Rams Sign Trent McDuffie to Record-Breaking Deal

The Los Angeles Rams have made a huge move by trading for cornerback Trent McDuffy and quickly agreeing to a massive contract extension with him. The deal is for four years and $124 million with $100 million guaranteed. That sets McDuffy as the highest paid cornerback in the league at $31 million per year in new money. McDuffy is just 25 years old and spent his first four seasons with the Kansas City chiefs where he helped win two Super Bowls. He earned AP first team all pro honors in 2023 and is put up solid career sets, including 34 passes defense, eight forced, fumbles, 5.5 sacks, and three interceptions.
