They say he broke the card agreement by skipping payments. This is the second time in recent months MX has gone after him. Back in November, they filed a suit against Ray J. and his company Tronics Network for $139,849, and 85 cents in unpaid bills. Payments on that account stopped last May. The new lawsuit hit just days before his arrest up in Porter Ranch. Police took him in after he allegedly pulled a gun on his wife Princess Love during a live stream fight.
