In today’s episode I interview former UFC fighter and top producing NY RE agent, Al Iaquinta. Despite his impressive UFC credentials as a professional athlete, Al’s story in incredibly relatable. Al grew up near Long Island NY as the son of a local high school football coach then became famous in the fight community for his impressive MMA credentials at a national level. Once his fight career ended, Al returned to one of his first loves-real estate. Remembering his first experience buying a home with his friend’s mother as his agent, Al got his RE license and hit the ground running selling houses in his hometown of Wantaugh NY. Al now runs a brokerage and produces RE himself with a close knit group of realtors working for him. In today’s episode Al and I discuss how to get more deals out of your sphere, how he follows up with leads, how he gets listings, and what he does to stand out to buyers and sellers talking to multiple agents.
