Rams' Free Agency Moves Boost Defense, Offense

On March 22nd, the Los Angeles Rams made some big moves in free agency,

signing Cornerback Jalen Watson and Safety Cam Curl while trading for.

These additions are set to supercharge three key players already on the roster,

Safety Cam Kitchens, Safety Jalen McCalla, and Running Back Kyron, Williams.

Kitchens showed real promise as a rookie and looks ready for a breakout in his second year.

With the new defensive backs in place, plus Quinn Lake and a strong pass rush beside him,

he can now mix it up near the line or in deep coverage, putting him in prime position to snag picks

and earn all pro nods. Meanwhile, McCalla thrives on aggression with sharp ball skills and no

hesitation to deliver big hits, like that memorable blitz on Jalen Hurts.

The upgraded secondary lest the Rams blitz more freely and mix up their looks, forcing quarterbacks

into mistakes that McCalla can exploit. Over on offense, Kyron Williams stands to gain big time

with Tyda and Tyler Higby back in the mix, improving their 12 and 13 personnel. Packages for

better run blocking. Plus, the beefed up defense should force more turnovers, giving Williams

shorter fields to rack of yards and chase another thousand yard season. All these pieces point

to a Rams defense that's tougher to crack, and an offense with more balance, setting the stage for

stronger push come fall.
