they might be a good sister then a long run for her and her person and that person to have a you know some type of Whatever regardless for you to try to Weaponize the fact that she's almost dying. She's dying out there That ain't right because she chose to go out there She knew what she signed up for you could have been out there

27:17But you sent the old lady out there thinking you was gonna get sympathy and everybody was gonna not touch her Because she's old. No, she chose to go out there and she's a contestant like everybody else So if she get to get she got to be hard to be cold for a little bit She can always tell y'all to push the button y'all can always push the button and extractor That's not on anybody to do that to take care of your family member that you sent out there in the woods So I was like, you know, I don't like that and second I don't like how y'all all bullied up on this girl and making homesick then looking Feeling bad. She shouldn't feel bad for her games And I was okay and I know this is easier said and then I've been lying and so what I did what I did and what you man. Okay, be mad You might call me the bullying you but this is a game. We all signed up for this like I don't like that. I don't like that at all Yeah, I agree um and I mean this alliance had just formed against um, I think it was Luke and in Polly last week

28:19So this is just the fruit of that so some of the people over here like why did you do that? You're part of the alliance that was just created against Polly. So what are you expecting? What do you want to do? What do you want to do? But All right, let's move on to Australian survivor What a good week a pre-meal week for Australian survivor and I thought it was a good week for the show I've talked about them now, so I let David do what David David talk about it Yeah, I was I was excited for you to meet some of my faves Some of my favorites that are back because I mean you've seen mark you've seen Simon But you haven't seen Brooke whom I love you haven't seen Harry whom I love Really I really enjoyed all four of these returnees Simon is like somebody I don't root forever, but he makes good TV, but the other three of people I root for But I was very curious how David would do as a host I love David. He's one of my favorite people ever I think he feels a little bit neutered as a host like I'm not getting the golden god personality

29:22He just feels like he's doing the generic hosting job And I'm like what's the point of getting him if you're not gonna let him Like inject his own personality into the role. So I'm hoping maybe it's just like early like growing pains And maybe he's gonna just feel a little bit more natural eventually Um But so far this standout player for me is mark. I freaking love mark I love the joy that he has playing this game. He's going hard. He's wanting to work with the women He's fan-girling over Brooke like everybody else watching So I just think he has been so much fun to watch He's keeping things interesting The teams are pretty even so we've seen It go back and forth who's going to tribal council and so far I think this baron um group wait the baron group is mark's trip right uh-huh They are just showing this so much more interesting gameplay when it comes to tribal council specifically

30:26They're getting up and talking and I think mark is leading that but I want I want the um bounty tribe to Make things a little more interesting because it's like even that third tribal council I'm like oh this could have been an email like it there's they're not giving David Anything at tribal council. So Maybe more more uh baron tribal councils just for my own entertainment purposes Uh the only other thing that like really stood out to me was we had three people go Daniel cat and Eliza And they all seem to be kind of the author of their own demise by talking a little bit too much Back at camp and it kind of got them all in trouble I do think two people brought it on themselves a little bit more than the other one Because Eliza was just trying to help out Lindel. Yes So I don't think she She deserved to have it flipped on her and I hope Lindel feels bad after watching this like oh damn sure She woke me up in my sleep, but she was actually trying to help me so

31:30Oh Yes, if you have a point on this go on I have one other thing that stood out Yeah, I think we'll do probably I don't know if she will she feels bad like here's the thing It's all about timing and you knew this don't wake me up in the middle of the night right before an immunity challenge When we spoke we need to rest we all need and then you got me spiraling now up all the rest of the night like am I at the bottom? Am I I gonna you could have told me that tomorrow Like but even before the immunity challenge like you could tell me that We need to rest you should be sleep your dog also Eliza go to bed But sometimes it's hard to get that one-on-one time especially somebody that you're not naturally. I guess that's true too. I guess that's true too The only other thing the thing that stressed me out the most During all three of these episodes was that idle swap During the challenge Lindel and Brooke and you could just tell like Brooke was ready. She's like I'm doing it. I'm committing And Lindel was just so hesitant

32:35Oh, I like no you're prolonging this and you're making the opportunity to get caught so much greater Lindel just do it Just if it wasn't if it wasn't for laws she wouldn't have did it right Lost was like hey should we go congratulate the other team should we go just you know hug it out maybe Like how much obvious can I stress I screamed at the tip of my screen watching Lindel just backing out after every time. I was like girl. We don't go drop it behind that sign and move on Right just you saw Brooke put her down just go there put your down grab it and move on so she can go back and grab it and go Like what are you doing? Stress me out to stress me out It's it, but I'm so happy my girl Brooke has an idol. I just know you're gonna love Brooke so much I like Brooke already and I hope you feel the same way about Harry because I mean he has a reputation But he is a person that plays the game and makes it fun. So I like Harry too. Here's the thing all the returners I like I'm a fan. I think they all great. I think they have the hardest role to you know

33:40But I love that I love a whole underdog, you know like try to see how they navigate that and I think Harry's doing a great job And here's and this also coming back and say I do think I agree with you about the bounty tribe and their tribal councils and it's been a little Little that especially this last one, but I feel like it's because they didn't need to have it like it wasn't necessary to be A very intense. They they knew what they were going to do It was pretty much like we pretty much know Even with the Eliza thing they kind of knew it was between her and you know like it was two names Float and rounding kind of knew where it was gonna go I just feel like they didn't really have to do much and it didn't have to I think one Harry starts but because he is going to start playing. I think he's he's itching like you could tell He is itching for dirty Harry come back out. You don't know how to control it so much He is like always like Do you think out of his skin? He want to do something so bad and I think he's going to and when he do

34:45He's going to turn that camp upside down and the only people safest in there is going to be here in Simon And possibly Jackson because they are if Jack it depends on what Jackson do next That because that one with Eliza going. I don't know how Jackson go flip But I think he go fall right into the hands of Harry and Simon be personally. I think that's where he go go But I'm let's see and let's see sees what Harry did because Harry didn't vote for Eliza right But yeah, so Jackson he's like I see a train coming But I ain't jumping in front of it. Yeah, so he if he sees that Yes But if Harry can get some like look I didn't vote for her I didn't do it and even like did you know I voted no and he can lie his way through this and I think Jackson to believe him So I don't know we'll see but I think when Harry starts to play That's when the chaos is going to happen and that camp and that's when we go get some much more lively or tribal Yeah, and I don't know if you know this, but Harry actually he he's played twice before both times he played

35:50David was also in the cast They were enemies both times like they were not aligned either time same with Brooke Work was in all stars and she was not aligned with David So just kind of an interesting dynamic that he's got his ops here Game now And I think that's why we're getting like Brooke especially like giving David some sass I just kind of wanted to see And I and I do think it's about David as the host I will give him Some leeway and some grace because this is his first time. Maybe a little nervous. Maybe he needs to come to his home I think if not by the end of this season by the next season We should start to see more of the golden guy because actually I know they go look at what the fans are saying Because he's doing a decent job But I want to see the golden god like we want that's why they had to there And that's why I feel like the fans want us if we if we can't have jlp because we don't need you to be jlp We had jlp. They don't want jlp. They would have had them Give us the golden god

36:51Like that character bring him out like especially doing like challenges and stuff be like that's all you got When I did it I you know like make it more like you got to be through you got to be up, you know Do you want to be a god like I need you to give me all of that and like I think he could do it. I just think this is his first season. So he kind of just Feeling it out. I think we should get it next season if we don't get it next season order season after that. I'm like, okay Why don't we believe jlp along? Why didn't we just leave him alone but Let's keep it moving because Uh, I think it's time something else that I another show tonight. Well show that I did that launch that day was gonna talk about Beast games But I'm interested now because of what you said yeah now my I want to hear that's how this ends So that this was interesting. We left off on a cliffhanger Where it was a four-way tie for who was gonna get voted in for that sixth spot in the top six

37:54And I was pretty convinced it was gonna be Monica especially because she had plot armor She was one of the bigger characters in the seasons so far the three biggest characters We're all like left over in this group of five And that was Nick Jim and Monica And then Nick breaks the time votes for Brett and I'm like, oh, we just got rid of our three biggest characters in one swoop there And now we have a top six where none of them were heavily featured I'm like, okay, that's interesting. Well, there is Jack who's one of the the smart people and then August has really been Coming into his own at the end. So I'm like, okay, August or Jack that's where I'm going next And we find out that there's gonna be this game where they have to Staying on this platform and they have to line up however order they want But then kick a ball into somebody else's heart and knock it down So they all start kicking and pretty much immediately they start

38:54Teaming up against the smart people. So Jack is knocked out next and I'm like, okay, well, well so much for that Um, and then the biggest kind of twist everybody starts going for Hannah And then Tyler he says he's about to go for Hannah and he goes for August and knocks out August and I'm like Okay, so there goes the next two largest characters. So we'll see But then we had another challenge where people had to Basically hang from a pole and memorize the order of a bunch of blocks that were put down So this should have benefited Hannah who was the last smart person left but Brett ends up Thinking he hasn't memorized first So he hits his button the things knock down and he goes back and he recreates it with the help of Cory And since he was able to do that he got to eliminate somebody so he picks Hannah who is now eliminated

39:55I'm like, okay, so our our winner is going to be Brett Cory or Tyler None of which who've had the biggest story throughout the season like maybe the editors could have given us something I guess Jeff was a little bit too obvious in season one So maybe they were going for the opposite here where they didn't want the audience to be able to call the winner early on But I still want to feel invested But then the next game everybody has their hand in this uh In this like plastic thing where it's foggy so nobody can see what anybody's hand is doing And there is a counter going up with money and whoever presses their button will automatically get third place But they will get whatever number the money stops at so if anybody's willing to do that we'll see But it ends up going to a million dollars and Brett ends up pressing the button um At a million dollars, so he gets third place and he leaves with like one point three million dollars

40:59Which is the second highest of anybody so good for him He didn't have to risk anything at the end. So we get our top two and it is the two family man the dads That's been their only storyline this whole time. It's Tyler and Cory um, and they take turns putting the 5 million dollar check in a bunch of different cases they have to spin it while the other one's not looking That person has to try to figure out by asking questions like oh is it in this briefcase case and seeing how well the other person bluffs But man, I guess they were both good at bluffing or either of them were not good at reading the other Because we went through so many cases They kept guessing wrong each time one of them would move the the check and they would remove a case each time But eventually it came to what I suspected I did get a little bit more story from Tyler throughout the season So Tyler ends up winning the 5 million dollars for his family. So good for him

42:02I just wish I knew Tyler a little bit more than oh, I've got kids. Okay, great. I want to know more about you besides that I mean, that's kind of cool. I would have happily taken a million dollars and left like things Two point three million dollars is fine by me. Yep, and you don't have to gamble if you don't have to gamble nothing They've made more money than Cory did who left with like $30,000 I think that's crazy. I would have I would have been 32 I know how far do I want this to go like I would pick that number in my head Which number is where I'm comfortable? But if I leave with it, I'll be okay with that I would take third place in a heartbeat. What okay? But overall, I think I'd like the casting better for season one at least the cast that went far But I like the pacing better for season two So I'm hoping that with season three we can get kind of a better balance like interesting people in the end And having a better pacing like slower that you get to know the people a little bit better, but overall not a bad season

43:08Cool beans Let's move on Survivor 50 All my thoughts a lot of my thoughts on the channel. So David What up for me at three hours Yeah, it was pretty crazy watching this because I know it's been hyped up I've been a little bit nervous About being disappointed seeing favorites go out early and there was a lot of potential for that year Especially when Ceres starts getting targeted right out of the gate even before the gate open general Had Ceres name in her mouth But like some of the alliances I kept seeing I'm like this is like fan fiction for me Because I freaking loves to read in Aussie They've been two of my all-time favorites like I've considered them in my top 10 favorite players for years So getting to see them work together like finally coming together in the way I've wanted Was really cool to see I really like this nerd alliance with Kevin's Christian and Emily like I'm living for them

44:16I already I already really like Christian and Emily, but Devon's I'm liking him so much more than I expected Yeah, and then like one of the craziest stories is Kyle over here on his tribe and he is Just fitting in so well with everybody like he pretty much immediately gets in a four personal alliance with Genevieve who I was worried for yes Looper and then Colby and Stephanie and like okay great. We've got like a balance of old school new school It doesn't seem to be like all the new era people picking off the old era people which would be so boring And then the dream alliance of all dream alliances with Kyle and Q coming together And Lana you know how big of a fan. I was of Q. I know. I know So I was like I'm gonna get a Kyle Q alliance This is epic. I wanted that so badly. I was like this is gonna happen because I feel like Kyle was the one the person who could tame Q and keep him like

45:28And he feels you feel so like Like he's playing it like So like he does not feel like that manic cube right? Oh my god. I loved it. I was like yes Oh, that's what I dream And man as soon as soon as they had to volunteer people for for this challenge I was like oh south Pacific and then I loved Brazil was like oh south Pacific and like yep Because I knew it was gonna come up this Aussie and Colby thing and it is the biggest story I think so far is their rivalry and how they squashed it And when did I say they called me oh yes coach and Aussie And they swatched their rivalry, but it's already back So I think that's gonna be a big factor and so one of them is gone at least But yeah, so we survived which I'd love to see Jenna Lewis see a never She she was always my least favorite survivor player. She refreshed my mind on why she was my least favorite

46:33um But I mean the episode ended and I started to see where it was going when there was only 25 minutes left I'm like there's not there's not enough time for a challenge in in the trouble council So Kyle ended up getting pulled from the game and it was so hard to watch especially like If he was in a bad position I wouldn't have felt as bad about it Like okay, well you you made it out there you weren't gonna win anyways But I think he had really good shot to go far he couldn't at least neighbors. I could see him make him ours Oh, yeah, I think he was so set up for the merge But man, that was hard to watch I freaking love Kyle so it was kind of a bittersweet episode getting to see So re my my number one favorite survive Even after struggling a bit in that challenge of boy That was hard to watch too But then my second favorite version in the cast ends up getting pulled But even with that, I'm still really enjoying what I'm seeing so far absolutely another line is that I just was like

47:36Oh, I didn't know I needed to see that happen. We'll see in Tiffany Camilla and D. Yes, I was like oh It's just in the mind that I did not know I needed until I saw it happening. I was like I kind of like it. So I'm excited about it I'm enjoying 50 already so all the height in the buildup. I'm like okay Here it is and now I'm ready for it. It's really good. I'm excited It's gonna be good. It's gonna be good. I cannot wait Let's talk fear factor house of fear um This episode man again go check out my rehab on this episode I see what you're doing producers. I want you to know. I see what you're doing. We know what's happening, but I talked about it. This episode You're trying to piss me off, but okay See what's funny. I like I heard your recap. I didn't get villain vibes from lights Maybe it's because I have my Lance love goggles on. He's one of the bigger people No, I don't think he is. I think they're trying to make him out to be because we're about to lose the villain We're about to lose the villain. They got to make a new villain I will say like this is my hot take I am sad to lose either of them And it's not I do not like Zach at all But I think people like him are important to these shows because you've got to have somebody there that Sturs the pot a bit and gives you reason to hate for them so you can see their downfall eventually

49:47And I think it might be a little too soon for me to see his downfall just because He's such a good villain like he's so unlikable um But I also heard you all talking on a different podcast recently about how there are certain shows That you like to watch but you would never want to be on Yes, this is it for me because it's in for me to pretty much everything that they've done the season and especially this episode I'm not I could not do like I cannot eat things I can't eat normal things that normal people like Without getting sick to my stomach just thinking about it. So This stuff with all the putrid stuff like I have to look away. I can't even watch them eat it Like I tried to watch him eat that vomit pizza whatever it was But yeah, the vomit fruit pie whatever I could not I could not and even like all the pain stuff like the needles. I could not do that And and old boy Ethan screaming while he's getting the 100 volts of electricity

50:53That rocked me that rocked me The way his body was even in like Like how do you not stop the challenge and be like okay? You obviously can't handle this guy Because he sounded like he was dying when it was like halfway there Yeah, I couldn't eat those uh the the peppers. No, I can do that I know you seem anxious to do the like excited to do the bug zapper I can do the bug zapper. I don't think it could do that. I mean like I have a feeling And I wouldn't want that to like get like electricity from the bug zapper or my tooth and then I don't know what happens my tooth. That was the easiest one to do is like the time because after a while the time It's gonna get numb. I'm like I think the wax one was the easiest. The wax was easy too, but yeah Hot melted wax like pretty much as soon as it leaves Wherever the fire is and as soon as it hits your body it it's not that bad. Right. It's like oh Like I said, we will bikini waxes and i'm our waxes and I do that on a regular basis

51:54So it's not like that's a hard thing to do. I don't do bikini wax. I don't know But The eyebrow like like I've had hot wax just dripped on my arm from a candle on a rig like before and it's like Yeah, okay, but after a while it doesn't hurt him. So yeah, I want to do that My only like I said my only thing with him is he has really hairy legs So that hot wax going on his legs getting it off. I'm sure was more painful than the actual hot wax falling on his arms Yeah, I could see that But yeah, I hope you're right. I hope that Lance stays you seem pretty convinced about it So I'm gonna believe you yeah, but yeah, I need Lance to win as me and jack said we watched the previews We watched the trailers and there's an argument that's going to happen between Lance and Rob During a challenge that has not happened yet So we know Lance is staying this time and then if we look at the previews for the next episode That's not the challenge where it happens. Yeah, so I think Lance is gonna be here for the next two weeks Yeah, cuz he's winning. It's these

I will say So Lance is winning Oh, let's talk about the season finale of the traders And let me just say Rob Ross the man you are I do you win it period and thank you Okay, so you've already covered this and I haven't listened to it yet, but um, I don't know about you But I found Most 95% of this finale to be his newsfest. Yes Like it felt so obvious we know where this is going exactly Like we know the Johnny and Tara are the first two out the door The challenges is challenge. I've already seen this in the UK So in all the efforts to get more to to flip over I'm like that's never gonna happen So I was just like man the season's been pretty good

53:56But I was just getting so bored Until that last five minutes or so When everything switches up and you see the rob is willing to banish Um at third and when they're down to three and the Eric is like oh crap Oh crap, I know where this is going Um, so immediately Eric starts pleading for his life trying to get more to turn on rob and I was like okay This is good TV But this wasn't even the highlight Then we got to the part where rob has to come clean and say that he's a traitor And seeing the face drop of the century. Yes, exactly. You got it. I'm a traitor I'm not joking. I'm really a traitor. You're kidding I think it was the fact that he was saying it with a smile the whole time Like we've seen other people do this in other seasons where you can tell it's really hard for them

55:01Do you have to break somebody's heart and give this news And he was just doing it with George because he just won two 220 000 dollars, so I'm sure he's really happy But man this was cinema cinema And here's the I don't even think rob was doing it with a smile to be smirky and you know cocky or anything like that's rob is just I think he turned off his humanity switch when he got us we came a traitor and he was just like clip I can't think about hurting people or lying to people or I can't be that and I I look I love rob in this in this episode in this season of traitors Rob was not my favorite person on love island when that season dropped He wasn't my least favorite person either and I think rob had some He had just you know his trials or whatever doing love island, but

56:01This was robbed throughout all of love island Like Rob was not the emotional guy. He was not going to be the one crying. He's not going to be the ones you know You know about some of them. Yeah, he's never bubbly. He's never that. He's very, you know monotone and Layback and chill kind of guy and he does have his moments where he flip out But it goes from being monotone to to angry but then right back the monotone you know go to joyous We don't ever see joy as Rob like like we'll see that side of you So I like I said on the podcast. I believe he will I believe him when he say he wanted to take this money Get his farm get his girl have a couple keys and chill out and just live a quiet life I don't think if Rob gets what he wants. We won't see Rob don't see me that long Like he's not going to be this person who gonna be on every reality show after this and do he go take his money He gonna do some brand deals. That's he go get from Within traders. He go take the little things that he gets from this and he gonna go buy his farm down here in Alabama

57:04Get his land Get his wife get his wife past peace and chill out like That's just what he go out He ain't gonna do none of that and I I thought it was I know he felt bad. I know he felt bad having a lot of worry and having to come clean and seeing her face like The the face drop the the face crack was everything no more and just More I'm just happy you look good doing it because you looked amazing girl And you're not dumb and you're not stupid and you're not crazy You just trusted the wrong person and we all have done that in our lives at some point in time trusted people that maybe we shouldn't have and that's okay You're good moral. We still love you. You're still a queen. You're still classy and you still Hey, you're getting a Birken bag out the deal. So That man don't be so mad. Yeah, I will say I don't think I've ever seen somebody go through the stages of grief as quickly as she did Because she really did run through the gambit self-laming like anger

58:05But she landed on acceptance really quick. Yeah, and I'm like, okay. I really respect that more. I respect that And I do want to briefly talk about the reunion because we were promised we were promised sparks and drama and all of that And the way the way the stuff with Lisa and Candice was so overhyped like that was mild They'd neither of them gave like anybody like the reaming of the century that I was expecting And I do think Candice's points were very weak and love Candice Yeah, she did not have much of a case against her own she really was trying to get the producer to be like you know what He's disqualified you all get the money now because he cheated but no girl No, go ahead I was gonna move on to the highlight, but just go on if you have anything else on this Yeah, I was just gonna say the way she tried to comfort him was kind of Ridiculous in lane because I was like it's not really giving anything and even the points that she had he kind of just shut it down. I was like

59:09No, you did that like when she was trying to defend herself and why he can he didn't come for you You came for him and he had to defend himself. It was like I love me some Candice. I think she's an amazing person. I think she just Didn't know what game she was playing like she really thought the traitor should just all stick together And she was go go with that and that's just not how this game worked. You never see And well, I think we saw him one season and of traders and it was extension circumstances I think I saw me and I'll show you that three traders made it to the end and one Like that doesn't happen normally. It doesn't happen often and so I don't know I I think I saw somebody don't take toxicus to the producers and the casting when you're casting the people Should be a requirement that they at least watch two episodes of the show At least half a season like they should have to watch like if you want to be on the show You have to watch this episode or two or The whole season of a show so you know what you're playing so you don't get here and people getting him

1:00:09Being bitter Candice you had no reason to be bitter towards Rob. He outplayed you He did and you outplayed you girl right Um, but for me the highlights of the reunion did not involve This drama which was kind of a nothing burger But I really thought the love highland video was cute like they did a few different montage things like that And I thought the love highland one was actually funny But the highlight of the reunion for me The person that they need to bring back give give the dorenda medley treatment to for season five is Porsche Porsche was the star of this reunion. She Was everything she was bringing the drama she was involved in so many different fights I wasn't even expecting And I think that she wouldn't waste the opportunity like dorenda did by being so boring coming back this season I think Porsche wouldn't come back and actually have personality so I thought I would be like oh bring Rob C back and I still would love that but

1:01:15Yeah, honestly bring both of them back I think we said on the on the recap they everybody's like ring justice for Ian back because he didn't even get a chance to do much in this game So if they want to do the first boot Uh person to come back and have a redemption bring Ian back and I think It because I feel like and make him a trigger bring him back Make him a trigger do not do what you did to dorenda don't do that but make Ian a trigger because I don't think They wouldn't do the same to Ian that they did to dorenda everybody know dorenda wasn't gonna bring nothing Everybody knew dorenda wasn't gonna do nothing something might was worried about dorenda But everybody was still be scared of Ian and he came back So you gotta bring Ian back and you gotta make him a trigger and if he's a traitor We'd be to see what he do because honestly Justice for Ian's here like this was ridiculous. We didn't even get to see him do anything and it pissed me off Ain't it yeah, but and no more Terrors with no gamers in it. Don't right. Don't do that ever again

1:02:17But now but now we know what the housewives feel like when they all go out so early and back to back to back to back like Okay, but I don't like it. I don't like it. I don't like it It's time from one villainist traitor to some a whole house full of them House of villains has made its return. It is back. It is done. It is here here in and we had three episodes drop This week Yes, we did a recap about it. So I'm gonna let David go because we hear all my thoughts on the recap Okay, I'm coming out I'm coming out to everybody as a fan of Tom Sandra wall I know people hate him. I didn't watch all of his uh whatever show he was on the front rules I didn't watch that. I've only seen him on the massinger. I've seen him on the traitors And now I've seen him on house of villains. I freaking love top. I think he's so funny so awkward He's kind of the star

1:03:18Intentionally or not of of these first three episodes. I think he's adorable as well I just really like Tom and I'm loving the Tom and Tyson Alliance so far Another like a little video that we got was the Tom and Tyson the two guys Like opening theme song. I thought that was so freaking cute and funny So I'm really into Tom But this has been a pretty strong start so far. I will say like When Tyson had to make his Like elimination list and you had Christine and Jackie going off They were people to that. I was like Do they not watch these shows like what is he supposed to do? Are you telling him he should have put up Kate Chastain and Tiffany New York Pollard instead. He was gonna get yelled at no matter who it was So at first I was like these these women are losers. I was mad at them at first But they chilled they chilled and I actually like grew to like them Throughout the rest of their their time pleading for their lives

1:04:20Um, so I think it's been a pretty interesting cast so far um Jackie telling Christine That she she's like, you know, I'd almost rather as both And then one of us stay But I was like girl, what do you say like you you want to bring her with you like We both should just go together Leave all the games holding hands and do them in Louise you know That's what we came here to do and Christine should look at Jackie and we're like, oh yeah We can lead together in your private plane where you're all doing your whole thing and I'll go back to struggling because I Came here actually for the money because I don't have money you Have money miss Christie. I don't I don't So that's why I'm here you're here for the fun. I'm here for the money So unless you go give me $200,000. I walk out with you

1:05:20Right and we can jump on your private plane and go home Yeah Somebody else I'm loving though is Paul Paul's one of my absolute favorite big brother players ever so It was hard for me to watch him lose back-to-back seasons Or them I should say but I think they are bringing they're bringing the entertainment so far They're bringing the BB kinky votes Yes, like that is so yes, that's so big brother coated that you're voting for the other person just to cause drama Although Tom's talking you if Tom is talking you then That's saying something right But I like this cast a lot. I'm actually like I think I'm rooting for more of the men this season which I'm ashamed of But I of course I love Tyson Tom I love Paul But Kate's been this is the most I've ever like get Kate Chastain and of course I love Tiffany So it's a pretty good season I do think plain with her whole speech that we got at the end

1:06:22It felt a little forced. I don't know about you It's been going viral, but I'm like It's not that great. I was like what are we what are we hyping up here? It was yeah Honestly because here's the thing with that plain and in that speech I felt like Okay, the funny part was what she called Johnny a fake Drake impersonator I thought that was funny because you do kind of look like big three And then saying he skipped leg day. Okay cute But then I'm like that's funny, but then her going in on Paul I was like What is what's that for still doing it on Twitter? Like I'm like, what do you mean because honestly He didn't want you to go in He tried to tell Johnny not to put you in he was pushing for Tom to go in But you wouldn't even give him a chance to explain that because you want to hang your moment And you want to shine and you want to go off. I'm like if I was following like okay

1:07:26You could see it go off, but when you go back and look at this and see what I did try to do and you do it all This is gonna make you look stupid because What I'm saying Plain is not showing me anything that I wanted to redeem myself from if I like playing or not like plain I'm just like She almost had me when she had that heart to heart with Johnny Exactly. I said that on the pockets. Yeah That was like when she was vulnerable. It was like I was like, oh okay This is a different side of Jane that we haven't seen. I like it But then she do this and I was like, oh well, all right Yep Not I will say this is the most unserious show I've ever watched I've seen and it's it's so funny Unseriously serious it's refreshing for that. It's it's funny. It's what it is refreshing And I would rather see to miss New York on the show than hosting a show any day. So That works to me and see we had plain Jane call Johnny

1:08:28The Drake whatever, but I think it was Tiffany who called him Aquaman and I'm like He does look so much like Jason Momoa in the face like a very similar facial structure And it did not click but once she said that I could not unsee it and honestly I'm just gonna say all all of these men in this cast They're all pretty attractive to me. I was I was saying Johnny's hot and can't get where you can't deny that even I hit some minutes. I can't stand him. I did not stand him. I love Island and I will never Let my daughters or anybody who I know date him But he's fine Paul is a very good looking person and I like Paul and Tyson He's Asian whale And Thomas can't tell and he got you know, he does I agree with you the man in this season are working. I think The person who I think is in a really good position right now is millionaire Mitchell Which and I hate to say that But she has surrounded herself with all these men who will look after her like a little sister or whatever

1:09:34And she's in getting like encased around strong people I think she has a really good chance of being all and then she can have them turned each other to end if she wanted to I'm glad you brought her up because I wasn't gonna mention anything about her But I do like Ashley from From the challenge. There's not a lot of the challenge that I watched but one season I did watch Was it season? No, it wasn't it was one where she ended up getting removed from the game And it was because of some comments she had said Oh Josh Martinez The person who was in the final two with Paul and Paul and Josh are really close But she said comments from what I understand trying to out him as a gay man And so I was wondering like can Paul and Ashley work together After she did that to Josh who is friends with Paul And who is going to make an appearance on their show? Oh really I saw a little teaser and I think I was like this that Josh Martinez go pop up in the

1:10:36House for a second I wonder if that drama is going to come up. I wonder I wonder if he's crazy. Josh is like oh do not work with Do not work with her right. I would not be surprised if that happened Well, maybe I might take it back Ashley might not be in the position Because what Paul said to me Yeah, because my Paul sets his eyes on somebody like I do not feel great for Tyson because I think the Paul is going to be a Missile for Tyson when he gets the chance to do so So I don't know But we'll see I'll see But I think it's time to get it to some reality news Okay, our first news story of the night. So we talked about the survivor 50 premiere And I kept googling I for the past few days. I was like survivor 50 ratings and they were not popping up

1:11:40But we finally got information on how well the premier did in ratings and it gave CBS their best Wednesday night in four years So it did well Of course it didn't meet the heyday of like peak survivor popularity But it did average 5.06 million viewers throughout the night The highest point was within the first 30 minutes. It had 6.18 million viewers So pretty good start. I really hope they keep the audience and I hope to take away is Look, it's okay to do all star seasons ever so often. We don't have to wait 10 years in between all star seasons absolutely absolutely Um up next we have split game challenge news the challenge news they season three is room to start filming next week But they also have decide to have is rumored that they're going to have a smaller cast this year with a smaller cash prize

1:12:42um We don't know exactly how small the cast will be And we don't know why they chose to make it a smaller cast. We can only uh Just make guesses and we you know add more rumors to the fire me personally I think it's the logistical reasons Because it's a lot to try to handle 467 people So I think making it a smaller cast is probably easier for them but I don't know we'll see how that works um How this smaller cast for the switch and challenge i'm excited for season three Hope to see someone another familiar face come back for season three but they didn't get the vote So but i do like the person i do like the person who did get the vote so i'm excited to see them back So good to have the second choice indeed um We also got some news um studio Lambert there the production company that does the traders They won the rights to do a reality show for netflix based on monopoly it's a social strategy game based on monopoly

1:13:45I've been hearing about a few different like games that are supposed like games like monopoly board games that are supposed to be getting their own reality show So i'm intrigued i don't know how the logistics are going to work with monopoly becoming a social strategy game I mean it gets to make sense with with the currency and And all of the this stuff going on there. It's not one of my favorite games But i'm definitely going to be sat in watching the reality show version I mean i love monopoly i think it's just such a long day in the play But i do love monopoly and i'm interested to see how they um Make monopoly a social strategy game because monopoly is really just loved and who gets to a place first and don't land on this place after So i wonder how they're going to take that aspects of buying properties and doing things and how they make it social i'm excited i'm i'm sad i'm with you david i'm sad to see what happens And after being sat watching some good reality social strategy games I'm gonna have to feel i need to get a little dolled up and look pretty. So let's go check out some drag race shall we?

1:14:55It's time for drag race and we're going to start with the RuPaul's drag race UK versus the world Yes, let's get into it First of all, i want to say this runway theme like doing the villains from from different movies I really love this runway and i love movies i love villains. I love drag So i was super into this there were a few highlights for me. I don't i'm sure you will agree But godland coming out doing the witches and jellica Houston's high witch character And taking off the face i was like oh my gosh godland cannot do any wrong for me. I love that But i also thought it was so cool things to hire Do a combination of mystique in the scarlet witch i thought that was beautiful It i'm like how do you even do that in the amount of time you have to get ready it was so cool But like all of the looks were really good here

1:15:58I enjoyed this runway a lot see what i thought it was really fun and I like to see where everybody thought, you know, how they re-imagine the the favorite villains in this castle I thought it was a great runway The challenge was pretty good too. It was the silent films, which i was like okay that actually makes sense because it gives People an even playing field even based off of like not having english as your first language And it was interesting how we kind of got teams divided by like native english speakers versus non-native english speakers and Naomi she got to pick which group She would be with because she divided them and she chose to go with the english speakers And i'm like okay, well that didn't really come into play but it did because they ended up talking At the end of the silent film for the non-English speakers But overall i thought both groups were pretty good um

1:16:58I did think that uh serena Was one of the weaker links and so was the higher up, but i thought everybody else did well um For me i thought godland was so good and could have been in the top again But i get that they want to give give it to everybody else like give give other people a chance But yeah, i really like godland. I like Kate. I like mariah. I like phantana Um i thought the playing with boobs was funny um But Yeah, i thought i thought it i thought it was a pretty good challenge i agree i thought i liked the challenge. I like the I thought everybody did decently well agree with you on that um There was i think serena serena and i agree with zahira But i don't know i think for me that would have been my obvious bottom two for what i mean serena is a hider but With the tp t Yep, really Say and i love same rya having that win. I'd love to have very first win

1:18:03It's only took 15 years to do it. So i love that for her um And she picks a hyra i knew it That i knew she was never going to pick anybody else, especially with zahira has been kind of like I don't know the purposeful, but she's been kind of sucking up to her all season and they were just in the same group working So it would have been hard to not safer Absolutely, so i think it was fine. I i i did what this lip scene Oh my god, let's think they broke the internet Because this is cool. Let's let's think it was wild in such a way because Honestly with this song choice and then i thought i think they either one of them did a bad job in the lip scene I felt like they both did a really good job in different ways So i will i know i didn't get to talk to zahira this week because i was i was off but I was like i If i did talk to i was like you don't need to put your head down with this lip sync as you did a good job And i think fun time i did a good job too on they just had different styles and it was fun to watch

1:19:07It was a fun kooky crazy lip scene that i enjoyed Yep It was it was very monomona from global Global so i just enjoyed it for what it was My favorite line of the episode was Kate during the lip sync. She's like this is the queer art that we must put Yeah, it was so funny um i think i think that's going to make a year-end list i think so for the main channel when they do their top lip syncs of the year i think it's going to be on there Absolutely i it if it's not it should because it was just fun it was just fun to watch But we move on from You came versus the world back to the states to rupiah's drag race season 18 Doing a roozacle fanny And i was like okay All right Okay, let's see what happens Yeah

1:20:08Risicals have been pretty good For like like they're on a very high streak of good Risicals And i think it was a no exception this week We did start off with mini being kind of annoying i don't know about you I was like mini you why are you being so annoying and wishy-washy Oh, i was like girl if you don't make up your mind and just say it and they're like she did this before and it's like Girl stop it just like you won't depart Like she was the the determined that mike he was gonna get the role And she was like no i'm not accepting that i'm not accepting that and then mike he's like okay Well, you can have it. Well, you know what Jane Would have been me. I was so jane and i was like girl If you all get it together like oh my god, she was Yeah, um, I do want to say quickly. I love seeing carlos from legendary on there

1:21:10He's from my absolute favorite house from legendary the house of blonde. So it was great to see him But i'm gonna go give you quickly my rankings for for this Risical which was very good overall Yeah, i'm gonna start with eighth place and go backwards, but for me eighth was discord Yeah, she was lucky But seventh for me was a thinga Um, and then juicy then Darling who i still thought was good, but nini etched her out for me just slightly But it was a pretty clear top three for me third for me was mikey second Kenya Kenya oh my gosh, Kenya killed it. Yeah, but for me i agree with the winner jane man So good so good Yeah, i agree with that because i think i liked mikey in this one But she didn't blow me away. I thought she could say her voice was amazing by the way She could just definitely saying but i was like okay. Yeah, she did a good job like if she was the lead in any other

1:22:14I mean, yeah, she was really really good, but i thought she was third. I thought kenya kind of ate this up Like kenya was the voice of the ball and it was like You couldn't convince me that she hasn't been doing this role right exactly I'm like what house are you from you or what you know whose ball have you been leading because like She it felt very natural for her and i was very in it with her, but definitely jane ate this week up no questions that like she was miss his hand again and you know and i loved it She was drunk enough and delulu enough and all of that enough and i liked it. I thought she did a great job And who would have guessed beige would be such a good runway thing It was so good It really was so i really liked our lean. I really liked jane. I really liked Athena But juicy juicy It was so freaking good like honestly I think it's in my top five for looks of the year so far. I really love that look. It was

1:23:20Fashion And kenya look good too. I was i would give you some I thought this runway was pretty good the only person who i was not impressed by was dark uh discord Yes, it was cute. It was i but i just wasn't that impressed by it It would be my last on the list but i've a list of really good runways. I agree But when she's walking down she's like Here's the thing i do like discord I think that they've been playing in discord space. I've said it when i was on the pod I think they've been playing in discord space a few weeks in a row. I do like discord I think she's she's she's been doing really decent in this competition It was just this week. I was like with the with the runways that we saw She was just not my favorite amongst all of them, but it wasn't horrible. It just wasn't it was my least favorite out of all of them But i thought this was who would have thought beige would be a good run run But it was Yeah, um, but of course i think i think they went story over

1:24:24actual actual or in the challenge Which was heartbreaking. Oh yeah, it was uh they they kept discord safe Which was a choice and like i love discord too I think she's been very good throughout most of the season But yeah, we got that lip sync that we figured would probably be coming at some point between Juicy and Athena Um, and man. I mean it was clear who would win, but man they really tugged on your hard strings here It was sad to see someone go and here's the thing for me. I don't know if it was like a uh a sure thing for Juicy I thought a thing that did really well in this one I thought they because it didn't call for Uh, Juicy to dance and do a whole lot and it did the song didn't call for either of them to do a lot I think both of them did really well But i was gonna give it to my brother we gave it to Athena because The way she pulled Juicy in For the last bit of that like Juicy didn't think of that. A thing to pull her in

1:25:25And she started singing then And right and then she pulled her in and then she sat her down on her knee like the mother she is And for me, that's what took me over. I was like oh, I'm done like give me the water works a run like I thought that was so heartbreaking I want to game it to Athena, but I understand why they gave it to Juicy But either way, this was just one of the most heart-breaking living things I've seen It was so sad to see that happen and to see the the song being so perfect for especially that end when they were like Call me if you ever need me and I was just like This month I'm telling I'm telling I'm telling I'm gonna need me. I'll be there for you like oh, I just oh yeah I was I was a Bucket of tears this morning unnecessarily crying. I was like stop Okay, if you could pick the top three for this season right now who's in your top three Jane um Mikey And

1:26:29Hmm Jane Mikey who else is there? Who else is there? I'm just gonna agree with you on those two at least. They're definitely my top two right now Yeah, I think those two for me. I try to think of anybody because I feel like They might Darling in there, but I don't I'm asking who you want in there. Oh, who I would love for Kenya to be there But I don't think she's gonna be there For me, I think my third that I would put in there is discord Just because I've really enjoyed a lot of things she's done I've really liked a lot of her runway looks like this one was her weakest, but I think most of her runways Yeah, I've been like she puts a lot of thought into them. So I think discord is probably my third favorite. I could see that I can see that Well, I think we gotta go into that some more news

1:27:35Yeah This is some unfortunate news that we have to bring This time, but maxi shield as she was on season one drag race down under and she was she was briefly featured in season four as well So you've seen her one But she passed away at age 51 from throat cancer Which was heartbreaking to hear about She was just diagnosed with it in October So it escalated pretty quickly, and I know she was performing as recently as February So really really hard to hear this we did get to meet her at drag con in 2024 So we put up on the main channel an interview that Logan did with maxi But yeah, this was some pretty hard news to hear this week I'll check out that interview. It was really sweet. I actually watched it And I'm very happy that you and Logan decided to do that and show maxi some love

1:28:36All our prayers and thoughts and concerns go out to her family and unfriend so Now we're gonna move on because we do have a little bit of a love to give so Love Island All Stars season three has wrapped and it is over and a winner has been crowned And the winner of the show is exactly who I thought it was gonna be and not who I wanted it to be um Am I a little bitter? Yes But congratulations goes out to Karen and and Sammy for winning love Island All Stars um Do I think they're a good couple sure I think they're fine and here's my honest opinion. I think they'll be fine for about six months to a year And then they're not gonna make it out of that. That's just me personally. I don't think they I don't know if Karen actually likes her as much as

1:29:38They're putting on that they like each other. That's just my personal opinion. I could be wrong But I was not part of that Facebook mom group where they just Loves Karen and Sammy because they were anybody but Whitney and the aiming or Leanne so Hmm and honestly if we're gonna be honest I think if it wasn't Leanna's got the win for me. It should have been Millie and Zack but again They didn't want another American to come on the show and win again and so I'm like no Bella I'm glad that you called her that because I didn't even her name No, what is it? Yeah, she's gonna even get deserved to get the recognition of the real name, but okay But yeah, no, not her definitely not her that's why she went home six um But yeah, I don't I thought that all the finale itself was Fine, it was it was fine. It was a lot of um

1:30:38A lot of questions going out to the other island the ex islanders, which is always funny and we we love getting Sassing moments from Scott Tisha Scott is he never disappoints. He never disappoints at all when he asked for a clapback. He gives it to us um Leanna's got my favorite cover the rankings were Whitney and Amy came in fifth place Lucinda and Sean came in fourth place Leanna Scott came in third place Sammy and Zack came in second place without what is being Sammy and here in um my predictions I think Lucinda and Sean are as legit as they are going to be. I think they are I think they do like each other a lot I think Sean likes her a lot more than she A little a lot more than she likes him But I don't think that's a bad thing I always would like the man to like like the woman a little bit more than she likes him period But I think he likes her a lot so he would fight for the relationship I need to know about her seriousness with him

1:31:38But as of right now, I think they'll be fine. I think six months to a year is good for them to and if they make it past that I think they're fine um Whitney and Amy actually think they're good match together I do think they're good match together It's just a distance. I don't know who's moving to the US or who's moving to the UK I don't know if that will if the distance is going to last with them But I do think they are a good match and if it if it's something worth them actually working for they will do it So I do Leanna's god. I think that man is in love with this woman I do he has been all over social since they got their phones back and he's been hyping up everything but we shall see honestly I think everything is still early. I give them six months to a year. They make it past this year mark I think they'll be fine as well But I'm rooting for them. I'm rooting for them hard. I'm rooting for Whitney and Amy hard Everybody else. I'm rooting for um Zach and really I think they have a really good chance But it's the distance thing with them as well Is Zach moving to the UK is merely moving to the US. I don't know

1:32:41But if they make it work and they want to make it work this they'll be fine But I thought the finale itself was fine a few people And I don't never did to see again But I thought the finale was good. 1:33:46Or podcast or an interview She's talking about Scott not her relationship with Harrison not the things that they're going through But Scott how Scott did her dirty how Scott wasn't right how Scott's not telling the truth how Scott's not And I'm like what about your relationship if I was Harrison sitting next to this woman And the who I claim to be in a relationship with and the whole time you're talking about a whole another man I would feel some type of way So I'm not sure about them and I'm not sure about why she can't just let go of Scott when Scott literally they were never coupled up You you never wear a couple on the show he never kissed you outside of a challenge on the show He never huddled you in bed y'all never he was slipping the same bit like I don't understand y'all had two chats outside like Oh Even the person he was coupled up with besides the end is not talking about him as much as you were talking about him Like it's really embarrassing. So I need you to cut it out also

1:34:48Curtis What you did to Kira outside of this show right after y'all got eliminated and then you putting up Valentine's post And not telling her you looking for a new Valentine and she's still there. Look waiting for you It's kind of foul and it's kind of wrong and I know you said it wasn't me and my family did this and I apologize but sir sir you don't You don't you don't do that you don't do that that's kind of foul That's like you're going off on you at the finale and you couldn't do never eat it eat it eat it because you're That was that wasn't a good look and I'm glad she called you out on that and I'm glad she called jack out on his Jack talking about her and what she did in the villa On the podcast and it has nothing to do with you basically jack is filling out the tea that she was her in Curtis had intimate relationships and That was not to her business to tell that was not your place. That's not your story. Why are you doing it?

1:35:52But thankfully she she got in him about that and he apologized so good on him for men to apologize in because that was wrong but just It's a lot of posts show discourses happening amongst not just the islanders but the fans and so I'm hoping it doesn't linger too long to be honest because post show discourses gets old fast for me. It's kind of barring but Me personally, I'm not going to follow not nobody in this cast except Scott and Leanne so I am not going to be able to give you any more news After this point that does not concern Scott and Leanne so I hope you enjoyed the discourse that's happening if that was your people Good on you, but for me and mine This this will be the last time I talk about love island you pay all stars.
