Alright y'all, welcome, welcome back to which reviews Queen and Red TV, I am officially on vacation, I am very comfortable as you can see, I'm got my robot and I'm not changing. Alright, so we are talking about Ray to Love, Detroit, the last episode I believe it was a double elimination. Some fans online feel like it was always the time to do a double elimination, I know we are in this episode, but what do you think about that? Of the double elimination aspect, um, some 5,000 ways of time, it is like, I'm struggling really to see the authenticity, authenticity of these relationships, of these connections. So I thought it was just to keep the season going, it didn't really add any value, it's more like a filler. Exactly. Okay, well, yeah, a lot of fans were pretty, and some blogger were pretty upset about it. So this was the episode, I mean, another one, The We're the Family or whatever, I was
at the, um, the guy's family, meet the women that there are a talkative and it was a shanty and dearest. This whole situation to me was very, very surprising because the way it turned out, actually has always been his number one through like this process, like Bellow and Dom, you know, but it seemed like a nest situation in this dynamic. Things just kind of turned for the worst, you know, as far as as shanty and dearest. We found out over the getaway that we weren't, they weren't filming, they got into it. Uh oh, hold on, we'll keep on going, we'll hold on to what happened. Hang on. That was weird. Anyway, coming to find out, um, dearest and as she had gotten to it and there was a discussion, I know some of that was shown on the show, talking about her saying she was gonna be cooking they cleaning or whatever.
Now I know that every man has different opinion about that, but then his, you know, his, I'm sorry, dearest's friends were saying that as she was guarded, it's a lot to unpack there. Chaz, what do you think about that? I, you know, that was a very interesting, um, argument. I don't feel like she said anything wrong, the way he came at her with the expectation that she needs to cook and clean, like, and then need to put that aside. My wife, specifically, she does not cook. And I'm thankful because I love to eat and she's not the best cook from what I've had. Um, but she likes to, she likes to help clean and stuff. So like, we have our balance, right? Right. But to have an expectation five weeks in on an experimental show about your woman, he's a cook and clean. I just thought that was very immature on his part. He's, he's older than her. I am to have that expectation and to communicate it in the manner in which he did was very disrespectful on his part. Yeah, because, um, even I will admit, when he, uh, what do you say he never thought
somebody 40 would, they have a, a 40 year old doing some dumb shit like that. Yeah, I didn't, I didn't equate that statement to anything. And I could understand why she would be upset even his sister. I don't know if the sister, I believe it was the sister or a cousin or a friend sister was even saying, like, you need to say that that was a no. You know, it really was, I don't mind that whole situation. And as far as she was like, well, don't you go ahead and tell him, but he felt like as a man, she put him out there in front of her family. How do you feel about that as a man? You know, I'm saying, and, and I know some men, a lot of men actually feel this way. We're like, we're having some discussion, especially if we have a argument. If I'm in front of my, my mom or my cousin, or whoever it is, even it's my friend, I don't want you to call me out in front of my friends or family. What do you think about that? Because I think it's, it's a no holds barge, right? They're asking questions. It's not filtered. She communicated and articulated their respectfully, her point of view.
I don't feel like she was out of line. I don't feel like she's room under the bus. I don't feel like she was attacking his character. I felt like he was very fragile in that moment. And he showed up as fragile. So what do you think about dynamic with Ashanti? This is the late, and I know you and I have discussed it before, um, behind the scenes and even on, uh, YouTube or whatever about the late come more than the ones who, you know, close to the rings ceremony, whatever they have the declaration of love or what I want to do the whole time. You know, and I just was like, you know, I'm trying to say this when Derek spoke of, you know, or maybe the whole time it's been you and me, which I'm not going to say that's not a possibility in this world. We live in. I am not going to throw it out the window, but it just seems so. You were so gone over Ashley until there's one conversation. You know what I'm saying? I don't know, but what do you think is very telling, right? So if a man is going to switch gears and lose interest and question the
connection because she held you accountable for what and how you deliver that message, you're too damn fragile. That's a grown woman who communicated very respectfully her point of view. You don't speak to women like that. That's the thing about it. He was held accountable by his family as well. And I know he did not like that. I think I'm speaking about it in this next episode because we'll get to that part later. I'm not. When we get to that part, we're actually into talking to another man of the of the cast. But we're talking about that later on in this recap. We love you too, Mama. But I don't know. I do understand what you're saying about that. That you know, she just expressed her stuff and how she felt and he felt some type of way because he was being called out because he was wrong for the statement. She was she's not 40. So I did make. And so what if she was 40 if she doesn't want to cook and clean?
Uh oh, I'm not sure why I keep doing that. Say you're going to go in. That's part of why. You know what I'm saying? Like she has our skills, other talents, other abilities. And if you are going to regulate a woman who's just cooking and cleaning, you're too old school to be with woman. Okay. Well, let's talk about the worst submission because that was something else that was brought up by I think it was his sister. Now, um, submission, it is, it depends on a person. Depends on a couple in my opinion, right? Depends on the woman. If you go back, you know, some people with some women, um, especially the modern women, even going into the the 80s were late 70s to the A's with her. Working in women was beginning to form and all the things that were was like, uh, uh, and you know, I'm not doing that. I agree. I mean, she, she nailed it when she said that men use that as a form of manipulation.
And she's right. And as someone that's, that's now married, I don't have an expectation that my wife submits to me. I have an expectation that my wife communicates with me. And with that, there are times that I have to default to her judgment or her opinion because she is my wife. She's my queen. Okay. So if you want a woman to submit to you, that again, validates the fact that you are a fragile man that you need that type of validation to feel like the man in a relationship. And it was just very disappointing to hear him harp on the intangibles of what really makes a relationship healthy, loving, and lasting. And submission isn't necessarily one of it. Respect is and respect goes both ways. Okay. But to, to expect your woman to submit to you, get off man, go sit down. Now the thing about it, you know, back in the old days, that was the thing. That was like a thing you had to automatically do it no matter what, right? You know what I'm saying? And I get that. But I think that even some of the modern women cooperated, some of that into
how they are with their man. Like I love to serve my man. I like him a slaver and a thing like, you know, he'll, he'll come in there and do the same for me, but I love to cook and make it something to eat. And it's just small things I do, but I don't have to because when he was raised and who he is, he knows how to cook. He knows how to do, you know, we can make a full course meal, whatever. You know what I'm saying? So he doesn't need to do it, but I do because I want to do it. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, but that's not submission though, right? If you do it, it's not women, but I'm trying to go into say some women and look at it that way. That's the only thing they think of. Like, oh, I'm not for the cooking clean and serve him. That's all they, they look at it as I'm making something to eat. And if you didn't understand some women, so I'm trying to go deeper in that because I like that they brought it up because it is not what everybody thinks it is. What are your thoughts or what do you actually think it is? Because I don't think everybody knows what exactly it is. The submission aspect?
Yes, yes, because that's why a lot of people say I don't subscribe to like an approach like that. So I really don't even know if I'm the right person to answer that. Like, because I was watching it and listening and I'm like, are you serious? Like, are these the conversation points you really want to have? Like, I don't know. Okay. So the things that I had said, I already just said just to have the dictionary forms, nobody's confused is the action or effect of accepting or you need to a superior force and you hear the word superior or to be the will or authority of another person. You know, so this is what I'm saying is, but we look at it from the church point of you, it's almost like just a baby my husband and do what he says. Did you see what I'm saying? So I'm saying, yeah, it's just different. I don't know. It's different. Everybody has, like I said, different many of you go to the Bible and look at what's different. Like, I acknowledge God's order and the role of the relationship such as husband and wife and church community, which again, in 2026, not everybody
agree with those roles. Okay. So I mean, you know, maybe it's what it is, but you like button and subscribe. Thank you for joining in in the comments. I appreciate you. I know I know love of me and chance against the conversation we always do. So Ashley saying that she was guarded because you seem, you seem to be rooting for Ashley, which I am too. I feel like she kind of got beat it a little bit in this round, but she says she was guarded. Did you look at her as guarded? She said, I'm going to serve it. What do you think that was? Like her sister, his sister was coming. I don't know what was happening. The sister, I didn't understand how she was trying to read. You just met this woman and they weren't sitting down there for, for long. Maybe 10, 15, 20 minutes and you are telling her that she's guarded. She needed to sit down seriously. The sister did too much. Yes, I do agree with that. I didn't understand. I feel like it's such a, I get looking out for your brother, I get those actions and trying to see what's, you know, what's going on. But I feel like she was coming at her and she was a real big fan of
Chantilly. And I thought about it. Well, if you're going after one person, you know, that he's talking to and not saying anything to the other, it's very easy to sit back and say nothing and look like the better shooter out the two. Or not, not saying that, not saying that Ashanti and Deir is, didn't I have a connection because I actually think there's a small situation there. I just think in this part of the process, is it too late? What do you think? I don't think it's too late. But what I got from this whole interaction is the other lady became a connection because he had a disagreement with his initial connection. That is concerned that someone else that quickly can become a connection because you had a disagreement. A disagreement, they can be healthy. I didn't hear any feedback that she yelled, custom out, told him he's not this or vice versa. So conflict isn't unhealthy. It helps you understand and better under, you know, communicate. And I, the fact that he just picked up this connection because of that.
And if that's not the case, then so be it. But it looks like that's the case. I thought it was very just discouraging. Wow. Okay. So a lot to me, some of these conversations that we're having this episode. I was just like, I don't know, like for instance, we have probably. Yes, Miss Erica. Hey, mama. How you doing? Erica. Erica. Hey, how are you? Hey, Erica. Welcome. Happy New Year. Happy New Year. Well, we were just actually talking about, um, actually, her situation, her talk, talk that she had with, um, his family, Jerry's family didn't really go that well. And, um, you know, she asked, it's kind of is rooting for her and felt like she would just speak in her mind. She called it, they called it guarded and all the things until she told the tale
about their argument. And then she has probably a good, a good point by saying that he feels like he leaned towards Shanty more because he had disagreement with her. What are your thoughts? And we'll go from there. Um, okay. So my thoughts with a Shanty, I guess in some respects is I felt like she skated by with every meet the family because they came hard at the other people. Like they didn't ask the Shanty about submission. So we don't know really how she would have responded. I told you. So, um, she got the easy way out. Okay. I guess you got to get there early. I don't know, but you can't be late. You can't be late, man. Cause I can't stay with her. They're gonna come for you. That's all I want to say. Very often late, they come for you. Yeah, she goes late. Yes. So actually, although I will say in my defense, I am from Chicago.
So I had some delays. But, uh, but since we're, since we're down a little bit, I was like, let me make sure I get in here. Okay. So, um, yeah. So I felt like, um, I don't, yeah, I didn't know if she was necessarily guarded. You know what I'm saying? Like she got, actually got there a little bit after a Shanty. So she just, I, she just didn't say that much. And then when they asked her questions, I felt like she responded. Um, I kind of felt like, okay. If you all really had squashed it, then you could have left it there. So, um, but, you know, you know, if they really had come to an understanding, but I mean, she did kind of get the family back on her side by explaining the full context of the argument. So, you know, so I think she's doing fine. I think, yeah, I think, I don't know. I mean, I, I think we're getting down to the end and we're seeing.
You know, we're seeing more production choices than anything else. But, um, I think, you know, I think he just is kind of, uh, I think they just, you know, just an extra drama because I'm like a Shanty girl. You can just go home too. Like I would, but I ain't allowed to be gone too because it's just like, I don't know if you were like first choice or second choice. You know, I don't know. I don't know. Well, they're like, they go ahead, Chef. There is thought he was right because he explained the situation in front of his family, like he did nothing wrong. The family was like, whoa, whoa, whoa, that was wrong. So, like, there's no way he could have felt it was squashed. He thought he was right and he wasn't right. True. He was a lot going on with the whole situation. I didn't understand. Yeah, I agree with you on that. But I guess I didn't understand or maybe because she didn't really say or whatever, but his whole, he felt betrayed like she threw him under the bus.
You know, that was the only thing that made me think like, well, did you all resolve it or not? You know, I'm saying, but you're absolutely right. He thought, you know, he thought he was justified and then apologized after they were like, no, you crazy. Then he was like, oh, yeah, well, I corrected it. Okay. Well, she even said that. She even said that he corrected well, but my whole thing was like I said, I just think that he was not, you know, he seemed like a very prominent man. He was not expecting her to say that. But wasn't he the one that brought it up in front of her family? And that's when he, okay, so I'm going to say this for her and her defense. Maybe she wouldn't have said anything at all if he wouldn't have brought it up. Because if I had to defend myself, I'm going to correct you. Say, I know, sir, that's the incorrect information. Whether you like me or not, I want you to know the right information when it pertains to me. So I'm just going to be, you know, I've got to be transparent. I'm sorry, that's, that got to be fair. Eric, Eric, you agree, you know, you know, I agree. And I, but my question also was, you know, like they came at her like, okay,
are you willing to submit? And so then she was like, well, not if I got a cook and clean or some. And so then, um, but when they asked, um, and I guess it's a question for you guys. I don't know if you discussed it. But when they asked Ashanti, like, how is she on faith or something like that? I thought Ashanti was one of those ones who was like, I'm spiritual. But I don't be, you know, all up in the church like that. I'm spiritual and I meditate. And so I was kind of like, is that what they meant by faith when they asked her that, but they didn't press her on it. So that's why I'm kind of like, are we doing like Ashanti editing or something here? Because I was like, all right, is that what they mean? Or are they really religious and going to church and stuff? So I don't know. Well, we don't really take it there. And if we really are going to take it there because already, Chad, as Chad mentioned, and I was trying to, you know, not do anything.
But as Chad's mentioned, um, all of a sudden, they have a argument. And now he's all about her and like, and like I said, it's always a possibility. Erica's always possibility. But when you say, well, I'm no longer going in that direction. When the entire show, you have been going in that direction. I mean, what had happened? Because as Erica said in a Q way, it seems very produced. So with that being said, Erica, what are your thoughts? Oh, um, yeah, like, I don't know. I felt like he was reading the lines on the wall or whatever. Do they have a prompt or something back there? I don't know. I don't think because yes, like, oh, okay. He's like, oh, I'm no longer going in that direction. But now let me go on my first date with Ashanti eight weeks. How long we've been doing this and you ain't never been alone with the girl. But now she's your number one choice. Like, please, like, is this a joke?
Are we kidding right now? And then he goes back out with Ashley and, okay, the fight's over. So I was like, okay, well, okay. Can we get those extra minutes of our lives back? But oh, wow, I think it's totally kind of fake. Like, I don't think I don't think Ashanti was like his number one. You know what I mean? Like he might like her and they might have a vibe or whatever. Yeah, you ain't never been alone with her, but she meet in your family. Like, huh, and it's like, where do they do this? I don't understand. And so he didn't have an argument with Ashley and maybe he didn't think she was going to like really stand up to him or whatever. But I don't think that I don't know. I mean, we go through the, when you said something, you said something interesting that I caught after you said it. For it was, um, it was a, it wasn't Ashley.
That said, she's not going to like cook and clean. Yes, that was Ashley. So that means that came up in that discussion. That was his part. That was part of his submission, right? And she's very clear that she's not doing it. And I applaud her for keeping it real. But again, him flip flopping between connections, you know, because I had this disagreeing about submission, I'm go, go to this woman. And I'm going to talk about God. And my family's going to talk about God. It was all manipulation. Because his family said pretty much if you stay with a shanty, you could be yourself, but if you want something different, then you go to Ashley and that's how they laid the narrative out for us. That pretty much he can be himself, even though he gave a shanty a whole fox and everything, you know, and I'll say this in marriage. I don't want to be myself. I want to get better. I want to grow. I want to develop and become more patient and like work on aspects of me.
If you want to stay yourself, stay single because I mean, he let him, wait a minute, didn't he let her bar his car because I carves in the shop? To me, this is a big job. I mean, you just really opening up that book like it's, you know, that's a really big job to I'm going to put all my eggs in the shanty. I can get that's why I said enter go ahead, Erica. That's why I think it's produced because I'm like, I'm like, okay, they just trying to get us as some entertainment before the final thing because I was like, okay, you've been, you've done kiss the girl. You done gave her somebody else's pet to wrap around her neck all of my guys. So now all of a sudden, she, she, she's not quick to cook and clean. Then you have a problem, exactly, exactly, it's not the same. If you don't have the head in the feet, it's not the same.
If you don't have the head in the feet, hold on, hold on, what is going on right now somebody let me pull off the stick. I might make it stick. Oh my God, Jesus. Okay. I, I, I, I know I give what you're saying to some people in paths of any of you that I don't remember and I'm not sure if I don't remember what they'll say, oh, they know who they're going to be at the end in the very beginning. I've heard that more than once they haven't admitted it on air. I'll just be like, okay, you know, I've heard a lot that has been a reality TV over the years. It is what it is. I don't know. So I mean, I, I feel in the beginning, Rich Love was very, was offensive. What's a sprinkle of production? But they got rid of the authentic people like Shannon, authentic, Lauren, authentic.
Man, that's, I, you know, like, we have a few people here that have, you know, because I thought every week, I talked to my girlfriend. I'm like, girl, you know, Bella and Dominique have an agreement. You know, that right. I said it every week, every week. I'm like, I think they agree from day one, but they're just trying to hang in there. But, um, and with Jerry, yeah, no, no, go ahead. I'm so sorry. Go ahead. No, no, I was going to say with Jerry, and, um, Ashley and Ashanti, I think this sort of last minute kind of, you know, connection with Ashanti. And you ain't never really gone on a date with her. I think that's just sort of, um, a throw in. Meanwhile, she's like on the phone, hours with Bella or whatever. It's like, okay, yeah. I don't think I, you know, they might have, you know, like they cool or whatever, but I just think that they kind of, I think production threw it in there because we all kind of knew Lauren was going to get eliminated.
And they wanted to add a little bit of spice and drama instead of Jerry's and Ashley just, you know, going to the end. So, um, without any sort of challenges. So I think it's just kind of something that maybe, you know, maybe he felt away or whatever, like maybe he was really irritated with her or something, but I don't think that he really was like, oh, okay, I'm going to eliminate her for Ashanti. And he certainly wouldn't have done it based on you know, and then then he goes on the date with Ashley again, and now they're back cool. So it's like, yeah, I don't, that's a red flag. That's a red flag. Well, speaking of couples that made an agreement, Vince and Lauren and Donna have their little whatever and his people are there. I think even Vince's people are aggressive. I'm sorry, combative, whatever. I'm sorry. I think they all just hanging together and it's an aggressive, um, mad and angry conversation all the time.
I'm sorry. That's how I really feel when they get by Vince. So Vince and Lauren, the height came up again. It was a short conversation. And I'm not talking to me when I said it just came out that way. It was really cute too. And um, I swear I was not sure to do that. And, you know, they asked the question, you know, what each one of the same question, like, you know, what do you think did your wrong relationship? And as soon as Lauren started talking, his brother was like, oh, it sounds like an interview. I was like, damn, I feel like Lauren could have said the move was orange. I started talking. I think they were the came form. I think their Donna is the one that Vince likes. What do you think, uh, Chaz and Lauren? I didn't, I didn't like it. You know, I've been pretty cool with Vince, um, don't know the guy, but what his brother and him did to Lauren was exactly what Lauren's friend did to Vince. She's trying to answer the damn question. And if she wants to give a backstory, that's her freaking right.
And I thought it was very rude and aggressive to just tell her to get to the point. She's articulated. They have no respect for intellectual black women. That's what I'm seeing. And it's just really disappointing that he sat there and let his brother drive that kind of drilling questions when she's trying to answer the damn question. I was very disappointed in Vince. He didn't protect her. He didn't shield her. I was like, what the fuck are you doing here? Right. I didn't understand it. Erica, they'll talk because I 100% agree. I'm sorry. That was crazy. Okay. I did think it was rude. However, when she first began her answer, it really reminded me of, um, of Cardi at the dinner table because I was like, wait, what? She's like, Oh, I realized I wanted more. I don't know. I'm not sure what she was really saying in the beginning. She was kind of going around. And then when they pulled her in, I mean, I do think it was rude the way he did it. But I kind of saw their point in her beginning of her answer.
I think the issue I had with it was, um, what I took from her answer. I felt like she and Donna gave the same answer. Basically, they, you know, they kind of talked down to the man. So I didn't, I thought they were rude and how they handle Lauren for sure. But I really further thought that although I feel like she was circling around what she wanted to say, but I definitely felt like they gave Donna all this hype and praise. But I was like, wait, she just said the same thing. They both said that the last, you know, the thing that they did wrong was kind of talk down to men. The only thing was Donna kind of cleaned it up by saying she realized this came from her father. I don't know if she was talking down to her daddy. I wasn't clear, but that's what I think she was saying to her dad helped her with the situation. But the way it was said, it was very confusing. But that's what I took from it to her dad, um, helped her or whatever.
It was just really confusing. I don't know. So I thought they were rude to Lauren, but I definitely felt like Lauren and Donna gave the same answer and all of a sudden, Donna was so, that's taking accountability and she got all this praise, but I was like, they said the same thing. They both just, you did respect it, who they were with or whatever. So I was like, how is it okay for Donna, but, um, because I didn't feel like, I mean, I think it's a, you know, I thought it was, like I said, I wasn't sure I fully understood her point, but when she was like, Oh, I realized this came from my father or I worked things out with my dad or whatever, which I think a lot of times issues we have in relationships do come with come or stem from issues we have with our parents. So I thought that's where she was going with it, which is valid. But I just was like, okay, if you like her, you just like her, because all this extra, she's so, you know, whatever, she takes accountability and she does all
this when they literally said the exact same thing in the end, same damn thing. Yeah. So I was like, okay, all right. I saw a lot of red flags this episode, it just tons. But I agree with you, Erica. I thought they said the exact same thing. And I felt like I just felt like they maybe that was his catchback at Lauren, you know, because I didn't really get the whole get to the point like that was just, I was like, whoa, I would have got up and left. Yeah, that's, that's, that's a true point because I felt like his brother, because even when they brought up the things with the friends, I don't know why Lauren, I mean, I kind of agree with them. Like Lauren's friends were basically saying you a liar, because we don't think you six, too. And so, you know, and it kind of went all sideways or whatever.
And I had to get it out of my head. So I'm sorry. Lauren was more, more upset than her friends were about. Like her friends didn't seem offended, but Lauren seemed so, so offended by it. And I'm like, okay, you know, I mean, I hate to go back there, but he called you a B. Now, you, you know, his, you don't know what his real height is. Like five, where I'm like, um, are we here, you know, are we just playing the game? Are we, you know, because I'm not sure how much of a connection, like I don't, you know, that's another one where I'm like, okay, this, where, where's this connection coming from? Like, you know, I don't think it's a true connection. And now you all are really kind of irritating each other at this point. It was a lot going on, um, with, with all that stuff, even with Lauren, Donna thing, I was just another couple that I think they already kind of had a agreement. Like you said, but I want to talk about Bello and
as chance calls her, she know them. Hellaberry. That's a Honda. I said you, I said the Cliptees. That's a, that's a Honda. I take it all back. Wait, wait, wait, I'll take you back. I'll take it all back to the clip for everybody's see, because he was speaking talking about, you know, she shot the thigh up and all the things. I was like, Oh, okay, Catwoman, Catwoman. No, she tries a Nissan. Oh my God. Okay. So that was insane. And so I feel like Lauren was simply trying to explain again, um, you know, she said a couple of statements. And yes, at the end of the day, it was very obvious. I will say this is very obvious. You're talking about Dom because she said I feel like that he made a decision to quickly who he wanted in his, in his whole program, a situation, whatever. And she said elaborate in a very aggressive way. I want to, I want to start with Erica. What are your thoughts as a woman? If I'm sitting here talking to you and even I go to chance after the fact, it don't take much words, but you elaborate.
It's like, whoa, I mean, we went to 20,000 immediately. What do you think, mama? Okay. So it was interesting because one thing I liked about this date was that bellows, brother, peeped Dominique's Mean Girl energy, okay? Because to me, this isn't the first. Dominique has taught crazy to Laura. She did it in that when they were having, um, you know, whatever, when they were in the vault or whatever you want to call it. She has been talking crazy. And it's like she, you know, she has this sort of sexy, seductuous vibe around men. And then kind of is a while and out, ladies. I mean, I'm sure she is something people she clicked with, but she was very disrespectful to Lauren. I believe in the vault with Tommy last week or whatever. So she talked to her crazy from the beginning. So I was, but I was like, okay, this is the first time where it's like,
yeah, why are you asked? And Tommy had to say, why is Dominique asking me questions? Like, are you related to bellow? Are you his family? Like, I'm not here to answer to you. And that's a part where I was like, okay, but it was interesting. I felt like Lauren was very classy with how she handled it. Cause I think a lot of people, Dominique would have got to see some real cray, cray right there, but I think the way Lauren handled it was very classy because at the end of the day, it's irrelevant what Dominique thinks. At the end of the day, it's like, Bella, do we have a connection or not or not? I applaud. I applaud Lauren for like not answering Dominique. Who the hell are you? Exactly. Right. Who do you think you are to even question me about what I'm saying? Dominique showed up as ugly as she is without her makeup and her grace status. No, seriously, that's an ugly spirit right there. And bellow, I really, really hope you did not select this woman at the end.
That's not a good woman. That's an evil-ass bitter woman. Lauren was answering the question. She was invited there. She's in the process. That is her connection. And if that is truly your connection, he met your papa, he met your mama. Then be secure and who you are on the connection you think you have. You showed up as the most insecure woman in this entire process and that one scene, I have no respect for women like that. That's a mean girl. That is a bitter woman. That is a Honda. And that's not an accord. Oh, Jesus. The reason why I'm going to say something, the reason why I was surprised and disappointed in that scene because I felt like every time Lauren tried to say anything, and I thought I applauded Lauren because she wasn't being overly obvious. I'm coming for you, Dom. I mean, we all know and even people in the process know that Dom is the one that Bella has had an eye for since the beginning. We all know that.
You know, I'm saying there's always a couple of people like that of every season or any kind of reality show to be fair. And so it's not a surprise, but so why are you acting like that? She says, Oh, I feel like he made a choice early in this process. I'm going to tell you why. I think I think Dominique sees Lauren has a natural beauty. I'm not talking about complexion. I'm not talking about hair. She doesn't put all that effort into looking good. And if she does, it doesn't look like she put a lot of effort into it. Dom puts a lot of effort in and it could be because of age. I'm in my 40. She's in her 40s. You got to put more effort into look good. But I really do feel like she's intimidated by Lauren. She showed this intimidation. She's insecure and if Bella is your dude, you didn't act like it. Well, man, you said she didn't act like that. That was a dude. OK, so how about this part? No, because if that's your dude, you're not going to be that insecure.
No, no, this is a common thing. Let's be, let's be OK, let's be a hundred percent. If a woman is loud and acting jealous and doing a lot for a lot of people, there is a sign of their judgment. That's a sign that person loves me. And you know that this is a common thing in relationships. All races, all whatever. So that might be a sign of her doing all that, you know, set. Because let's talk about how Bella's put on the spot. He's literally asked the question. I mean, is there something for us? For us? Oh, for us to grow our connection. And he wasn't honest. He just said there. No, what did he say? He would say, oh, we wouldn't be. Why do you think we're here? Something to that effect? That's not an answer. That's not an answer. Yeah, that's this missile. I will say this. I thought, and this is why I thought last week, I thought last week, the way Dominique talked to Lauren in the vault, like when she was like,
because when Lauren was talking about, I think Vince or something. And Dominique was like, I think y'all had a connection. I even see you together. The way she acted to me, I felt like she showed her insecurity even then. And I think because to me, I feel like the one thing that I liked about Dominique when she was around the men was that she had this strong kind of feminine. Dominique. Yes, confidence. And she had confidence. And once I saw how she was mean girling the women in the vault, I was like, oh, that's fake. She's really insecure because it's like. Very insecure. If you got, if you got bellow. And the girl is sitting here telling you that bellow saw you in the room and started moving differently. That's noticed for you to know that, okay. Bellow is the type of person to go. You might be his number one, but he probably go have side chicks. You need to think about your relationship with bellow instead of trying to pump these other women. And she didn't do that.
She's trying to embarrass them and do all this little extra stuff when. She can't make it that about her though. Right. I'm going to say my thing is if he is looking at another woman, either, and I'm just saying either it's if I'm Lauren, you know, I'm going to move on. But as if I am the other woman that I'm like, okay, well, he's obviously checking for me. Either way, go, another her responses to Lauren did not, didn't make any sense in that moment because Lauren was not disrespecting her. And the situation she was making it seemed like she didn't think wrong. She was putting everything on bellow and their interaction. And that's right. Well, I don't understand because she was making it so basic because she's basic. Well, no, no, no, no, hold on, hold on, hold on. No, I'm saying, I'm just saying the way she said it, she made it very clear that she was trying to make sure that she wouldn't try to shade Dominique. But Dominique acted as if she shade her.
Go ahead, Eric. I'm sorry, I think Dominique is basic, not Lauren. I just want to be clear, sorry, Eric. And no, no, no, that makes sense. And I want to say to me, you know, from last week, I feel like Dominique is acting this way because the confidence that we all were buying, have been buying into all season is to some extent of facade. She is actually insecure about bellow. And because to me, it's no reason. Because to me, honestly, I, you know, I think y'all made an agreement. He seems to be sticking to it. So why are you tripping? Just, just writing out, you know, and it's truly confident she wouldn't have to say anything. Because it's like he was checking for you. So why do you need to rub anybody's face in it? Just let it lie. I think Dominique's intimidated by Lauren's age and her beauty. And I think that's really what it was because that whole interaction. I mean, I, I just don't look at her the same way. I don't even think the same thoughts about her. She could be a very sweet woman, but like even in her confessionals,
I'm not going to let someone play in my face growing about she's, she was actually, she asked the question, calm down. I'm playing in your Facebook. Well, like I said, guys, I, I actually solved the two in real life. And Lauren had the room lit up. I'm just being fair, transparent. Now, you know, I ran into Dominique and I just felt like it was a more of a, just a different vibe. And like just wasn't, you know, wasn't giving was it at night? Because you know, we in our 40s and it was, if it was after 9 o'clock, that might explain it. But I will say this. Lauren, Lauren gives me like Beyonce vibes. Like her whole energy, her whole glow is like a Beyonce. So when I saw her like being sent home, I was like, whoa, like that's another fumble right there. This season is just fumbling. A lot of people said they were surprised by her, you know, getting, who's the other one? Was it just, who got sent home? Was it just her? Yeah, just her.
Okay. So a lot of people were saying that about her being online, but the connection, I think Eric, upon the earlier, it just, I didn't, she didn't really have it in my pain. I think Vince always wanted Donna. Okay. But I want to also before I want to get into this is the final men's lounge and talk about this whole interaction with Vince and Darius and then Vince in this asher situation. Now it's, it seemed like things that are said in the men's lounge and women's lounge are not saying they're so I wish they would stop saying it. But this, you know, this is their final lounge and they're talking about different things. And then all of a sudden Vince who I also thinks this a little bit, it gave Missy for you to even mention it. Oh, yeah, yeah. Actually told me how she felt about it. You guys, you have Darius cut off guard. Like, what are you talking about? And I chose because you were on the show on the ads and even just as a man in general. How do you feel about that? Like, okay, well, go ahead, please.
Let's look at what was said. She said she felt unsafe with Darius because of that, that whole situation, right? What's wrong with that? What is wrong with her saying in this, this whole process, this five week, five week and two day process that she felt unsafe with Darius. That's not an attack on your character. Dude, that's how you made her feel. And when you make it about yourself and your character, you invalidate how you made her feel. So I don't think that her telling him that that's how she felt. It to me as a man, if someone told you they felt unsafe, why would be the time to say it or react to it is when there's cameras filming? I'm just saying that's like me coming to chess. I feel unsafe. But then he doesn't react to it until there's a camera or some of my recording the vlog or something. I want to just caution all of us. I don't think we get to determine when someone feels an environment is safe.
And I'm not saying that either. What I'm what I'm what I'm saying is if someone is okay, okay. There's two, two things to be right. We've all said it before. Her coming to him can be still a little bit as a violation to Darius because and even though the content of what it is, I understand the same thing. But in the reveal that in the lounge, that could stay a little bit as a violation. But at the same time, her having a safe space to be able to say something is heavy is that she should be able to do that. I'm not saying that he should be able to determine about somewhere being unsafe or not. Or being an attack on his character. Because that's what he gets upset about. Well, right. Well, because I'm talking about both. I'm talking about Darius and Vince because I'm talking about both of them. Okay. So the Darius thing he can look at it as it being a character because of black men being called unsafe or whatever is just a multiple black men do not feel comfortable, comfortable that word or that the description
because it's been going on and they've been accused of things that they hadn't done, whatever that is. And so that's why he's being, he's feeling the way he's feeling like I said. I don't agree with something that Darius did. I don't know the things that happen. She has every right to feel and she felt like something happened that she fell in safe. She has, I don't, I will never take that from from any woman, right? I just didn't light the way Vince said it in the middle. I don't know. It just did not rub me as I'm trying to do the right thing. Do you understand what I'm trying to do when I'm going there? I knew what you're saying. 100% agree with you. But I've been doing for a long time and he was just giving me a moment. I feel like Ashley, I feel awful for her that she even felt that way. And I want to make sure I say that. That's really important that I say that about her because that's unfortunate. I don't know what happened with her in Darius. I don't know. I'm hopefully we'll find out, but even we don't. I'm not going to judge him either. But you know, I just hope that's going to be resolved.
However, it is that Erica, your thoughts, Mama? Yeah, I mean, if she felt unsafe, I mean, I think that her feelings are valid. I'm not clear of what her real relationship is with Vince. Because it seems like the way he described it, it sounded like she was confiding in him as if he were some sort of closer friend. Then he, I guess actually is if he's throwing it out here, like, I don't know why she said it. I, you know, and he's just repeating it like it was nothing. Because to me, I feel like part of the reason why you would have told him is because he wouldn't repeat it. So, so I don't know. So that's, I'll be like, well, wait, what are they talking about? You know, like this, she's, you know, because and I can I understand that you could have made friends in the process who you're not connected with. So that's valid.
But then I would think that you would have, I don't know, like to me, like you were saying, it just, it seemed messy and it seemed like, okay, does she think that they're tighter friends than they are? Because I'm like, you know, I didn't get back. I swear, I didn't get any of that. I felt like my thing is this and I may have made a woman on my season feel unsafe, right? So looking back and looking at this season, this episode, I think she went to who she felt she could confide in. That's what I felt. I don't felt like she was being messy. I don't feel like she thinks events is magically her connection. Oh, I'm not saying it. She said, what are you doing? I'm saying that I thought, I think she thought he was a connection. I what I was saying is I'm not sure. I feel like she had more trust in Vince than he deserved. That's what I'm saying. I said Vince, what are you talking about? I'm talking about friendship-wise because to me, I think she confided in him as a friend.
Not as a friend. But he's not your friend, girl. Like I'm like, why do you think he's your friend? The way he kind of threw it out there, like it was nothing. Exactly. That's what I mean. And he thought I'm fine with you. She looks like you were really cool. But this is Vince, we're talking about Vince, right? Vince just blurt things out. That's what he's done all season. That's not an excuse. No, I'm not, no, I'm just an explanation. It's not an excuse. It's an explanation. Well, I feel like, okay, well, I'm gonna be honest. I feel like it's been a lot of explanation for Vince this season. I'm sorry, I love you, brother. I'm doing a lot. I'm sorry, I gotta give it right back to you. I think that we have had explained, you know, a lot of things for him. And it's like, Jesus Christ, what is going to be some accountability? I cannot. I'm sorry. Geez. So I'm just saying, like for me, Mr. combative all the time, there's always something going on. He's all brother was even like, come on now. Yeah, those are two men coming out of blood. You know, like a woman like that was just that's that thing was terrible.
But no, I agree. I have no defense for Vince or anything like that. I don't know, I just, I feel sorry for the women left in this process. And I hope that everybody really finds their true love. I don't think this show is going to like really lead to connections after the reunion. Well, I was reading my notes, my Vince told how she feel. Oh, Ashley, okay. So Lauren, we're home. Okay. So Lauren, when she went home, I want some workers to move in to get out of here. It was her layers because she was like, it's over with. I cannot remember who leveraged to love and reacted just like that. Like, okay, it's done. You done. Okay. All right. Like she just gave to zero. She was just done. Because she was just like, I cannot believe y'all that y'all told me, kind of what you was saying, Chad's that they fumbled. And that she shouldn't be the one that should have stayed. I don't know, but did you think that her connections and I was who her connection?
I don't was a Vince. Um, Bella, I don't know who else was there. Do you think there's something there? I'm just asking up on this question. I think she was told things and she believed them. And I also want to be very, like if you look at this season, this season is a little different. You didn't see a lot of one-on-one dates. You saw a lot of group dates, right? Okay. Okay. So I think there's a lot of dates that didn't error where we didn't hear conversations that maybe made her feel like that was a real connection, but Lauren seemed very authentic throughout the entire process. And if she felt that was a connection, she didn't imagine that. She was told this, right? And I think what she was saying is if it wasn't real, why did you say it was real? I believe that Lauren really felt she had a connection because she was told there was a connection. She doesn't give me psycho. Dom gives me psycho. Oh my God. Lauren doesn't give me psycho. No, no, I agree. She does. Lauren does give me this in this episode this season,
while she was frustrated, like, y'all had the one and y'all threw me out to the water because what? Okay. I'm dead. I'm out of here. Eric, what you talking about that, mama, the final scene for her? Well, I think I definitely feel like she had more of a connection with bellows and vents. But I think that kind of the way the whole season went, you know what I'm saying? Bellow had the same amount of connections as Steve and Devon, but he was allowed to keep these three connections all the way really up till the end. You know what I'm saying? Ain't nobody call him out, you know, and maybe because he was smooth enough not to give out multiple flowers or multiple plans or multiple whatever. And Lauren was the only person to keep it real and be like, okay, you know, maybe you're not as obvious as Steve or Devon, but you're still playing the same game.
You still are sharing a bed with Dominique and still trying to talk to your other connections. And and even, you know what I'm saying? So I think that bellow is definitely moving a certain kind of way. And, you know, unfortunately, I mean, I think he probably told her whatever you tell side chicks. I mean, I hate to say it, but I think that's how he moved with her. And I think that that's disappointing, but you know, once she asked him in front of Dominique, like, are you going to move forward or not? I think his non-answer was her answer. So and I think I like the fact that she's handled herself. Classy and what would be some really kind of combative situations, you know, I'm saying she kind of like, you know, I mean, she still was really classy with it. And she wasn't really, I mean, we've definitely seen Rooter, you know, you're not ready.
Right. Date or whatever. So, you know, because because she knew he was full of it, you know what I'm saying? So it's like really, it would have been interesting. It's like, it's like, it's an advantage on it, but I think Bella was a good choice because I think Bella was the one who has kind of let her on a little. She's never gone. Yeah. Yeah. Well, you know, it it, to me, at the, at the end of the day, it is, it is what it is. I mean, you know, we're both? You see the final thing with the final episode. I believe in whatever and they will have the reunion probably two or three parts. Who knows? I don't know. I want to see somebody actually come off this show and actually How do you say to stay stay together longer than just stay together? I know I just stay together and then say they got get married Dang I get married. I just wouldn't see if they're gonna, you know, just stay together. That's it. That's all I don't see it this season though because I don't feel like these people that are at the end
I mean maybe Donna In vents really I mean they might really like each other, but I feel like the other people now. I don't think that's gonna work she said She is you know, she's mentally training herself to Explain or and excuse the way he speaks to women She literally said I know he doesn't mean it like that. Well, you may know he doesn't mean it like that But if he knows it bothers you and I don't hear him trying to change the way he communicates So that she doesn't have to say a disclaimer when he says something that'll fend her that's not gonna work either In a relationship both parties have to change right Donna can change and say he doesn't mean it. I know he said it all like but no If he doesn't change the way he delivers it, it's not gonna work What about what what? He was saying
For a woman to Okay, when the hola before we get to the timeline he made a comment about her shorts, right They need to say something about her shorts, but they would you know like that I don't know if he didn't like them. What did y'all get from that was you's talking about how short her shorts were Did y'all get the fact that you didn't like how she look? I was just trying to I thought he liked it. I mean she look the way she showed up. She was being a woman So from the outfit. I enjoyed what he was asking her about it. I was like is this even issue or am I I just Eric would you think I couldn't get I thought he was I thought he was like oh, okay I thought he was I thought he definitely liked it But I also felt like you know, she was like look. I'm not going home this week So I'm gonna wear what I gotta wear No, I think he was picking up what I think he in the end He was picking up what she was dropping off because with you like oh, well, I can sit on your lap
He didn't seem to say anything too crazy. So I think he you know, I think he he definitely gives up gives off like I'm a comedian. I'm always cracking these little jokes all the time Which I feel like could honestly get to be irritating, but I think that he's just hiding something Well true that could be true too I do think that she's right about the annoying part. I'm sorry, but like like like the height five seven and a half I'm sorry We'll leave it there all right We only got like I said a few more episodes of and then we'll be back I'm not sure what day we'll be back on, but of course I keep you guys posted Uh, pretty much you guys go follow miss Erica tell me can fire you at Erica, please then what you got coming up?
